Kommentare: I have been in the Medical field for 30 years. During that time I have worked in offices, hospitals, and medical insurance. This has given me an opportunity to use a multitude of software and this by far is the best. I really appreciate the customer service and how this software keeps up with technology. I love how they actually answer the phone and when you hang up you have an answer! Thankyou Brickell!
Vorteile: We are a medical billing service and have been in business since February 1998. Previously we were using another software and found they were not keeping up with technology. The support was aweful and never did we get a live person! We were at a billing conferance when we were introduced to Brickell software and were so impressed. It was almost too good to be true after the struggles we had in the past. I cannot say enough about this company. They actually keep up with all the changes in this field!! When we call we get a live person and they ALWAYS get us what we need. Because we are a billing service we deal with a variety of specialties. Each one has it's own requirements and it is so challenging. I feel so confident and pleased that the employees at Brickell can keep up! The industry of Medical Billing has become so complex but with Brickell we know we are in great hands!
Nachteile: I honestly do not have any cons.

Brickell Medical Software Has Far Exceeded My Expectations!
Kommentare: I have used Brickell Medical Software for over 10 years now and of all the medical softwares used this has by far rexceded my expectations. From the appointment scheduling to processing claims, patient statements, the process could not be more user friendly or interact any better.My first experience with Brickell Medical Office was in a Plastic Surgery office with five physicians. Currently I am utilizing this software in an anesthesiology group that contracts twenty-four Physicians and CRNAs. The transition was seamless from a web-based software to a server-based software. I would highly recommend this for any medical practice or billing company.
Appointment Scheduler is very easy to maneuver.
Easy data entry for demographics and also very thorough.
Insurance Billing simple whether electronic or paper claims.
Can create your own documents such as collection letters, statement notes, etc.
Collection module is great. All patient information can be see inside collection module (statements, claims, ledgers, demographic, letters, actions.)
Reports for everything imaginable
Nachteile: Wish there was a feature to scan directly into software..

Excellent Product/Support Team
Kommentare: I would (& have) recommend this product to any medical office. They will not be disappointed in the support and training they receive from Brickell's team!
Vorteile: I can't say enough about the product and the Company! Brickell always puts the customer's needs first! The company doesn't spend their time promoting their product as much as reaching out to existing customers trying to find out how they can improve and make the product work better for each practice. Their Customer Support is superior to any other vendor we work with. I have never called them that their phone wasn't answered promptly and our needs taken care of instantaneously. They even help us with other software issues when we have problems that might be unrelated to them. Their training program is excellent. They will stay with you every step of the way until you are comfortable using the program.
Nachteile: I have NO NEGATIVE comments! Can't think of a one!

We count on Brickell Software Everyday
Kommentare: I have been using the software for 12 years and love it and the suport team.
Vorteile: Love Technical Support. They are the best group of support among all the different software products we use. Don't know what I would do without them. Sometimes I will call them a half dozen times in a week and then not have to call them again for months. They are always responsive and have a wonderful helpful attitude on the phone. Brickell is extremely responsive to suggestions to improve the software. Easy to use and to train new employees on usage - user friendly. Our office uses the customization features to design the software to look and operate for our practice.
Nachteile: Not able to link appointment information and stages to Inform & Consent. Hard to navigate through the reports and what they can do for us.

Kommentare: I have had no regrets with this system. In addition to its cleanliness, etc., it should be noted that maintenance cost is minimal as compared to other systems.
Incredible customer support. There are not enough stars above to rate it.
We have had the system for over a decade now. We have been able to go completely paperless in the office. Productivity has increased many folds and cost have been cut as a result of the system.
Nachteile: The business reports availabe are somewhat cumbersome at times to use. Better description of the specific reports would be helpful.
