Working environment and communication made better

Vorteile:

Compared to traditional communications such as mail or messengers, this app enables the team to communicate more efficiently and easily. Making chat rooms exclusive for a team or sharing a variety of files is intuitive and convenient. Also, it supports several platforms including Windows, Mac OS, iOS, Android, etc, and connecting external apps for further expandability. Reliability of the app is adequate and it hardly crashes.

Nachteile:

Although this app is more affordable than its competitors, it still is not negligible when the size of your team gets bigger.

Bringing back my work / life balance

Kommentare: My previous job required me to train about 100 store staff (selling beauty & cosmetics). We felt back then that we needed a systematic way to sort and organize all company related information instead using consumer-based messenger. JANDI's topic based organization was super easy for us to create topics related to each store, products, company announcements and promotional material for our staff. Upon with the read receipt option, I was able to know that each message was delivered and read properly.

Vorteile:

The never expired document/photo storage. Super quick searches, and the file is always ready for preview even tracking a few months back. Setting software notification off after work hours, and turning on vacation mode during my off days.

Nachteile:

I wish there was the option to login with my fingerprints / facial recognition (just the way how I would unlock my iPhone).

A private version of Facebook groups

Kommentare: I used it during a project program at one company. The company was using JANDI and asked us to join the software to be able to check the team mission and stuff.

Vorteile:

I like the fact that is really private, only people in the griup can acces it and also it has a lot of options such as To-do list and the infos about separate members, the department they are part with. Good software for a company chat rooms

Nachteile:

Maybe that it takes a lot of space and is diffixult to find the download files.

Convenient and simple

Kommentare: I've been using it for several years for a several different teams, we use it regularly to coordinate projects, we use it to share images and files which is a great feature, we have bots set up that send reminders about various events, we have separate rooms for different departments in an organization.

Vorteile:

It's very easy to get the hang of and start using. You have a main page with all the teams your part of and you have your workspaces within for those teams, where you can organize chatrooms and post things.

Nachteile:

It's a little too simple and I haven't seen it differentiate itself enough from other similar offerings such as slack, discord, etc. Although it does have a simple org chart and some integrations with apps like google calendar or githud, could do with more productivity features, like a task list, various post times, etc.

Benefits of Jandi

Kommentare: Jandi has really helped us be more efficient. We are reducing our internal response times which allows us to actually focus on our business. We have setup a few google form integrations which are allowing better visibility to our managers.

Vorteile:

There are a few key points to mention regarding the ease of use about Jandi. 1) Learning the software. Just dive in and you will easily learn how to use it. 2) It's compatibility. Drag & drop, screenshot sharing, image uploads are all easily doable while using Jandi. 3) User friendly. Easily organized and well thought out. 4) Integrations. Allows you to integrate daily sales and this helps us be more agile when making business decisions.

Nachteile:

There are a few features that could be implemented like: 1) The option to edit text (i.e. underline, indent highlight, auto bullets & numbering, etc.) 2) A calculator can be added in the side panel.

Great platform for inside communication

Kommentare: I liked the clean interface and great customer service support. Hope it can gain more flexibility on the additional plug-ins. (e.g. Project management functions)

Vorteile:

The interface is clean and easy. Especially for non-engineer colleagues, they prefer Jandi a lot more than Slack.

Nachteile:

Extension/ plug-in stuff. The choices are pretty limited.

One of the best work related communication

Vorteile:

It is very user friendly and since we have offices all over the world, some of us require other languages like Japanese, Korean and Chinese, there are all covered. I can create new topics and new message group easily.

Nachteile:

So far, very little that I do not like about the software. If I have to mention something, there could be more stickers (stamps) for communication.

Using Jandi for the class in University

Kommentare: It's convenient to organize and up/downloading files for the class.

Vorteile:

Since I mostly teach motion graphics at school, the file size limit(300MB) is great for uploading.

Nachteile:

Some preview images of the internet links do not appear when I uploading the multiple links.

Excellent team management tool!

Vorteile:

Besides ease of usefulness, seamless integration of desktop and mobile versions is like a cherry on the top.

Nachteile:

Preview of Microsoft .ppt, .excel, and word files could be improved.

it is very useful for my team, because it was easy to use and we were able to start polls for variety of events and also easy to share files and look through files we have shared previously.

Nachteile:

After having chats with many people in the company, if I want to chat with them again, I have to scroll down to find a chat room or search their names again to start a chat. must have search section right next 'Chats' for our convenience

Jandi for Venture Capital

Kommentare: This is a great platform for team management and communication.

Vorteile:

The ability to create topics seamlessly to discuss different things in a silo-ed manner.

Nachteile:

The file sharing features aren't incredible. Sometimes previews don't load or don't look right when loaded.

It's such a great software!

Kommentare: We can chat & discuss anytime & any place about some problems and then they can be solved smoothly.

Vorteile:

We can have a chat room with help from administrators always!

Nachteile:

The icons are not so many. It's better to have more & more!

I am happy using Jandi

Vorteile:

We can categorize the menu, so when we need to check our discussion history, we can locate it much easier.

Nachteile:

Would be great if we can have an online meeting through Jandi
