Oktober 2023* | Staatsverwaltung | Empfehlungsbewertung: 9.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: I appreciate Skedpal because it offers automatic scheduling for my tasks and events. Its AI considers deadlines, task duration, context, and more. This tool is adaptable for different types of workers and highly configurable. Even without utilizing all its features, it boosts my productivity. I no longer need to manually plan my days; Skedpal takes care of it for me. > > **Nachteile**: I find Skedpal's mobile app less intuitive than the desktop version. Furthermore, there are opportunities for user interface enhancements to improve the overall experience. > > My overall experience with SkedPal has been quite positive. This tool has significantly improved my task and event organization. The automatic scheduling, driven by artificial intelligence, has saved me a considerable amount of time and effort. I appreciate the adaptability of SkedPal, making it suitable for various types of work. However, I have found the mobile app to be less intuitive compared to the desktop version. There is also room for improvement in terms of user interface enhancements. Despite these minor drawbacks, SkedPal has made me more productive by taking on the task of planning my days, which has been a significant benefit. ----- ### "Superb tool" — 5.0/5 > **Andre** | *17. November 2024* | Informationsdienst | Empfehlungsbewertung: 10.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: Skedpal is a tool like no other. I have used several to-do apps over the years and most of them lacked features that would allow me to organize my personal and working life as I wished. Skedpal is a game changer. You can organize your projects/tasks/subtasks hierarchically (outline layout), add as many child tasks as you want to your tree, define time maps and preferred times to execute tasks, define budgets so as to not over-concentrate on a single subject, and much more. The main feature is the ability to click an "Update Schedule" button and let Skedpal do all the math behind the scenes to deliver a plan to your day. No more giving poor estimates to upcoming projects\! With Skedpal you can see how busy you are and how feasible your deadlines are. > > **Nachteile**: Skedpal has many features, so the most common con is its learning curve. I love learning about new tools that can boost my performance, so it doesn't bother me much. > > I've been using it for two years now, and it has helped me tremendously. The Slack community is very active, and the owner, Saied, will answer (or at least acknowledge) all questions and requests. A few times I have attempted to work with another tool, only to find myself coming back to Skedpal the next day. The disparity feature-wise is astonishing. ----- ### "Poor customer service. Not recommended." — 1.0/5 > **Verifizierter Rezensent** | *27. Januar 2026* | Buchhaltung | Empfehlungsbewertung: 0.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: The application Helps organizing tasks and has a refresh feature, which is a cool thing to use daily > > **Nachteile**: Very poor customer service. They are trying to blame their suppliers whenever they don’t want to help you. > > I asked them to pause the subscription, I had a very good reason to pause it. I didn't ask for any refund. They provided a blurry explanation of "stripe won't allow us to pause subscriptions", which is an embarrassing excuse of them not excuse of them not wanting to freeze. Blaming their supplier for "not being able" to freeze the subscription? Please... ----- ### "Skedpal is an effective solution to the chaos of modern work-life" — 5.0/5 > **Nick** | *25. September 2024* | Einzelhandel | Empfehlungsbewertung: 8.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: Skedpal is a really, really helpful app for organizing your to-do list in a realistic way to actually get things done. Most of the time we don't have a sense of if we actually have the time to complete all the things we would like to. Skedpal fixes this by plotting out your tasks onto a calendar according to the criteria you provide (time needed to complete, priority, what time of day it can be done, etc.). What doesn't fit gets put on a separate list called "suggestions" where you have the opportunity to reschedule things. It honestly relieves a lot of stress for me knowing how my to-do's fit or don't fit into my schedule and makes it easier to focus on what's most important in the moment. > > **Nachteile**: It has a learning curve and takes a fair amount of time to set up all your tasks in a way that is really useful. The time is well worth the effort and it saves a lot of time in the long run, but for those who are looking for a quick-fix sort of tool this isn't it. > > It's made balancing my schedule and work demands so much easier. Hard to think of using anything else at this point given the complexities we all face in life and how much easier Skedpal makes it to navigate all that. It's probably most useful for people who are spending a lot of time on the computer for work. ----- ### "Amazing product and concept but still has to work out some kinks" — 4.0/5 > **Julia** | *17. August 2022* | Finanzdienstleistungen | Empfehlungsbewertung: 9.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: I love that it tries to mostly automatically schedule everything you have on your plate, saving you time. > > **Nachteile**: It takes a while to learn how to set things up and even after using it for a a few months I feel like I haven't quite mastered it. It's also not great at handling tasks that repeat at an exact time, rather than being flexible. I also don't like that you have to sync your tasks to a calendar to get notifications. I would rather get them directly from the app. I would also like a way to have custom colours for my different categories of tasks. I have my own palette that I always use. > > My experience overall has been good\! It took me a while to figure out how to use it but after I did, it quickly became the main tool I use to organise my time. ----- Seite: 1 / 8\ Weiter: [Nächste Seite](https://www.capterra.com.de/software/172391/skedpal?page=2) ## Links - [Auf Capterra anzeigen](https://www.capterra.com.de/software/172391/skedpal) ## Diese Seite ist in den folgenden Sprachen verfügbar | Sprache | URL | | de | | | de-AT | | | de-CH | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-IL | | | en-IN | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | es | | | es-AR | | | es-CL | | | es-CO | | | es-CR | | | es-DO | | | es-EC | | | es-MX | | | es-PA | | | es-PE | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | | fr-LU | | | it | | | ja | | | nl | | | nl-BE | | | pt | | | pt-PT | | ----- ## Strukturierte Daten
