"Growthscore makes it simple to get legit reviews by product evangelists"

Kommentare: It helps to get reviews from our customers when they're most likely to write one. Like I mentioned earlier, reviews are a good to have for us and not a must. The fact that we can use our NPS surveys in productive ways is a plus.

Vorteile: - Their system to identify the most likely customer who'll write a review across the diff. platforms is ingenious
- Integrates with our NPS survey campaigns and touches the customers right when they've had a favorable experience like closing a support ticket.
- Good design and UX; it's simple to use

Nachteile: - It's a good to have and not a must. That is, we're not in a space where customer reviews can stay customer purchase decision as our's is a fairly complex product.
