Cloudiway : Solution for Effective Migrations

Kommentare: I have been using cloudiway for around two years and it has been great experience. I have done migrations for mailboxes effectively. It has a bundle of MS tools for seamless collaboration and integration. Implementing this has been quite easy for my environment.

Vorteile:

Cloudiway is a great application for cloud migrations and it offers secure migration without any data loss. It's easy to implement and integrate with other environments in order to carry out day to day operations. It has MS tools embedded for effective collaboration.

Nachteile:

It required stable internet connectivity for best performance. Troubleshooting becomes little difficult when there are any errors if there are any failures.

Supportive Staff

Kommentare: Data transfer was quick, and all of our questions were answered by the helpful service. Cloudiway maximizes productivity and minimizes downtime.

Good Tool - Worst Support

Kommentare: Good Tool, has lot of scope to be great... but extremely poor support combined with arrogant and bad email etiquette for customers in distress ... i dont care attitude of the support and even the management

The Tool has some great features and probably i am one of the users of the solutions for migrating teams from tenant to tenant. product is robust and good... could do better in terms of information on errors reported and... The calendar migration sections is like black cloud not information on migrated or not ... Need to work on the data loss side too much data loss in case of large mailboxes..

Nachteile:

Worst Support, promised a lot before procurement but post.. only objective is keep forcing to buy subscription package.. very late responses... they dont care of your urgent scenarios ... they will ask you to wait for 24hrs before they respond.

Easy, Good Support, and Reliable

Nachteile:

Initially you should organize a meeting with support team to better understand the features of data migration tools.

The Cloudiway program was very user-friendly. Most things were very intuitive. Their online videos elucidated the things I could not work out. It's very user-friendly and gentle on the users. Works for site, disk, and mail migrations. These are transferred very fast. There are fewer technological glitches as well.

Nachteile:

The quality of Teams migration is poor. Burns licenses unnecessarily, and they can be expensive. Support is really poor.

Kommentare: It has been very simple. The setup was seamless and the ease of use was perfect for not so tech savvy users

Our company had a huge amount of data that we needed to migrate. We also have quite a large team so we needed to make sure we could add at least 50 as users. As the coordinator of this project, I felt that the price was spot on for the service and it was user friendly. It didn't take our team members long to already have a handful of successful data migration projects completed. As far as now, we plan to keep using their services

So far so good, no issues or complaints from anyone on our team.

100% reliable migrations

Kommentare: We have been working with Microsoft 365 for more than 10 years. We have needed to perform Cloud to Cloud migrations on many occasions. Cloudiway has always been the perfect partner providing a very valuable product and support

Vorteile:

Easy of use. Fantastic support. 100% reliable

Nachteile:

Support is good, but could be quicker in their responses

This tool is not efficient and horrible support

Kommentare: Never ever invest one cent on this tool. This is the message I got when I sent an email to Cloudiway manager:
"A custom mail flow rule created by an admin at cloudiway.com has blocked your message."

Vorteile:

At first, we thought it's good that cloudiway supports different platform but when we started to use this product we can say Nothing we most like about Cloudiway.

Nachteile:

We used it for office 365 to office 365 migration. OneDrive migration had lots of problems. It fails constantly with no error message. Batch migration does not work and we had to manually migrate OneDrive for more than 100 users although we paid Cloudiway to use their tools. Email migration does not support "inplace archive mailbox" unless if you pay double for each user. Sales didn't mention this to us . The worst thing is support, they ignore your emails, support feature in their portal is broken and if you send support emails and complain they will BLOCK you!

La simplicité d'utilisation, aussi bien pour la migration des Boites Mails, Drive et Site. Les réponses rapides du support sur des problèmes techniques et les bases de connaissance.

Nachteile:

Le site et les documentation sont toutes en anglais, un peu de français serais le bien venu, pour une entreprise Française.

Good for Mailbox and OneDrive, not for Teams

Kommentare: When it works, it works well. When it doesn't, don't expect quick support or even quality support. We're moving the client to another vendor for this reason.

Vorteile:

It's a good layout and the documentation/help is good. Most of all, it seems to work fatly wekk.

Nachteile:

The Teams migration is lacking in quality. Burns licences unnecessarily and can prove costly. Support is not great at all.
