Kommentare: I use UniTel Voice for my business toll free number. I have had a great experience with their friendly customer service an technical support staff. Their voice talent set up my IVR and sounded great. I would recommend it to anyone.
Vorteile:
I really liked that you can get your IVR set up with a voice talent for free at sign up. You also can get your settings setup for you or a walkthrough in setting them up by support. I love the ability to receive faxes through your toll free number and send them from the interface. You can also set business hours for your toll free number. You can make or receive calls through the app or have them forwarded to a phone number. The app has distinct ringtones so you always know that your business line is ringing and what option the customer chose in the IVR. This is particularly good for businesses with employees who handle different departments.
Nachteile:
I haven’t had any issues with UniTel Voice. I think it’s a great service, application, and interface.

Kommentare: Best customer service I have ever experienced in a long time. Had a small issue over the holiday weekend, and the chat box was available to help. I couldn’t believe they were available and solved the problem. I even received a follow up call a few hours later to make sure problem was resolved! Amazing!!! The reps name was [sensitive content hidden] and she deserves the highest rating available…

Customer service is superb, and a very easy to operate system.

Can’t think of any reason not to use them…

App is very bad. Does not connect to incoming calls, call drops frequently. App glitch, desktop version too slow to load
I Love it!
Kommentare: Overall my experience has been great. Whenever I have an issue they are quick to resolve it and also offer suggestions that I have found to be quite helpful.
Vorteile:
I love the convenience of the app and that I can separate personal and business calls as well as have a separate ring tone for business calls.
Nachteile:
I think the inbox page can be streamlined a bit. The filter section above the actual voicemail section is cumbersome. I would prefer to see my actual voicemail messages first and then filter.
