5 vor 3 Jahren

Kommentare: Very good experience the truth a tool designed and thought to facilitate the use to the end user. I recommend it.

Vorteile:

I like onavaya because it is very easy and easy to use, besides saving me a lot of time in my daily activities at work because I can communicate with my colleagues quickly and easily. I can call clients and communicate with other branches that are inside or outside the country without problems.

Nachteile:

In some calls it has happened to me that it is cut and I have to re-dial.

I have used OnAvaya for a few years now. Avaya is pretty simple for what it is, though functional.

Kommentare: Users have the ability to take calls, forward, merge, basically all the standard IP phone settings.

Vorteile:

OnAvaya enables contact center agents to access IP Office Contact Center to manage voice calls, chat and/or e-mails. It also allows supervisors to monitor and support agent activities as well as having access to real time and historical reporting.

Nachteile:

OnAvaya is very complex software to learn to use for the day to day user. Better keep this for power useres and adminszx power us

OnAvaya - Say Farewell to Desk Phones

4 vor 2 Jahren

Kommentare: Overall OnAvaya is a great solution for today's remote workforce. The call quality can vary, but in general no more so than the call quality of any cell phone. It's also very easy to check voice mail, both from the phone itself and from your cell phone (if you are out of the office or away from your work computer). This is a great benefit also.

Vorteile:

A few years ago my employer introduced this software for all remote employees. It was a drastic and stark change to the clunky desk phone I'd been accustomed to using. However, once I started using it I never wanted to go back, and thankfully haven't had to. The "soft phone" works great. It's tapped into your company directory so it's simple to call others within your organization. You can also add contacts just as you would to any smart phone. The call quality can sometimes dissipate, but as long as you're hardwired it should not be an issue.

Nachteile:

Depending on how your IT department has configured your office, and whether or not you connect to your work network via VPN, you will need to be sure you are connected in order to access the phone's functions. It can be easy to forget this, especially in the morning, so I find it important to always check the phone when logging into my work computer to ensure it's on. We use VPN, so I always need to connect to the network before I can launch the phone. It's a minor issue. At times the call quality can drop, especially if your laptop is not hardwired to your router. I've also had a few calls simply drop.

Over all a good product

4 vor 3 Jahren

Kommentare: Overall my experience with OnAvaya has been a positive one. It's a good, not great, call management tool for softphone usage. I like Avaya's various other products and look forward to testing and possibly implementing Avaya Aura Pro. For now, OnAvaya meets my company's basic needs and has been a solid performer in softphone technology.

Vorteile:

I can depend on OnAvaya to maintain a solid connection Very clear call quality Integrates well with older software Easy to train employees to use Doesn't drop calls, especially during a transfer

Nachteile:

It's limited on how much usage load it can take at any one time Some of the training is muddy on how to upgrade or add features
