Bucketlist

We were one of the early adopters of this tool a few years back and have seen it evolve over time.

Kommentare: great rewards and recognition software. We have great engagement with it and buy in at multiple levels of the organization.

Vorteile:

Its amazing for getting to know the people within our organization and providing us with opportunities to reward them with what matter to them. We've been able to support our team members with stuff thats meaningful to them. Everything from travel, singing lessons, whale watching, volunteering and many things in-between. I find it much more fulfilling that giving someone a coffee card or something like that (although we still do those). The tool has evolved over time and some of the things that make our lives really easy include: Data - our people seem to really take care in populating their bucket list items and goals. Leaderboards Activity feed Events - we've done a few events based on common interests and they were great Slack integration Recognition and the points system are pretty cool. We've recently used it for an operational excellence award that that experience worked out well so i think we'll keep using it for that as well. Support is awesome as well and they keep putting out new features with good quality.

Nachteile:

We have been using this tool for a few years now so we have seen it grow since its infancy. The things that I would like to see improve in the near term is some slightly improved reporting/manager dashboard but i think they said its in the works and they deliver on their road map, and recently they updated the UI which is a big improvement over the previous version we were using.

The least is how many points we received in a month.

It's impactful to see where you have done something extra special or something that management or your peers truly appreciate

It had a small learning curve, BUT we were in a very busy time at the same time we implemented the bucket list program

Kommentare: Overall it is a fun and easy way to recognize each other and reward others for going above and beyond in their jobs.

Vorteile:

The product is so easy to understand and very user friendly. It truly helps motivate employees to be better and look forward to earning rewards when doing so. I really like the feature that allows everybody in the facility to see who is being rewarded and why they are being rewarded.

Nachteile:

Honestly, there is nothing I do not like about Bucketlist so far.

The opportunity it gives employees to decide how they want to be rewarded and self -manage their points. Because they have the opportunity to decide they can make it a goal to earn more and save their points for something extra special.

Nachteile:

only one thing is the inability to respond with a gif.

Vorteile:

This product is super easy to use and gets everyone involved! It's had a very positive response from my team as well as other branches throughout the company.

Nachteile:

It needs clothing vendors for plus-sized people.

Kommentare: Using bucketlist has been beneficial in the sense of being able to express gratitude and appreciation to all staff members. It gives employees the opportunity to acknowledge one another during our busy schedules.

Vorteile:

I appreciate the process of receiving points to give away to other employees. I think this has give a positive energy in the work space and has allowed employees to feel recognized and appreciated. I enjoy choosing from the many different options of how to use the points I have received.

Nachteile:

I least like the news feed. Our company is so large that I wish there was a way to group the facilities and departments so each department could have their own news feed.

I love the easy access and that it is super easy to use. I feel like the process was smooth and easy to understand.

Simple and easy to use

Vorteile:

The strength of Bucketlist is its simplicty. It is one of the easiest to use and most intuitive platforms I have seen in the area of employee recognition. I also have experienced excellent customer support from the platform. I have raised queries on more than one occasion and received back responses that were prompt and meaningful. I love using Bucketlist.

Nachteile:

There are a few features that Bucketlist should consider introducing. Users should be able to save their location preference, so that they don't always have to filter the redemption options by location. Secondly, I cannot find a history of recognitions I have received. It would be useful to have a page that shows all the recognitions I have ever received. Thirdly, when a customer service query is raised, there is no reference number, nor is a copy of the query saved on the application or emailed to the user. If customer support staff weren't as responsive as they are, it would be a bit hard to follow up on queries.

Bucketlist recognition for my team, peers and colleagues

Kommentare: We all want to give recognition and encouragement to our fellow teammates, and this makes it so easy while putting them in a running feed so that everyone can share in the positivity and motivation!

Vorteile:

I like the ease of use. The whole process is easy to navigate from sending recognition to redeeming points myself. I like that there are fun little touches like gifs and emojis that add a little whimsy and/or meaning to the words and points awarded.

Nachteile:

I have not found anything that I did not like or was hard to use with they process yet.

My experience with Bucketlist

Kommentare: The biggest benefit for me is being able to see a coworker's accomplishments or birthday so I can acknowledge them

Vorteile:

I think it is very user friendly and I like the point system so we can use them for our coworker or ourselves, the gift cards are a nice idea and very much appreciated

Nachteile:

I feel t would be helpful if the person who is being recognized had everything under their name appear together once instead of having to keep scrolling to make sure you have seen everything for that coworker

Vorteile:

Great way to recognize your colleagues and/or Management Team. It's also nice to receive positive feedback and recognition from other Team members.

Nachteile:

No cons so far. Easy to use and great way to create a positive work environment. I'm glad that Teppermans has implemented this. management do a great job in recognizing the Team.

The only thing I diss like is not being able to give out more than 8 points a month

I Love Bucket list

Vorteile:

that the employees get to choose an experience and enjoy the things they love.

Nachteile:

that when you try to redeem a gift card after you receive one , it says report to HR doesn't know what to do. It wont like you redeem but just one and then glitches. That needs to be fixed !
