Vorteile: We've been with Juvo Leads since their early days (2016). When we started with them they were mainly a chat solution. At the time we were using another call tracking company but the team at Juvo Leads heard me mention that we used call tracking and 2 weeks later they had a their own call tracking up and running. They convinced us to switch and we did! We left our old call tracking company and started using Juvo Leads for call tracking, chat and form tracking. The thing that impresses us the most is how they're more than just a call tracking company. They capture and track every lead the comes into each of our clients' websites. Our agency clients are provided a login and password that they log into from our website and then then listen to calls, review chats, and read form submissions. Some of clients also use their CRM to takes notes on leads and assign status for each. All our clients get form notifications, chat lead notifications, and some record calls and get these sent to their email and/or phone via text. Recently we started using their Google Data Studio reports. We were hesitant at first as we've been sending analytics reports for 5+ years. But they convinced us and they custom built reports to fit our needs - mixing and matching from their template library. We no longer send our clients reports every month. We provide a login and password and they can login to see them any time they want. Scary at first - but so much easier and clients love it.
Nachteile: Nothing really - it evolves so fast! It was a little tough to understand their pricing at first but it makes total sense once you understand how it all works.
