Kommentare: Sehr gut. Ein super zuvorkommendes Team für die Implementierung. Das einzige was es schwierig gemacht hat, ist das es sich bei Vertrieb und Projektmanager um unterschiedliche Personen handelt und die Übergabe zwischen den Personen nicht einwandfrei funktioniert hat, wodurch Themen neu erklärt werden mussten, oder auch bestimmte Teile der Umsetzung länger gedauert haben oder auch garnicht umsetzbar waren.
Vorteile:
Das ihr es anpassbar gemacht habt. Man kann seine individuellen Bedürfnisse mit einbringen, bleibt aber trotzdem am Standard. Außerdem können viele Schnittstellen zu anderen Systemen angebunden werden. Und das der Fokus nicht nur auf den Einreichern und Führungskräften liegt, sondern auch auf der Buchhaltung und wie diese die Daten ggf. noch anpassen muss.
Nachteile:
Das die technische Entwicklung doch immer länger dauert als gedacht. z.B. das in der Web Ansicht Belege nicht automatisch ausgelesen werden, dass in der App nur ein kompletter Bericht abgelehnt werden kann, im Web aber auch einzelne, dass man bei längeren Reisen immer alles mehrfach ausfüllen muss, obwohl es die gleichen individuellen Daten sind, die hinterlegt werden müssen.

Wir sind bis jetzt sehr zufrieden mit der Anwendung (Web und App). Alles ist verständlich aufgebaut und relativ selbsterklärend. Auch von den Test-Anwendern haben wir bis jetzt sehr positives Feedback erhalten.
Wir freuen uns schon, wenn wir alles fertig umgesetzt haben und so richtig mit Mobilexpense starten.
Vorteile:
Einfach zu bedienen. Als Admin hat man sehr viele Möglichkeiten und kann Anpassungen sehr schnell und einfach umsetzen. Die Verwaltung der Nutzer ist auch sehr übersichtlich gestaltet.
Nachteile:
Die OCR-Erkennung von Dokumenten funktioniert leider nicht so gut. Es wäre auch toll, wenn man über die App mehrere Fotos hochladen könnte für eine Ausgabe.
Basic expense management software
Vorteile:
The key functionality of adding expenses, receipts, and making them into reports works well. Making workflows is a bit harder, feels very manual. Exact integration is a great feature.
Nachteile:
Customer service is quite non-responsive - I've requested an updated quote and simply received no reply - and there is no auto-scanning function.
Simple expense management
Kommentare: Very user-friendly and helpful tool for expense management.
Vorteile:
I like the most how easy it is to ask for reimbursement of expenses, how transparent it is because without a proper approval any report can not be processed and as an accountant I also like how easy it is to actually book the expenses and reimburse them. We have it connected to our ERP system Exact Online so in one click we have everything booked. Mapping of accounts is done according to type of expense so it is clear also for people who do not understand accounting rules.
Nachteile:
The only con is that sometimes after exporting the report to our ERP system there is a variance between total amount in Declaree and our ERP system due to different rounding of VAT amounts, so after export I need to check and make sure that both amounts match.
MobileXpense in my company good choice!
Kommentare: Good cooperation, especially when implementing the tool, great support from the person leading the new project with us. In addition, all the changes we want to implement are usually implemented which probably has a global impact on improving and working on this tool for other clients.
Vorteile:
This tool was introduced in our company for several branches and early on everything was done and verified manually. Thanks to MobileXpense, we have saved a lot of work on both the accounting and business sides.
Nachteile:
There are a few minor issues, as with all tools, perhaps slow performance at times, but if we want to change something in the MXP settings, we report it and the MXP team deals with it straight away.

From support point of view: good. (MXP is available and provides adequate support).
From implementation point of view: good. The collaboration with MXP went professional and efficient.
Vorteile:
It is easy to keep track of my expenses with the mobile application. Once I want to bundle them in a report, I can use the web portal. If someone explained it one time, it is easy to use.
Nachteile:
When users needs to have accounts in several entities/sites (e.g. Belgium and Germany) then it can happen that they struggle to login. These are small hiccups which can be solved quickly if you know how, but it is an inconvenience.

Userfriendly and ERP integration. We use MXP as standardized solution within our group for submitting, approving and processing of travel expenses.

The intuitive and user-friendly interface of an application. Very convenient to manage expense flow and have an overview of their status.

Better automation of some processes (i.e. taking some information from a receipt).

No more storing paper receipts or invoices, fully compliant with Dutch tax law. Easy for my accountant and saves time and money. Connected with my accountancy program.
I don't have any specific issues with the app, I am the only user so I don't need the enterprise functionalities which are standard in this solution.

It is fast, easy to use and you can create a report within the app. You don't have to login to a web portal to create a report.

Best Expense app ever
Kommentare: Very easy to use expense app which covers out total employee spend. Pricing is very low bearing in mind the advanced functionalities Declaree has to offer. We've tried multiple options and Declaree was by far the best solutions for our business.

Vorteile:
The main advantage of this software is the easy usage. Additionally as it can be accessed from anywhere (also ourside our company network) this helps the users to submit expenses in time. Flexibility in customizing and local requirements helped us to achieve our goals and we were able to rollout MXP nearly globally.
Nachteile:
What is missing is the overview of where the automatic workflows are sent. Especially in case cost center owner or Supervisors are changing after the submission it is hard and timeconsuming to search where the approval is stuck. Here an overview in the history (Workflow / Approval sent to) would be an andvantage and would safe time in researching.

Reporting, especial creating own reports is tricky ; create reports for more than entity or global is challenging.
The implementation of the pilot project was excellent with quick support and turnaround times
Kommentare: Simple implementation, and easy control on expense approval flow
Vorteile:
Our process was simplified at the start of the pilot and therefore experienced a relatively easy implementation. The project manager made sure we covered our basics - where missed. The application is easily accessible on many platforms. The admin screens are easy too; simple enough for our Non-IT country admins to support and use. After project implementation, the operational support has been up to the mark. We're yet to face an issue they were not able to resolve.
Nachteile:
The mobile app was not aesthetically pleasing to many of our users. It served the purpose but could do with a facelift with a professional "user experience" consultant. Also would be great if the manual log-in screen could recognise when a user is trying to use his company email (SSO) and connect them there seamlessly. Right now we have to clearly demarcate Single-Sign-On link from the Manual log-in.
MobileXpense is the best app for travel and expense management due to high flexibility!

It is well suited for multi national travel and fit my needs in an efficient way. I would totally recommend it!
Nachteile:
Sometimes I need to update some internal fields but the support team is always there to provide me an excellent service!

Perfect solution for expenses

It is very user-friendly and data driven.
Nachteile:
They are totally focussed on declarations. So we miss the expansion to other HR and reporting processes.
I don't forget or dread to do my declaration of expenses anymore, it's really quick.
Vorteile:
It makes reporting expenses much quicker and there's no need to store paper receipts. Also, you can send the expenses to the supervisor directly and, since it integrates with the accounting software, reimbursements of expenses are faster.
Nachteile:
I'd like to introduce mileage by tapping on the map. Right now I usually just introduce the address.

This software makes it way forward us to track our travel expenses for each job. What we use for gas and track the miles we travel to each job.
