Our customers and our staff love the ability to text us on our landline phone number.
Vorteile: We have a 99% response rate from guests when we text them. Love the face that texting is -way real time texting. Our appointment no-show rates have declined since we confirms guests via text and our guests enjoy the option to text us instead of waiting on hold in a call que. A decline in no-show rate means an increase in revenue and a decline in call que hold time increases our customer satisfaction scores.
Nachteile: What I like least about the software is the inability to import a very large database but that has not really been a big deal.
