"Best RM solutions for a hotel"

Kommentare: The Overall experience is superb. The RM staff are friendly, committed and professional. Even the support staff are very helpful and resolves issues in less time.

Vorteile: Axis Rooms Revenue Management system is very user friendly, starting from their dashboard to pricing configuration and reporting system. The dashboard gives the complete information in a glance of hotel's KPIs like Room nights, ADR, REVPAR, Occ% and monthly pick up. One can set up the monthly budget and compare the actuals and strategies in meeting the budgets. Pricing guidelines can be set up based on occupancy, competition and promotions. Overall one of the best systems which I had associated till date.

Nachteile: Axis rooms should focus on the mobile application

"Axisrooms my daily revenue management support!"

Vorteile: The customer support team is super helpful and always available to assist you. Specially [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN], who has been great support from the Axis team. Additionally, it's user-friendly and the sync between the channel manager and OTA is very smooth. I use it on daily basis and it has been a savior for me. I do recommend it to others as well.

Nachteile: Room category MLOS setting is tedious, its should give an option to chose multiple room category to set an MLOS along with a delete button to remove the MLOS when required. It should give the option to map rates with GDS like Amadeus. Rather than using multiple channel managers, it is easy to use one channel manager and control all panels. Please come up with a mobile app that can help us fix any issue at any time. Since the channel manager is an important Revenue Management tool. Axisrooms has been really helpful in precharging the card on behalf of us for Booking.com reservations. However, my concern would be that when there is a reservation cancellation, Axis team should proactively refund the charged amount to guests whose booking is outside the cancellation policy rather than a manual intervention by us.

Vorteile: Pretty easy to use and it is a cloud based software updated technology
