Meistens benutze ich diese Software zum Zusammenführen und Aufteilen von PDFs für meine Projektdokumente. Wenn jemand nach Dokumenten fragt, schicke ich alle zusammen mit dem Zusammenführungs-Tool und es wird einfach sein, alle PDFs in einer PDF zu senden und zu speichern.

Nachteile:

Beim Umwandeln von PDF in Word bleibt das Format nicht gleich, sondern ändert sich im Zickzackkurs, was verbessert werden kann.Vor dem Herunterladen des endgültigen Dokuments wäre es besser, eine Namensänderung zu beantragen, um es genauer und präziser zu machen.

Zuerst einmal hat mir der Name ilovePDF besonders gut gefallen. Ich musste sofort schmunzeln. Die Funktionen sind übersichtlich gelistet und einfach anzuwenden. Ob es um Umwandlung, Zusammenführung oder grundsätzlich Bearbeitung geht, ist das Tool zu empfehlen. Schnelle Hilfe direkt online ohne Softwaredownload.

Nachteile:

Das verkleinern von PDFs könnte noch effizienter sein; bei der Komprimierung hätte ich mir deutlich kleiner gewünscht, um Speicherplatz zu sparen und um es per E-Mail zu verschicken.

Kommentare: iLovePDF is fun to use. A number of tools of iLovePDF is certainly simple and pretty much everyone can do it without any online tool, but iLovePDF makes it way more easier. I mean who wants to open a word processor, insert an image, save is as pdf rather than just uploading the image and downloading the pdf.

Vorteile:

iLovePDF is hasslefree. Unlike some other online tools, it has less but very essential tools for pdf. I love the fact that it doesn't reduce the quality when I convert images to pdf. It also has a pretty good compression tool that has minimal quality loss.

Nachteile:

Some tools (like the page numbering tool) seems a bit confusing and rearranging the pages can be challenging.

Anyone who knows how to drag & drop can use "iLovePDF". The tool is disarmingly simple, and it saves us a lot of time. Gone are the days when we had to look for a colleague who had a license for the market's leading software to perform a conversion or merge documents from other formats. It was a relief to find such an online tool that is so simple!

Nachteile:

The price is a little high. 25% less would make us not hesitate to renew our plan. However, it is difficult to understand how personal or sensitive data within submitted documents is handled. This has prevented us from entrusting other types of documents to this solution, in light of GDPR.

Kommentare: ILovePDF has been a lifesaver for many reasons during my work and educational experience. I tend to work in many different apps, for illustration, presentations and essays, and unfortunately I don't have a strong computer or laptop, thus I have to work them one by one. Once I think I've finished a product but notice a small mistake once it has been exported as a PDF, it's honestly a hassle to reopen the app, especially if it's a heavy one. ILovePDF has saved me from many of these small mistakes with their variety of options, especially when I'm working on the clock.
