Is the best Tracking software used
Kommentare: Excellent product to manage different Users time-tracking, for montly working hours is perfect.
Vorteile:
In my consultancy experience i have used different time-traking software to manage commissions and montly working hours, but actiTime is the best software used now.
Nachteile:
The price is not competitive, exist othe time-tracking sofware with less price, but also less features.
actiTIME has been great for time-tracking projects in our business
Kommentare: For our time tracked projects that we bill clients actiTIME has saved us quite a bit of time vs managing that by hand as we have multiple people working on a project with one person doing the billing for both. It keeps us from having to collect that information manually and then type in that information on the invoices.
Vorteile:
Offers quite a bit of functionality for free. Time tracking and the ability to carry that information over into invoices are critical features we need to complement the other SaaS products that we use (wave, clickup, etc). Project setup and time-tracking work very well for us and does everything we currently need.
Nachteile:
The reports/invoices are still a little clunky compared to the features offered by Wave and other competitors. As far as I know there is no way to have the invoices remember recurring billing items that are not related to expenses or time-tracking. We would like a fixed monthly billing item on each of our invoices, currently we add those by hand.

Gründe für den Wechsel zu actiTIME: Time tracking in actiTIME was easy to use and offered more functionality without too many extra features we didn't need. The free plan offered everything we were looking for.

Simple and solid

Review of actiTIME after 1 year of use
Kommentare: We needed a way to track hours spent on Engineering vs. hours spent on Operations support. we set this up easily and now just run a monthly report.
Vorteile:
1. Easy to Administrate 2. Easy to use 3. Good Training features 4. Thorough selection of report types
Nachteile:
Would like to be able to customize reports and then make the report set-up available to other users.

Great for detailed time tracking
Kommentare: We've been using Actitime within our practice for approx 4 years now. During that time the development of the app has definitely made things easier. It allows a good level of detail through the tracking a client, product and task level. It is starting to feel a little clunky and dated compared to newer products, in particular when creating a report or a new task. We've trialed newer products recently but decided to remain with Actitime. However as we are getting more and more of our practice into cloud based apps I think we'll eventually be looking for a more integrated solution. Although Actitime integrates with QuickBooks it does not currently integrate with Xero.
Vorteile:
Good amount of detail in both tracking and reporting. App makes tracking easier. Simple to use.
Nachteile:
Not very integrated with other practice software. User interface starting to feel a little dated and clunky compared to others.
