Vorteile:

Copying task lists from email is super easy. It separates all lines into separate tasks automatically. Also pomodoro timer is very useful. Of course there is also calendar view

Nachteile:

Some shortcuts are bit difficult to use keyboard location-wise like ~ symbol. Natural language processing is not so good like Todoist, but it's totally enough

TickTick is my tech sidekick.

Kommentare: TickTick allows me to quickly input notes, tasks, or anything else from wherever I am. There is web functionality along with a full set of desktop and mobile apps. I can then sort through my inbox in TickTick, look at today or this week, filter by tag, add headings to my lists to further separate, etc. I absolutely love it. I never lose track of anything! It has awesome built-in features like a calendar, habit tracker, and Eisenhower matrix for prioritizing. You can also turn a task into a note, add subtasks, pop tasks/notes out into a sticky note...

Vorteile:

One of the best things about TickTick is the versatility. You can keep it SUPER simple, or build out an entire system. You can manage your calendar, habits, tasks, notes, and lists- or just jot down quick to-do's. There are many ways to organize and view tasks, lots of customization options, and a flow that makes sense. There's also a built-in Pomodoro timer, which I love!

Nachteile:

For the most part, I don't think anything is really missing! I'd like to see more appearance customization options within the web app... that's about it.

Customer service completely destroyed the experience

Kommentare: In the end, I decided the software wasn't for me. However, I still felt it was useful for others and would have happily recommended it to others. They offer a 14-day refund policy, so since I was within the 14 day window, I followed their steps to request a refund. Well after the 14-day window passed, they had not opened my emails or responded in any way. I had to open a dispute with Paypal, at which point it seems TickTick lied to Paypal because they closed my dispute saying that TickTick had issued the refund. I then sent an email to the email address listed in the Paypal dispute, and it was only after I finally messaged them on Facebook and stated that I would post negative reviews that I got any response from anyone at all. Their customer service absolutely destroyed them for me. I would never recommend them to anyone for that reason alone. No matter how good a software may otherwise be, if I'm not able to see that they're backed up by good customer service, they're just not a viable option.

Vorteile:

I liked the idea that I could use the software as a one-stop shopping for my calendar, to-do list, and more. The idea of combining a calendar for those tasks that had a due date and a to-do list for tasks that didn't was very appealing.

Nachteile:

It didn't offer me reminders in the way that Google Calendar does, so it ended up being pretty ineffective for me. Without reminders, if I forgot to look at the calendar (which I often forgot), I'd end up missing things.

User friendly

I don't like having to log in every time I refresh.

Low cost, must to have app for all the students

Kommentare: It's great app and it's cost is relatively unparalleled. For students it is must to have app.

Vorteile:

Simplicity and it's timer functionality is pretty great. It's big heart which gives free version for a long period of time and it's cost is very less. That's great.

Nachteile:

Calendar feature is missing. Look and feel needs improvement.

TickTick Review

Kommentare: My overall experience with the application surpassed my expectations. My personal favorite task manager.

Vorteile:

There are several features I really like about the application. Unlike other Task Manager applications, TickTick has it all; things I needed, things I didnt know I needed, and things I dont need but at least I have the option. But I would say what I like most, is time tracking tasks and viewing the time spent on different types of tasks.

Nachteile:

While I have setup the application UI the way I like it, without this the UI would have felt really dated. So overall, the UI could use some sort of redesign for users not willing to customize their UI. There are also opportunities for refinements here and there, but overall I have no complains.

Must Have Productivity App

Kommentare: Overall TickTick is perfect for teams and just an amazing tool to use in a company and essential to keep everyone on the same page.TickTick is easy to adopt and useful

I can't imagine my life without TickTick. The design and speed at which they are able to add new features

Nachteile:

I had complaints earlier but they keep improving the app and I love the improvements they have made over the years. Currently I can not find one thing that I would change.

Packed with useful features and inexpensive compared to others

Kommentare: Time and time again, I find myself returning to TickTick despite leaving it to see if i can find better options out there. Despite some of the cons I have mentioned, I still think this is the most flexible, feature packed daily task management tool out there for the price! Others with only a fraction of the features want double or even quadruple the cost of TickTick and they're usually not even nearly as well done as this platform is. I just wish it had better API for me to integrate with my other tools.

Vorteile:

Nachteile:

- only very basic and not very useful API triggers and actions which forces me to being able to use only Zapier or IFTTT for automation and integrating with other tools- filtering could use some improvement in how many keywords you can add that fit the criteria for that filter (currently seems to work with only one word)

I have tested most task systems and this is the one I always come back to. I love the windows of a task that I can have open during the day.

The design is not the greatest and it should be redesigned.

One of the best

Kommentare: Quick, affordable (free), available (Android, Windows and Mac!) everywhere, good looking so it's easy to get other people in the company to use it and share the tasks. I rely on it daily and will continue to do so in the future. Please keep the software lean and usable.

Vorteile:

This is the software which finally persuaded me to move away from carrying around physical, paper notebooks and start relying just on my phone and my computer as a to-do list. I like that TickTick is very powerful already in its free tier, I love that it's simple and polished, well designed and quick. It hasn't failed me once, unlike Wunderlist for example. It's great that I can find it on most of the platforms I use, as a standalone app, and not just a wrapped browser window - it shows skill and dedication by the developers which in turn makes me trust them more with my data.

Nachteile:

The premium tier seems a bit too gamified for my taste. I don't need most of the premium features and I would like to remove all the nagging branding and icons. A better way, at least for me, would be to be able to have just a minimal free version and a separate premium one.

TickTick is a great replacement for Wunderlist

Kommentare: I was a devoted Wunderlist user, but when Microsoft bought Wunderlist then killed it in favor of its To Do app, I needed to find a replacement because To Do didn't have all the functionality of Wunderlist. I tried other list apps, but didn't like the way they looked (Todoist had too much white space and I didn't like the way subtasks looked) or worked and none seemed to have all the functions I wanted. TickTick had everything and then some!

Vorteile:

I love that TickTick has smart lists, an inbox, and the ability to share lists. I also love the Pomodoro timer for productivity! Ability to set recurring tasks and reminders is key.

Nachteile:

I'd love the Custom views to be visible right above Lists instead of in a separate tab.

Economical & Love the Customizations

Kommentare: My husband and I needed a replacement for Wunderlist, which we've used for years. After MUCH research and comparison we chose TickTick and are both very happy with it. We upgraded to Premium to transfer our data from Wunderlist, which was super-easy to do. We like that we can each have our own accounts with personal lists as well as shared lists. I love that I can color-code lists and tags, and that created lists allow emojis.

Vorteile:

The free version is great if you don't need all the bells and whistles. The premium version is very economical compared to similar products.

Nachteile:

My complaints are trivial and cosmetic: I'd like to be able to upload a photo instead of choosing from their themes, and I wish the app would open to show all the lists, rather than a specific list, and that the .

Great task manager

It helps me stay organized and keeps me from forgetting tasks.

Nachteile:

It doesn’t integrate natively with one of my main softwares.

Excellent for task management

I love the organization of tasks. The different categories and other labeling options are vital to keeping tasks organized.

Nachteile:

Some of the sync functions with outside calendars are clunky and hard to organize. There are multiple places to turn on synced calendars and it is confusing.

Great value for the price

Vorteile:

The price, which is affordable. Also that it is multiplatform, for Android and PC, with good synchronization between all devices.

Nachteile:

What I like least is that it has some pending improvements. For example, the habits widget is not editable, only for consultation, but you have to enter the app to record the tracking. It's also a shame that they don't include a time tracker for each repetitive activity, with good reports at the end of the day, week, month, year. Their blog does not provide much information and they hardly publish anything new. Although the app is updated every 3-4 months, the improvements are minimal, development is slow.

Best on the market if you like simple UI/UX

Kommentare: Keeping a cluttered mind organized has been the best things possible. We often have too much stuff to do and rarely we remember it all. So having a place to dump your ideas and tasks is a must. This way, when you write it down you can "forget about it", cause it's already there on the list and it will get done. Remembering something later on you should have done and didn't do because you forgot you had to do it just sucks.

Vorteile:

I first came across this software through some Youtubers I follow. After trying it for a few weeks I was hooked, just a very easy interface to work on and very clean/minimal design make it easy to find stuff and work around the software. For a while I wasn't using most of the features it offered, but after I decided to learn how to use the product at its full potential, things changed. I started to get very organized and could separate topics inside my projects so I could track than better. TickTick also keeps on adding features, like the new Eisenhoward Matrix, which helps to see what's the most important things you NEED to get done first. But overall, what I really love about the software is the simple/minimalist interface design, just great to have and to keep a cluttered mind a more organized and peaceful place.

Nachteile:

I really just wish they could implement a timeline visualization feature, it's the only things that's missing for me. Also, I have googled everywhere to see if there was a feature on how to change the font size on my mac laptop, but it doesn't exist, only if you change the system's settings, which I don't want to do. There should be a zoom/font size feature as well on preferences, that would make it much easier for me on the eyes and not having to change the whole system size, which looks too big.

Useful in managing and collaborating task

Kommentare: TickTick is one of the simplest to-do application that i have tried and it really help me in managing my daily task and to-do list.

Vorteile:

I really like TickTick because it has both application on computer and on smartphone. It is easy to check my daily schedule task directly from my smartphone especially when i am not on my computer. I love that the task can be color coded, so i can see instantly which task is on top priority for that day.

Nachteile:

The task feature is limited and has no other means of tracking like time tracking or completion tracking. It is only for a simple task schedule that can notifying me the due date of the task based on the date that i have input earlier. It will be best if the can provide more complex feature to the task.

Tool for managing business... and life

Kommentare: Love at the first sight. Using this tool for three years or more. My job consists of a lot of small tasks that occur on daily basis, tool with more kabana feeling would be too complicated. I also summarize meeting or other stuff with list in e-mail and then I copy the list to the task description in TickTick, change task mode to checklist and vouila! Every new line is new item on the checklist. So amazing I can't even <3

Great ToDo Application with Some Questions

Kommentare: TickTick is a very, very capable task manager with outstanding apps on all platforms. It's quick, syncs perfectly, and is very feature-rich. However, the Chinese ties and accompanying privacy and security policies may be a turnoff.

Vorteile:

- Very fast and perfect sync - Cross-platform without a hitch - The Team develops and adds features very quickly - Calendar view is fantastic - Free version is already very capable and great value - iOS and Android versions are fantastic

Nachteile:

- There's an iffy privacy and security policy, and the company is based in China. This feels very uncomfortable if you want to trust an application with private information. - Only really 2-3 levels deep when it comes to creating task lists - Support on the forum is very very limited, language barrier comes into play - Some parts and information feel poorly translated (from Chinese into English)

A great way to keep your life in order. I LOVE it.

Kommentare: I spent a lot of time looking at Todoist, Microsoft To Do, Trello and others. I chose Tick Tick of course and won't ever change. Wasted a lot of time on playing around with all the other stuff.

Vorteile:

Easy to use and does everything I could ask for.

Nachteile:

Customer service is almost nonexistent. On the other hand there help files are about all I needed. Still it's a shame that no one seems to be there to answer any questions.

Well worth the migration from Wunderlist

Kommentare: I have been on the search for a simple app to track my tasks. I work almost solo, handle two hobs and several projects and it is simply brilliant. The way it automatically translates your written instructions to dates and reminders works well. Its integration with google assistant is also very handy I just go like "Ok Google, Note to self" then narrate the task and it gets added. There UI is very intuitive and the addition of a small calendar underneath the task names is brilliant as you can simply drag and drop tasks at certain dates. I used to love Wunderlist and I still think it's a quality platform but it falls short of TickTick. Highly recommended

best to-do and team managament app

Vorteile:

Love the natural language input, helps a lot when inputting lots of tasks fast, and like that i can choose whether things like 'today' in the task name stay there or are removed. Easy to delegate tasks to others and track numbers.

Nachteile:

Would've liked to see more integration with things like email (create task automatically from email), and maybe add more details to tasks (for example when i add task to call someone from my contacts, automatically add their details so when the time comes, i can just click and call, without having to go to my contacts list)

Best Personal To-Do List

Kommentare: I use TickTick as my personal to-do list, keeping track of everything from when to pay bills to events on my calendar to random chores.

Vorteile:

My favorite feature of TickTick, and the one that makes it stand out, is the way it handles recurring to-dos. I wanted a calendar-based to-do list where I could add monthly items like paying certain bills, recycling pick-up, etc., and TickTick was the only app I could find that allowed that. At least for free. TickTick lets me keep track of everything, big and small, without having to remember to put things on the to-do list over and over again. Plus, you get the satisfaction of actually checking things off as if they were on a paper to-do list.

Nachteile:

There are sometimes minor glitches, such as with dragging the order of items each day. But it's nothing so big that has turned me off from TickTick yet.
