Almost every SAAS has 1 or 2 key differentiators, but Productive stands out in terms of their support and dedication to ensuring a positive customer relationship experience

Everything is all in one place without the need of multiple softwares
Nachteile:
Some features that are a no-brainer (eg. tracking non-billable proposal hours) should have been able to be directly tracked from the sales function instead of having to be tracked as internal hours. But these are nitty gritty details which should make way to Productive sometime in the near future
Everything we need in one platform
Vorteile:
Productive includes all the features we wanted and nothing we didn't. We used ClickUp for some time, but found it was hard to use and customise to our needs. Productive gives us the tools we need to keep projects on track and assigned to the right people and gives us business metrics that keep us aligned and on-point. It's been a game-changer for us, and we can only see it getting better.
Nachteile:
Productive is expensive, especially as you add more users. Other products are cheaper, but they aren't tailored to what we need, so they end up costing in other ways.
Productive IS productive!
Kommentare: I've used a fair few platforms in my career and Productive stands above them all. I will recommend it to any businesses that I will go on to work for in the future.
Vorteile:
The seamless cross functionality in Productive, from budgets to resourcing, makes it of the top platforms I've used so far in my career.
Nachteile:
I would like more customisation in the resourcing view. For example, I would like to be able to reorder the resources on the left panel instead of the alphabetical order that is locked there now.
Disappointing reporting clutter and slow service
Kommentare: Very bad. They promise a lot, but it seems that it's not possible to actually produce the reports that they promise to be able to.
Vorteile:
What I like most about productive is the Dark mode. They nailed that frature.
Nachteile:
Useless reports. Customer service. Clutter of code. Buggy.

Kommentare: Great tool to manage agency projects, time sheets, finances. Easy to navigate and easy as well as super fast to get someone to help if having difficulties finding anything.

Very efficient and user friendly tool that caters a broad aspect of agencies' needs: project management, time logs, budgeting, reporting, etc. Amazing customer service (kudos to [sensitive content hidden])!
Nachteile:
It would be great if it was not as expensive, but it's worth it.
