Kommentare: Overall, the experience with Chekkit was great, however, our organization wasn't ready to fully commit to using the software to the best of it's ability. In an ever changing world where online reviews will likely make or break a decision for someone to walk in your door, Chekkit certainly assists in getting the reviews required to promote your business.

Vorteile:

Ease of use and assistance/training provided by the Chekkit team was great. The reps were great with our teams and Chekkit was always available for follow-up when required.

Nachteile:

Conversion of text to review was lower than we anticipated. That could be in part due to Google requirements that in order to leave a review, one needs to have a gmail account.

Chekkit has been a game changer for our business

Kommentare: It was a much better experience than when using a competitor product which was less user friendly, had poor support and was signifcantly more expensive.

Vorteile:

Affordable and easy to use. Better support, more functional. I like the fact that you dont have to assign a conversation to others inorder for other team members to interact with that client.

Nachteile:

Not alot. I have found it very functional and easy to use.

An Honest Review

Kommentare: Overall a decent experience for the money, I wish the campaign marketing was easier.

Vorteile:

It's simple to get started and individually message my clients.

Nachteile:

There are SEVERAL quality of life features I miss from my old software. Not having a separate contact list within Chekkit of who can and can't be messaged, having to upload a CSV every time is a huge hassle.

Nachteile:

There isn't anything I don't like about Chekkit. I've only been using it a few weeks.

It does not date the reviews so when you go to see how many for the month you don't know the actual date

Setting up CHEKKIT for our business was simple and streamlined. They are always available in the very few instances that we experienced issues.

Really nothing, everything we consider important is available and consistent.

Better product for less money

It’s about a third of the cost of podium and its is very easy to get help if there’s an issue.

Nachteile:

Nothing to dislike at this time. Would like to be able to except payments through Chekkit, but the % is to high.

Chekkit is extremely user friendly and well worth every penny. Customers and employees alike appreciate the ease of access.

Nachteile:

We really do not have any complaints about Chekkit. Our satisfaction level is very high.

Super impressed with Chekkit

Vorteile:

Set up was easy, great customer service and friendly staff. Features are fabulous and Chekkit does what other more expensive providers do. It was a no-brainer to switch over. There are even a couple of simple features that Chekkit has that my previous provider didn't have, that instantly made my life easier.

Nachteile:

There is nothing about Chekkit that I don't like, so far!

We used it for years and loved the functionality and ease of use for our employees. We stopped using as our needs changed.

Could have a nicer looking interface, but this does not take away from function.

It is easy to use, fast, reliable, and worth the money. I think you should give it a try! It’s very simple too, not like other softwares that get confusing.

Nachteile:

Maybe the setup was a little challenging, but not too difficult that someone couldn’t figure out.

Changed the way our team thinks about marketing completely

Kommentare: Always maintaining a great online presence. Helps us stand out online, and backs up our other marketing efforts, when people do hear about us, our reviews reflect how awesome our office is. Aggregating reviews, and all other social inboxes is key to being able to not only manage your online reputation but also responding to all the patients that leave reviews.

Vorteile:

We used to use a lot of traditional advertising. Spend was high and the return was quite low. Chekkit team showed on how getting reviews on different platforms can get us new patients and to get us in the map pack often. The team worked really hard to help us get reviews, and new patients in the door. Have compared to other review platforms and chekkit seems to have all the bells and whistles, and top notch customer service.

Nachteile:

everything has been good so far, from on boarding and training to set-up.

Chekkit is 10/10

Kommentare: We are able to connect with our customers through our chatbox and it has been a great experience using the platform.

Vorteile:

It is user friendly and way better in price than other platforms

Nachteile:

They could improve by having a combined chatbox feature for all locations, instead of only being able to look at each individually.

Great Value

Kommentare: We have made substantial increases in our reviews.

Vorteile:

The software is VERY easy to use and implement.

Nachteile:

The only thing I have to say is that when the app notifies me of a new review and I click on it, it doesn't take me to the review it just takes me to the main oage then I have to click on reviews on the bottom. Just seems like direct navigation should be possible. Certainly not a make or break but just a refinement.

Great Product and Fantastic Price

Kommentare: Love it! I used a similar product for over a year and it was almost 5 times the cost! I am saving so much money with Chekkit.

Vorteile:

I love this platform, it makes communicating between our customers, office and field technicians so much faster and smoother. The functions allow us to keep track of what our customers are asking for, look at pictures as a team and confirm appointments.

Nachteile:

I can't come up with a con right now, so far it's working great.

Kommentare: overall I think it's great - but only thing I would suggest is having a follow up visit from the sales rep maybe a month later just to see how its going and if anyone has any questions

nothing that I can think of - maybe if something could pop up on your screen as a reminder to send out surveys???
