Nachteile:
Sometimes the billing can be a little confusing. I'd like to see the DID search improved so that I could find a phone number based on what the alpha spells out verses having to search through each city to see if the number is available.

Vorteile:
Reselling a good reliable product to customers for a profit. For the past year and a half it has been very reliable, customer support has been spot on, and prices reasonable.
Nachteile:
The inability to order fax without a voice plan.
Great SIP trunking program, but for Canada?
Vorteile:
SIP trunking is a complex technology and Siptrunk makes it easy to get started and reaping the benefits of VoIP quickly and lasting.
Nachteile:
The price point may be relevant for the U.S. but adding 20-30% exchange rate upcharge makes not viable, at least not for my business, to keep it in our portfolio.
Easiest to use provider
Vorteile:
The best thing about siptrunk is their reliable service and superb customer service. Any issues I've had have been quickly resolved within less than a few hours. The ability to add a trunk through freepbx using a plug in makes the service even more valuable.
Nachteile:
I like everything about siptrunk - I cant think of a single issue or difficulty.
Great service at a great price
Kommentare: Great service overall. Their product is great and so is their support.
Vorteile:
I like the fact that I can choose between a per minute rate at a great price or unlimited also at a great price. It allows for a lot of flexibility to fit what ever the need is. Plus the per minute rate allows for an unlimited amount of calls which is great for high call volume. Their call report is also very useful. We have over 30 DIDs with them that we use for tracking advertisements and it’s very easy to pull a report and see how many calls came in from which ads. Plus the DIDs are only a $1 a month once you go over the ones that you get based on your minutes purchased. Great company and service.
Nachteile:
I haven’t found anything that I don’t like about siptrunk.com.

This was simple to setup. I expected all kinds of hassles and none appeared. When I called support, an engineer answered and my question was answered quickly. That alone is awesome. Please don't change that ever!!! The minutes packages have been well suited to our customer usage and the portal is easy to understand and use. Please don't spend time on redesigning the portal because it's easy, quick and complete for our needs! Thank you.
Nachteile:
I don't have any except maybe a nit-pic. Make it just a little easier to get context sensitive help when I'm confused about the page I'm on.

No direct VPN support or ability to bill on be half the clients.

Very easy to setup and get my client’s accounts created and the port process is very simple. Customer service is very responsive and helpful with the questions I had. I have already recommended my other clients switch to their straight forward plans.

Simple no Resellable siptrunk service
Kommentare: The siptrunk service works as expected and when i have had technical issues( related to customers equipment) customer support has always been excellent.
Vorteile:
It is easy to Use the Siptrunk.com portal to manage separate customers all under one interface. I like that The individual customer facing portal is brand-able so my customers see my logo there.
Nachteile:
at times It can be a little difficult getting all of the information sand forms together for porting a customers existing number over to Siptrunk.com but this process is the same for all carriers and really isn't a big deal once you have done it a few times. it would be nice for scheduling purposes if it were possible to be able to do all of the parer work and get approved for the porting and then have it so you could do the actual cut over by clicking a button in the portal but Im not sure that would work out with having to move the info from one service provider to another.

Kommentare: Setting up a sip trunk using their system is quick and painless. You can't go wrong going with their services. Pricing is low and easy to eplain how billing works to our clients.
Vorteile:
As I implement phone systems I have found that Siptrunk.com is very easy to use and provides clients with world class service. I have not had any down time on our phone systems. They are very fast to respond to question or concerns. Provide great deal of information on the first system I setup and the rest have been a breeze. Porting is always quick and a simple process.
Nachteile:
I have found little to improve in the processes. Once you know their system it is simple to use.

Vorteile:
SIP trunk.com is very easy to setup and the tech support is top notch. Not only are any issues reviewed and resolved very quickly but the support staff is willing to assist and troubleshoot issues at the drop of a hat.
Nachteile:
I would have to say there really is nothing we don't like about SIPtrunk.com, the software and the staff. They realize that phones are our life blood and treat us as such, from day 1 to 101.
Value, Performance, and always available
Kommentare: Siptrunk has provided great services with no issue at a great value.
Vorteile:
Siptrunk provides great VoIP service and has never been down or unavailable since it's been put into production. If I have questions, their support group is quick and knowledgeable. I've referred friends and clients to them as well, and they haven't had any issues either.
Nachteile:
None. It works without issue, and that's the most important.

Kommentare: Easy to tie offices together and to quickly setup hosts for services and make changes to the plans.
Vorteile:
It works and is pretty painless to setup. Years of quality service and no downtime.
Nachteile:
Other SIP providers can get fax to work, not this one. Lag on DNS queries, alternate servers in other locations would be nice so that we could streamline the route.
Great sip trunking option for resellers
Kommentare: It allows us to provide our customers sip trunks at an affordable price. Customer service when needed has been excellent.
Vorteile:
The web interface to provision and manage sip trunks and DIDs is easy to use and allows you resell the services to your customers.
Nachteile:
We really have no negatives to report.

Ease of setup,flexibility, call clarity, and awsome tech support . The value for the service was by far better. Not the cheapest around but you get what you pay for

The only con was the old web site, it was hard to navigate but the new updated one is easy and more user friendly

Kommentare: Had multiple sites and customers scattered between T-1 lines other sip providers with less features. I have migrated many customers without issue

Ease of use in the portal. Failover feature (back-up numbers). Price and package bundles.
Nachteile:
Toll free number pricing is a bit high. Faxing is also a bit high as compared to eFax, etc.
