> **Nachteile**: User Interviews needs to do a better job of monitoring and punishing scammer behavior by researchers on its platform. The researchers on the platform use "application surveys" to gather valuable yet remunerated feedback from users. These researchers also tend to refuse payment to users for vague and unfounded reasons, after users submit their feedback. User Interviews can be fantastic but as long as researchers like this are allowed to abuse the platform, the company will decline in user trust.
