Lot of security and verification processes, but understandable as to why that needs to be done.
Awful customer service

Their service and API design is well thought out.
Nachteile:
Support is nonexistent. Their buggy know-your-customer flow locked me out of my two-year-old account, which had no suspicious activity whatsoever. Their phone line told me to email them, then hung up on me. They didn't respond to two emails after more than a week, and when I found a phone tree option that got me a person, they gave me wrong information. It took ten more emails to support, Cc:ing their [sensitive content hidden] each time, to get my numbers ported out - and they refused to waive their port out fees, which other providers rarely charge in the first place.
Just works
Kommentare: Unlike a lot of tech it just works. Support is there all the time and very quick.

It was very easy to get started and had lots of online guides. When I did hit an issue because I didnt configure something correctly support on chat were so quick and helpful fixing my mistake
Nachteile:
I wish I knew about it sooner as locally phone services are so expensive

Customer service is amazing. I have had a few problems in the little over a year I have been using Telnyx and they have been a great help solving them. Most of the problems were my fault in my settings.
Nachteile:
One of the times I was having problems the chat on their website was not working so I had to find their support number. Their support number is not well advertised. I think it should be in the header of all logged in pages.

The system is self configured and does not have delays waiting for activation and configurations to be enabled.
Nachteile:
The Onfido identification plugin does not work with some android devices.

About 3 years ago I started using Telnyx with an old boss, now in my own company after searching and trying more than 10 different VOIP systems I remembered how good Telnyx was and indeed the only thing it has done is improve since then, excellent service

Kommentare: It seems great to have an alternative to Twilio, we may end up also providing clients an option for both services... only because of the well know use of Twilio and its brand recognition.
Vorteile:
We intend to replace a 3rd party service... hoping to cut to less than half the cost. By creating an in-house solution for the client. Who sends about 1700 Daily announcements to participants, regarding Non-Profit Fundraising Events...
Nachteile:
So far it has taken a couple of week to establish high volume texting.. It seems will work for us at 50 messages per minute. But not at the initial testing of 10 messages per minute..

Kommentare: Overall I am quite satisfied that we have the technical features we need, they are easy to setup and I have had a few support queries which even for low priority issues were solved quickly.

I have found the Telnyx suite to be easy to navigate, quicker to setup than other platforms and their customer support has been quick and responsive. Overall we are very happy (new) customers.

Nothing, we have not run into issues. Overall it has been a smooth deployment.

Telnyx helps me with calls from mobile number. I very need it and with Telnyx, I can add mobile number to verified mobile numbers and make call from it.
Nachteile:
Nothing to say, all is perfect and all services function correctly.

Kommentare: It's not a perfect product that works 100% all the time. But it satisfies our technical needs and the support is always available and helpful.

Vorteile:
Customer service is helpful, they answer questions and follow up with an email with more info. The reporting feature is what I use most often and it's pretty intutive.
Nachteile:
Some types of reports (e.g. monthly usage/cost) each individual number could could be improved. A basic search by phone number, without needing to download an entire file, would also be helpful too.

What a support ... They are doing there job perfectly .. but not all of them to be honest and fair .. most of them just ignoring you for nothing. but overall i'm happy with using Telnyx
