Feature rich ad server
Kommentare: Very positive.
Vorteile: Our previous ad server was unable to process the volume of ads served on our network. DoublecClick can handle large (and small) volumes - no problem at all.
Nachteile: Not really a con, but it's so feature rich that it can seem bloated at times. Also the UX looks like it can be improved and cleaned up.

DoubleClick powers a lot of Google Ads and is ubiquitous when you are an Adsense publisher.
Kommentare: DoubleClick is behind Google Adsense which I use, along with millions of other publishers. It has been a very simple and easy monetizing solution for many websites, and connects advertisers to their potential target clients.
Vorteile: The payouts by DoubleClick are the best among all PPC companies, and always have been. This is a company that is synonymous with the PPC industry. Therefore, you can be sure these guys offer the best performance, both for advertisers and publishers. The intelligence acquired and used by DoubleClick to serve up the right ads to the right person is unequaled in the industry.
Nachteile: CPC instability and overall decline has been a trend over the past decade. Ad blocker usage and low quality advertisers have also increased. DoubleClick needs to do more to stay on top of things and I'm not sure if they are doing that well enough.

The industry standard
Kommentare: Overall the industry standard as far as ad serving products. I don't mind using this program and will continue to for years I'm sure.
Vorteile: I like the ease of use and organization of the ad campaigns. Also the functionality with other google ad serving products is nice and makes cross utilization easier. Its pretty quick and powerful most of the time as well.
Nachteile: It looks like a little dated at times, but it doesn't need to be fancy. Some of the requirements for setting up ad products are a bit unnecessary, but I understand the functions.

Kommentare: Able to deliver and manage ads at a large scale, however some features could be improved for user friendliness and intuitiveness.
Is easy to use and has a good amount of documentation available to assist with issues, or to refer to.
Allows large scale ad server.
Google makes changes to UI and features without notice and/or listening to feedback.
Recent changes to features have caused issues with current processes.

Vorteile: It is easy to learn to use, I like the ability to manage different types of campaigns like HTML5 and images. Its ability to edit line elements, allow me to manage a faster campaign, allowing me to see the performance and pace. In General, you can configure reports, automate them and integrate them with other google tools to analyze and get the best possible information about the people who click on the banners
Nachteile: Although it is a free program, the system can be slow very slow and can take some time to execute certain functions
