Kommentare: Wir haben das Tool bisher öfter genutzt, um einige Listen zu bereinigen. Es verlief immer reibungslos und ohne zwischendurch andere Abläufe zu behindern. Es ist schön, dass wir durch CaptainVerify immer sicherstellen können, dass unsere Listen nach der Bereinigung keine weiteren Probleme verursachen. Wir können die Software weiterempfehlen.

Vorteile:

Einfach zu bedienen. Bereinigung dauert nicht lange. Verlässliches Tool.

Nachteile:

Für unsere bisherige Nutzung war die Software in Ordnung.

Affordable email verification tool that does a good job

Kommentare: This is a tool that has a lot of potential. You can do easy mass-verification, either through uploading your list, API or webhook. Results were pretty accurate when I tested, so that's a big plus. Pricing is also good, quite cheaper than other tools with similar performance. So overall this is a good piece of cloud-based software that I might use more in the future. I've seen a few improvements made to it, so that's also a good sign. Software needs to evolve, especially as technology advances.

Vorteile:

I must say, the pricing is very affordable. Combine that with good accuracy, and I was pleasantly surprised. I've tried many email verification services in the past 10 years and I think CaptainVerify does a good job compared to most mid-tier tools I've used. There are no unnecessary bells and whistles, just what matters.

Nachteile:

I'd like to see some more documentation about the checks that are done in the background (every email verification tool has their own standards and processes). Also the speed could be improved. It's slower than other tools. For smaller lists this is no problem in my opinion. For very large lists, this could be annoying, although I haven't tested this with a large list (my lists were under 2K subscribers).

Lack of adherence to GDPR principles

Kommentare: If they can't get this sort of legal requirement correct, what other obligations are they skipping?

Vorteile:

Once signed up to Captain Verify they will add you to their mailing list and their unsubscribe option doesn't work. The irony is not lost on me!

Nachteile:

I am concerned about an organisation that claims to spam-clean email addresses and yet has no respect for customer experiences themselves.

Un plugin rassurant

Kommentare: Anticipe un problème de trop nombreuses fausses adresses sur un fichier de contacts donné par un client.

Vorteile:

Rapidité de vérification des adresses emails et existence du logiciel en version française.

Nachteile:

Pas de possibilité d'essai gratuit, et mériterait de pouvoir être associé directement ou intégré à un logiciel d'e-mailing de type MailPoet.

Increase ROI in email lists

Kommentare: I have noticed an increased ROI in mailig list that have been used with this software, and it's good to not waste resource chasing dead ends.

Vorteile:

The ability to automatically sift through mailing lists and remove any dead or unresponsive entries creates value in having proven high quality entries.

Nachteile:

I've not experienced any issues when using Captain Verify, it does as it advertises without any fuss.

Kommentare: Le site est simple d'approche, le nettoyage des fichiers rapide et efficace. L'offre est très abordable, je recommande vivement.

Vorteile:

rapide, efficace et abordable, ce site vous permet rapidement de scanner toutes vos bases de données clients / prospects et de ne garder que les actifs et d'être plus pertinent dans vos e mailings et bien sûr vous éviter d'être black listé par les serveurs.

Nachteile:

Obligations payer des forfaits et donc de garder des avoirs qui ont une fin de vie limitée donc risque de perte de son investissement

Kommentare: Sans API au départ, puis automatisation via Make et Airtable. Gros gain de temps sur la vérification des contacts

Kommentare: Site utile quand on veut vérifier si un email est le bon ou essayer d'envoyer un email pro sans avoir l'adresse exacte.
