Robust very easy to set up - this is the best form builder IMHO. The platform has improved over time and integrates with email and payment apps.

Kommentare: Great looking tool with easy integration to 3rd party payment processors.

Vorteile:

I like that I can select my own payment processor. Payments through Stripe are easy to setup. Detailed explanation for editing field styles make the forms look professional.

Nachteile:

An extra screen is required for payment, so some users drop off after the initial form submission.

Worthless will steal your money even after cancelling

Kommentare: Started using Wufoo in 2014 on the recommendation of an acquaintance, they auto-billed me and even raised the amount through the years without notifying me (not sure how that's legal but it happened), first time I tried canceling the services was in Dec 2019, sent them an email and nothing, I forgot about it until I saw the auto-renewal charge in December of 2021, this time I went onto the site and tried canceling, even filled out the customer support ticket after which I received a confirmation email and thought that was it, to my surprise it was not, they billed me again in December of 2022, now I had enough, this company is perpetrating theft and using some "Survey Monkey" terms and services to which I never agreed to justify the theft. Business owners beware, use google forms they are free. Worst subscription company ever.

Vorteile:

Nothing, Google forms offers these services for free.

Nachteile:

Auto billing, and continuing to do so after numerous attempts to cancel the service

Basic but functional

Kommentare: A good starter tool but we have moved away from it for a more complex system.

Vorteile:

Easy to set up and permission sets are fully customisable.

Nachteile:

Basic widget options compared to competitors.

Kommentare: Wufoo is more visually appealing and has an easy-to-navigate user experience. One notable difference between Gravity forms and Wufoo, for instance, is that the setup process for Wufoo is significantly easier.

Vorteile:

Wufoo is simple to use, even for individuals with limited technological expertise, because to its functionality and design. Forms can be professionally designed with custom branding. The creation of user-friendly forms can benefit from branching.

Nachteile:

In comparison to other platforms, customer assistance isn't very good. Wufoo's lack of an offline option has drawn criticism from users, who claim that this restricts access in places with poor internet.

Vorteile:

I love that Wufoo can be integrated with other software which can provide more information. It is also integrated with the best. The access and permission are amazing. You have access to your forms and all your reports which can be managed using your account. The Multi-Channel Distribution is great for all businesses. It can identify your contact using your app and can also track other information.

Nachteile:

I love the software it's amazing. 100% recommend

Easy, Fun, Useful, Customizable!

Kommentare: I love Wufoo. It's one of my favorite tools to recommend. It's easy to use, fun, and simple. And, it has so much more than you expect from a form-builder.

Vorteile:

Some of my favorite things are the friendly and playful nature of the admin-portal help text; the ability to brand and customize with images and colors; the ability to customize automations, subject lines, confirmations, etc.; the conditional form fields for complex and detailed data, the ease-of-use. It's one of my favorite tools to recommend.

Nachteile:

Nothing; the platform is excellent. The only reason we have ever chosen not to use it, was because we needed more robust features for a specific purpose.

My choice for website forms

Kommentare: I've never been let down by Wufoo. I receive the forms immediately and have used this service for years. This is a company I trust.

Vorteile:

Easy to use, forms are good quality and can be used for anything to collect information from a client. It also allows me to collect the information that would otherwise take a lot of time with an in person consultation, leaving time to discuss other matters. For online clients it's essential.

Nachteile:

It's basic, however, that suits me. There is a free version which is quite limited. If you need more it can become expensive,

User-Friendly but can be more advanced

Kommentare: overall experience is kind of positive but it can offer more to the customers as it is competing against big brands.

Vorteile:

Nice tool, I like that you don't need to be techie to set up the surveys or forms, drag and drop features are easy to understand/

Nachteile:

Few things like lack of customisation and flexibility in terms of design. It is easy to use tool but to make the branding completly match with your brand is limited

Wufoo: Form Builder Workhorse

Kommentare: I have been very pleased using Wufoo. I actually took the tool from one institution to another.

Vorteile:

Wufoo is great for quick deployment and for end users with limited technology experience

Nachteile:

It is missing some critical survey components, but for form use, it is great.

Vorteile:

This software I used for years as a youth pastor. It was a fast and easy way for kids to sign up for church camp.

Nachteile:

The difficult part I came into contact with wufoo is that kids could sign up or fill out our survey twice, if there is a way to undo that, we would love it.

Wufooin' For Awhile Now

Kommentare: We use this for so many different things. Online applications, product request forms, product raffles, giveaways, keg order forms....It has been very simple to use and works for what we need.

Vorteile:

I really like the email confirmations and the downloadable excel files of form entries. It is very easy to drag and drop to create a simple form and super easy to integrate into your website.

Nachteile:

I would love to be able to have a drag and drop feature for images. I'm not very versed in html so it is difficult for me to figure out how to utilize the feature. Would like to utilize it to display products for raffle entries.

Useful, easy and fun!

Vorteile:

Wufoo is the most user-friendly and most fun of all survey-building software I've used. It has good analytics, makes it easy to share your survey & export your data, and makes it easy to build a survey how you want it--including providing commonly used questions like "email" and "address," which always saved me a bit more time. Wufoo ranks highest in my book in terms of fun because it makes the participant experience quirky and colorful--it's good for information gathering, simple forms, and registrations (especially since you can integrate payment so easily!). It may not be my go-to for the most complex of surveys, but for a quick form or event registration it is my program of choice.

Nachteile:

Wufoo as a website often has some difficulties--the website can be down, I've had trouble accessing because without clearing my history, etc. When I've relied on Wufoo for work, this has undoubtedly caused me frustration and costed me time, but nonetheless I am still a fan.

Easy and quick online form builder saving time and money

Vorteile:

Clean interface, user-friendly and self-explanatory. Most important information is highlighted in an intuitive way on the home page. A wide variety of templates for most needs but also customisation option that satisfy anyone. Integration of the third party software makes it even more desirable extending capabilities to the next level.

Nachteile:

Google analytics integration is not free, while some competitions like jotform provides it for free

Wufoo for contact forms is great

Vorteile:

We had a lot of emails going into the spam folder from our contact forms and wufoo fixed this for us. We also like that the emails are stored right within our account as well.

Nachteile:

The form set up process is pretty simple. Once this is done, you really don't need to log into your account again until setting a new one up. Pricing is something that we would like to see lower as a result of this.

A great service for online forms and surveys

Kommentare: We use Wufoo all the time, whenever we need a new form or survey we use Wufoo, it's very quick and easy to get a form up and running, data validation, and security is all taken care of so we don't have to worry about xss / hacking due to incorrectly coded forms.

Vorteile:

Wufoo makes creating complex logic conditional forms easy with no HTML / CSS or JS skills needed. Security and validation of form data is very easy using the built in tools.

Nachteile:

The form styling / css elements could maybe be improved a little. They work well but require a little bit of a learning curve.

Easy way to create forms

Kommentare: I've been very happy using Wufoo for client websites, and clients have been happy too.

Vorteile:

Create basic forms is very quick and easy with Wufoo. And once it is set up, you can be confident that it will work. Several years ago, I used to run into issues sometimes with forms that would eventually stop working on client websites. I started using Wufoo and not only is it faster and easier to create forms, but I have fewer problems with them going forward, which saves a lot of headaches.

Nachteile:

Some of the features are a little bit limited in terms of what you can do. Some types of advanced forms are more challenging to replicate with Wufoo, for 95% of web forms, it will be more than sufficient.

Solid features

Kommentare: Overall, Wufoo has worked great for our organization. We have numerous forms active at any time, some linked on our website and others that are standalone. Several departments utilize Wufoo for everything from HR questionnaires to newcomer info forms. It is easy to search data on the Wufoo website or export it to do our own analysis. Without it, our Marcom department would have to spend a lot more to code forms on our website.

Vorteile:

There is a large variety of ways I can put together my forms, including conditional questions.

Nachteile:

On one particular form, we literally ran out of capacity within the software to ask all the questions we wanted to ask with all the conditions we wanted.

Wufoo is easy, customizable, and efficient

Kommentare: It's been great for us. I put something down for what I like least but I really just work around that and we love using Wufoo.

Vorteile:

I love we can set forms up to be used by computers, tablets, and phones. This has saved me from making simple sign up sheets all the way to full registration for events and retreats. I love its flexibility, and templates. it's drop and drag design is intuitive and very user-friendly. The reports are also great and easy to customize. You can sort data and export. we love it. I also appreciate the ability to pay by month, so if you have a large event where the free version won't be sufficient you can pay for a month or two and then go back to the free version, while saving all of your data.

Nachteile:

the limitation of how many fields you can use on the form I guess.

Really Good For Most Use Cases

Kommentare: Overall good. We started to have a need to have form data integrated into our reporting and so we are slowly moving off of the Wufoo platform.

Vorteile:

1) Good anti-spam protection 2) Easy interface for building forms 3) Great logs of form submissions

Nachteile:

1) The default form styles are pretty unattractive 2) Interface struggles to handle large numbers of forms (200+) 3) Custom CSS has to be hosted with a third party 4) Uses an iFrame to beam in forms, not compatible with form tracking software like that provided by Call Rail

Simple to use form builder that works well for agencies to spin out forms quickly

Kommentare: Overall very pleased with Wufoo, better than other options in market like Jotform/Typeform in my opinion for its simplistic approach and ease of use.

Vorteile:

Great solution for building robust, reliable forms. We used this at my previous agency and found it to be great when working across multiple brands and clients.

Nachteile:

No great options for agencies who have multiple clients and wish to manage forms on their behalf. We found it best to register an account for each client instead.

Good Form Builder

Kommentare: Wufoo took what was sheer drudgery and made it into a much simpler process for me and my employees. This has saved us a lot of time, and quite frankly, frustration when collecting information from our customers.

Vorteile:

It is highly customizable, and pretty easy to use. I was able to get the basics down fairly quickly, then I was able to dive in to the more advanced features. It has made collecting data much easier.

Nachteile:

The mobile site is a little funky. I usually just switch the the desktop view.

Does the job but needs to innovate

Kommentare: Overall I think Wufoo is a useful tool if you just need basic form submission and entry management. If you are looking for more customizable forms look elsewhere.

Wufoo has been a reliable form builder tool for us. It works well and is useful for capturing basic responses.

Nachteile:

I feel the Wufoo software has gone unchanged for several years. There aren't really any new features, especially when it comes to the app's design/interface.

Gets the Job Done. Nothing Sexy About it.

Kommentare: Wufoo does a good job of creating registration forms for out events that also capture data that we can then import directly into our database using a webhook. So on the backend it's great. But on the front end, it pales in comparison to a sexier event based ticketing platform like eventbrite or even brown paper tickets. Wish they would make it more aesthetic and give it a few bells and whistles on the front end for the consumer's sake.

Vorteile:

It captures the data we are looking for and it imports it into our database that we use. And it easily links with authorize.net, which we use for receiving payment

Nachteile:

It doesn't look very pretty and it's difficult to add an image to the intake form.
