Vorteile:

Mir hat alles gefallen bei LinkedIn. Man kann sehr einfach nach ein Job suchen und der Arbeitgeber kann auch einfach ein Arbeitsstelle anbieten.

Nachteile:

Ich habe keine Nachteile herausgefunden aber wäre besser wenn LinkedIn noch ein Video zum Lebenslauf unterstützen kann, damit man es hochladen kann.

LinkedIn Jobs helps get quality job candidates in less time

Vorteile:

I like the customizable screening questions. Helps automate processes, it can send feedback to candidates eg that I have received the application, rejection email etc, this automation has also helped me cut on cost as I do not need huge manpower to do some of these tasks. LinkedIn Jobs is also saving me advertisement costs and I get quality candidates in large numbers and I’m able to choose the best fit for my organization. The UI is easy to navigate and work with, keeps me organized too. The interview scheduling is very helpful, it also sends notifications to the candidates to remind them of the interviews. I’m also able to review all resumes online, this has really made the recruitment activity easy and enjoyable unlike those old fashioned physical resumes.

Nachteile:

I can’t be more happier with a software. LinkedIn Jobs is what we all need

Nachteile:

the search algorithm can sometimes return irrelevant job postings

Social Networking Platform

Kommentare: My overall experience has been amazing because it is a very good social networking platform that allows us to share our work experience and develop our personal network.

Vorteile:

I have used it for my personal use such as applying for jobs. It is very efficient for finding the right job or internship.

Nachteile:

It is a public platform, and anyone can view your profile and contact information. So, be sure about what you are adding on your LinkedIn profile.

Great for Looking, But Not For Landing a Job

Kommentare: I have been disappointed with the end results of LinkedIn jobs, and would never pay for the service again.

Vorteile:

I like that I am able to see jobs posted within your area of specialty. I like that you can see how many people have applied for the position, and if anyone working at the company graduated from the same University as you. I also like that many jobs can be "Easy Applied" for, and list salary ranges within their job posts.

Nachteile:

I hate that once you apply, you will likely never hear from the employer again or from LinkedIn in regards to your application. I wish there was a way to track job statuses, know when interviews are happening, and know when an individual has been hired to fill the position. I have never heard back from any company I have ever applied for via LinkedIn.

I get notified about jobs in my email and timeline whenever there are new job openings from across the globe

Nachteile:

Linked in profiles are less detailed therefore employers are not able to see other important skills and experiences I have for the job posts

A Must Have

Vorteile:

As a Recruiter, I post every new opening on LinkedIn. This is the best place for professionals to be looking for new positions. Not having a LinkedIn profile in today's market is equal to not having a resume in the 1980s.

Nachteile:

There used to be a function where I could search "similar jobs", I wish that was still an option. From a Recruiter's perspective, I wish the CPC was more reasonably priced. From a job seeker's perspective, the search results often leave me scratching my head. When I search "Account Executive" and results for "Software Developer", I'm frustrated!

And while integrating it into my job search was mostly smooth, I wish it would sync better with some of my other job tracking tools. It's a strong platform, but there's room for refinement.

Kommentare: In general, LinkedIn jobs was helpful in helping us locate our current three best employees. We were able to exclude candidates who didn't fit our requirements and review employment history to make the right decisions. In contrast to other hiring tools and websites we have used in the past, the quantity of possible employees was remarkable.

Vorteile:

I appreciate how intuitive the software is. I've used it for more than five years, and I've even gotten a few jobs as a result of it! I appreciate how LinkedIn continuously improves their product by adding new features.

Nachteile:

The advertisements for "cattle run" employment, albeit unrelated to software, are something I dislike. I've applied for a few jobs that I found on LinkedIn and attended interviews for that are obviously bogus companies preying on unwitting job seekers. While I am aware that this isn't really a software issue, I believe that further fraud-looking firms and roles should be filtered out.

Looking for Work

Kommentare: Since I started accessing, I haven't gotten any results when searching for a vacancy.

Vorteile:

Profile visibility to employers and available vacancies.

Nachteile:

The downside is that to have more access to vacancies you need to be on premium, however, those without work cannot pay.

Professional audience. Now a days LinkedIn in the best place to connect with HR and other colleagues to grow your professional career.

LinkedIn Jobs has improved a lot over the last 5 hrs. They e created a separate app, increased functionalities and have made it easier to use as a candidate and a recruiter.

Nachteile:

As with most job boards, the personal touch is missing from LinkedIn Jobs. They try to personalize it by allowing the recruiter name and face to appear if you’d like to know who is directly on the recruiting team, but as with most job boards, you still need a personal connection to take the next step in the application process.
