Its real-time communication feature lets us leave comments, and attach files while working together effectively from anywhere globally. Nachteile:

I wish they would add a similar feature for note-taking and share it publically as Notion or Nimbus Note does. If this comes around, it's the one tool to rule them all. Taskade offers customizable templates. However, it is not as flexible as Notion regarding customizability. Notion provides users with the ability to create custom databases, tables, and pages that are tailored to their individual needs. This level of customization allows users to create a personalized workflow that meets the specific needs of their work.

It allows me to stay organized and be able to keep my lists in a manner that makes sense to me.

Nachteile:

It does not have table-making capabilities.

Good for keeping organized, just be careful if you do a lot of article uploading

Simple system, easy to organize your content and keep track of what is and isn't done

Nachteile:

As you upload more documents to tasks, it gets progressively slower, and can be really difficult to move tasks between sections. Also, you'll sometimes need to refresh the page as some newly created tasks won't update with attached files and who it's assigned to.

There are far too many features to mention, you need to try it for yourself. The basics are implemented in a very thoughtful manner. You can store anything and everything related to your projects. The AI functionalities are extended on a monthly basis, and they are good.

Nachteile:

It was kind of hard to switch the mindset after using other tools, like Click Up.

I am freelancer so Taskade is awesome one stop shop for me! For project and client management, with full integration with my calendars and AI tools. Great software which I use daily!

Nachteile:

The first impression was - well, it looks like a little bit complicated. However after initial setup it's self-play tool.

UX, options, and the ease of categorizing

Kommentare: Very good. Encouraged me to also use it for daily personal to-dos besides academic purposes.

Vorteile:

supports all OSs including Ubuntu which is great, it syncs to everything you could wish for, has several templates, and the best part is how the UI is perfect and eye soothing. It gives you the option to take an overall look at your tasks in multiple views which is just the best thing for someone with an obsessive mind like mine.

Nachteile:

very few AI credits monthly, which goes to waste if the results are undesired

Nachteile:

My only gripe is that the gpt 4 has weird defaults that tend to only give high pevel overviews or summaries and snippets. Whenever I try and get something useful and tangible it fights with me or refuses. This is a major issue. Taskade is an idea I had years ago now made manifest. Where the philosopher(user) meets engineer(ai). But if it cant do or perform as I need ultimately its only useful for surface level creativity or tasks whixh saddens me terrible. Unlock the gpt 4 on your platform. Stop limiting responses to surface level fluff. Let users really benefit and this platform will soar in the clouds.

Excellent note-taking task management with AI capability

Kommentare: Overall experience is great. Easy to start. I start almost within 1 hour and most of the interfaces are pretty intuitive.

Vorteile:

Nachteile:

Editing text could be improved Select & Copy behavior is not standard Moving big areas of text/task is not possible Ai generated actions like summarisation or research has no reference sources. This is a huge concern. Document upload is confusing. Finding it is also confusing. If Taskade summarises the uploaded document, it doesn't reference the document (ie provide a link to point to where the source document is). I presume over time when I accumulate so many documents, it will be very difficult to find the original source.

Tiene grandes posibilidades. Me encanta, sobre todo, por poder incrustar tareas y paneles en zonas públicas de webs. Si usas varias plataformas, vas a encontrar un antes y un despúes en la forma de trabajar en abierto.

Nachteile:

Se debe tener en cuenta que está enfocado a gestión de tareas y no de proyectos. Se puede trabajar con proyectos. Pero se debe tener en cuenta las limitaciones. En todo caso, prueba con la cuenta gratuita porque si sirve para tu empresa vas a encontrar muchas ventajas.

I love that Taskade is available for all devices, making it seamless to continue my work no matter what device is available. The ability to communicate with clients or team members with the in app messaging and video chat is impressive. The sheer number of templates is mind blowing.

Nachteile:

With the addition of the AI features,along with the sidebars for folders, the interface can get a bit busy at times.

En primer lugar, me gusta la forma que esta herramienta se sincroniza entre versión web y la app. Para mí es una de las mejores herramientas que funciona bien desde la app móvil, y esto es un gran punto a favor. También las nuevas funciones que integraron con la inteligencia artificial están geniales. Me encanta la opción de resumir PDFs y poder crear proyectos con el resultado obtenido. Además, puedo destacar que la interfaz es intuitiva y muestra fácilmente como organizar las tareas y mostrar la información en los proyectos.

Nachteile:

La desventaja que le encuentro, es que es un poco limitado a la hora de crear mapas mentales. Me gustaría que fuera más flexible y con distintas opciones de personalización.

La facilidad de uso y lo bueno que es tenerlo con un grupo de gente para tener las tareas organizadas y repartidas entre los miembros del equipo. Una manera de poder ser eficientes y cada uno desde su casa si lo desea.

Nachteile:

En este caso no podría decir nada que no me haya gustado de la herramienta, considero que es bastante completa. Siento no poder ayudar con una crítica constructiva.
