Kommentare: I have had a wonderful experience working with Carousel and their account representatives. Their training and continued support of the platform is very thorough and a quick response to trouble shoot. This platform is also very easy to personalize to your organization i.e. creating/naming specific badges, changing the point balance, etc.. We rolled this out to our company as the first social media like recognition program and over the past year have had a huge response and many employees utilizing the comments and liking daily!

Vorteile: Ease of use
Resembles Facebook and other social media sites that users are already familiar with
Easy to navigate as an administrator or regular site user
Reports are extremely beneficial

Nachteile: Learning how to transfer points between categories took a bit to catch onto just to be sure not to change points values anywhere else, but after learning that it is extremely quick and easy. Nothing to worry about!

Kommentare: We improved our employee engagement score on the question "have you received recognition within the last 2 weeks". By adding this platform, we provide multiple options for everyone to recognize each other. We also increased our viability of our core values, service promise, company vision and even expected behaviors and common language since our badges are completely custom and directly align with our culture.

Vorteile: Badges, mobile app, ability to have the feed on our intranet, ease of admin reports, creating badges, updating the site back office and just the overall look of the platform. It was easy to implmenet and our employees love it.

Nachteile: That we have to send a manual spreadsheet to MTM monthly for updates. It would be so much easier for us to manage new hires, transfers, etc. on our own especially since we are a smaller company. This delays training to new hires and their access sometimes 4-6 weeks.
