Great tool for my recruiting teams to qualify the technical skills of prospective candidates
Low cost compared to other testing tools
Great customer support - they partner with you to learn your teams needs and work to meet them.
Easy to use and train on - doesn't slow down my recruiters and can increase time to submit
Nachteile: As a practical matter they don't have tests for certain niche technologies but they will work with you to come up with custom tests if you recruit on a technology they don't normally offer tests for.

An Easy and Seamless Process to Screen Technical Candidates
Vorteile: This software makes it very easy and quick to qualify candidates for a variety of different skill sets. There are a number of skills with pre-loaded questions and anticipated answers along with highlighted buzzwords to listen for. This helped tremendously for skills I am unfamiliar with as it kept me engaged with the explanations to determine whether or not candidates were qualified. In addition, I enjoyed the ability to rank responses. Candidates who used examples to back their answers can be rewarded with a higher score.
Nachteile: While there is a number of technologies listed, there are still many which need to be added. In addition, I felt that the "Create your own test" was a little difficult to understand the first couple of times.

Great screening tool for it staffing firms
Kommentare: Again the clients can be involved if they desire in the process also we can also just screen people ourselves very effectively with his tool if helped us out last month with a skill no other testing company had in place and we dialed in with excellent candidates for the client that they wanted to eventually hire.
Vorteile: I can customize for my clients exactly the questions they want us to screen for. The clients love the idea that they can have input in how candidates can get screened specifically for their roles, so we don't waste their time and we increase our value in the eyes of our clients.
Nachteile: I don't have any thing i did not like I am interested to see how the tool is updated over time. It is good now but I know the company wants to make it even more valuable to it's clients

Kommentare: We use tech screen to show our clients that we have tested a candidates knowledge. We have had people who have done great on the tech screen bomb an interview and vice versa.
Vorteile: Its easy to set up and administer a test
Nachteile: I am doubtful how well Tech screens in general grade a candidates technical skills. Its a fine product, but it seems to test academic knowledge instead of skills utilized in the real world.

My easy highering experience with TechScreen
Kommentare: The software was the best setup I've experienced. It was intuitive and walked me through each step. I was never left wondering what to do next or how to accomplish something. I had very few questions about the system because it was built with a genius mindset of ease of use and complete functionality. I was able to quickly setup the type of position I was hiring for and easily select from the questions pertaining to that job. The system is super smart and separates questions into categories of level of difficulty, because you may not be hiring for an engineer, maybe just an entry level tech support position. The software has it all for you built right in so you never have to create your own questions.
Vorteile: The customization of the interview questions and the support of the product provided by the support team.
Nachteile: I have nothing to say negatively about this software...it infact, exceeded my every expectation. I wish I had more staff to hire to continue using the software!
