Great extension for over the phone sales!

Kommentare: I have been using this for over 2 years and I have not found anything better than this.

Vorteile:

I use this extension every day to explain different types of health insurance plans. This has been a life saver to help build value and credibility over the phone.

Nachteile:

It is slightly costly in my opinion, but it does get the job done and is very easy to use.

Vorteile:

The easy way to share my screen. It is very simple! I do not have to explain a potential customer, how the screen sharing work (and get him nervous even before I got stated do talk about my product :) The other person has just to click on the link. Almost every body is able to do that :)

Nachteile:

Sometimes (with companies working e.g. with sensitive infrastructure) the link might not get through the firewall (but I guess every other link won't work either).

The BEST Screen sharing software for customer service reps

Kommentare: fully satisfied from the interin development stages all through the years until now.

Vorteile:

I have remained extremely pleased with the developments with the Crankwheel platform - think of the ability to seemlessly engage with your customers on your site immediately - but added to that you can also share camera and see your customer while working on your site with them. This is a definite gamechanger - WHY - Because it happens all from a call and nothing for your customer to download

Nachteile:

I have absolutely NO cons that i can think about CrankWheel - the reason is because it is a continued growing and evolving with the times - the only con might be there are none to find

Kommentare: I do most of meeting with screen sharing using this add-ons. So great. Also if you can add Voice feature so i can kick skype from my system. :)

With network low bandwidth I can share without any interruption.

Nachteile:

If i want to share same chorme tab then its little hard then screen sharing.

Kommentare: Using Crankwheel to explain health insurance has been incredible for my business and my clients. The tech is sound without glitches or bugs so my clients feel comfortable. Kommentare: I could go on and on, but basically CrankWheel's ability to let a client visualize charts, either on their phone or other devices, that is a game changer. It also helps develop trust, "seeing is believing" type of tool.

Vorteile:

I love how super simple it is to use for both myself and my clients.

Nachteile:

I have nothing bad to say about CrankWheel. Nothing.

I like that is user friendly, it is well thought and well designed. I love that you can keep your recordings safe in the cloud and that it is so easy to use!

Nachteile:

Nothing at the moment. I felt very comfortable trying it and then used the free version for a few presentations afterwards and it went very well! :)

Simple and Functional: All you need in a screenshare extension!

Kommentare: CrankWheel allows me to view my students' screens, share my own screen, and collaborate with colleagues through the click of a simple button. You can't ask for a more functional chrome extension!

Vorteile:

CrankWheel functions easily and I have had no issues implementing it for use in my virtual business. Many of my clients are middle-school aged children who have had no issues using this software!

Nachteile:

The user interface is a bit cluttered and often the extension loses track of sign-ins. This is complicated by the requirement for multi-factor authentication to sign in and use it on start up.

Crankwheel - Cant work without it

Vorteile:

Crankwheel allows me to to present remotely with screen sharing and video sharing . This causes an impact on customer's perception of my product. It affects directly my results.

Nachteile:

This is not something I dislike but something I could have. I would like to be able to see my customers screen. I don't need to have control, but see other screens. I guess the customer would have to be an user of crank wheel. However , it serves my purpose which is to present effectively

Great Product and so user friendly

Kommentare: I am solving the problem of being face to face with my clients and being able to sell products completely remote from my office living room and/or with an internet connection and CrankWheel is a integral part in that!

Vorteile:

The pros of CrankWheel are the screen sharing. You can get a link to share you screen which I use for presentation to make remote sales in the insurance industry. I can send link via text so I can share my screen with someone on their phone. It is so easy to disconnect and connect again. You can also send people to a website and they can type in your code to make them feel more safe and secure. Just the flexibility of the product is second to none.

Nachteile:

limited amount of times of use for free each month. at the end of the day, who wants to pay? But this product is worth every cent if you need to share you screen for presentations.

Love the Product

Kommentare: I had been using another screen sharing, Join Me and Go to Meeting. CrankWheel is SO easy and I love I can see the clients screen so I know what they are seeing. And even better, no downloads for them to deal with AND it can be used on their cell! It has taken the stress out of screen sharing for me and my colleagues that use it! I recommend it to anyone I know that needs to utilize this type of tool. Thank You CRANKWHEEL

I use it for presentations all the time

Vorteile:

The first time I used CrankWheel I hated it. I was giving a presentation and it kept freezing, the conferencing part dropped and I was furious. Guess what? It was my internet connection, not the software. After I got over my initial experience, I started using it all the time and I like it way better than WebEx and some of the others that I've used. I'm not even using all the features, but I think it's a great piece of software.

Nachteile:

My only nit-pick was the fact that it was difficult to figure out how to add my own conferencing service instead of using the one provided with the software. And that was my own stupidity, this comment shouldn't reflect on the quality of the software.

Fast , Easy and Effective

Kommentare: Sometimes a picture is worth 1000 words. It is blisteringly fast to get a viewer on a live share session and clarify any questions. The faster I can resolve concerns or answer questions means I'm that much closer to helping customers or prospective clients. I like that!

Vorteile:

The ability to quickly get my audience into a desktop share or screen share makes my job easier. There are no clients to download, no applets or other requirements by my clients. Also, I'd like to mention that mobile access to sessions is seamless as well. Mobile is especially good since we are living a mobile life and we use mobile as an extension of ourselves during the day.

Nachteile:

I really have not found a distinct dislike!

Gets the job done

Kommentare: I use screen sharing seasonally - i.e. it's heavy use for part of the year, then not much use the rest of the year. So I didn't need a bit annual expense to use it for one quarter. Crankwheel provides what I need on their basic plan. It's easy to use and provides the features I wanted.

Nachteile:

To be honest there are no glaring deficiencies in terms of my needs.

CrankWheel for Teachers

Kommentare: Awesome! I can't believe how amazing and responsive their customer service has been. They have truly gone above and beyond for any question I have asked them.

Vorteile:

I can't imagine teaching without it because it helps me reference my smartboard at every group of students and it makes viewing the smartboard accessible for every single one of them. You have no idea how much that changed my classroom :)

Nachteile:

The only thing that is a bit inconvenient is that the session timeout is the exact same as our passing period length so I was having to start a new session for each class (5 a day). However, keeping one of our Chormebooks logged in through the day solved that challenge.

CrankWheel is a great and ingenious tool

Kommentare: It works perfectly and trouble free and the customer can not click because he can only observe and follow the explanations. This means that he is more interested in the matter and not distracted. Customers amusementevery time. 👍

Kommentare: Overall, I am really happy with my experience. CrankWheel makes it so easy to share my screen without any of the added hassles other platforms seem to put in the way. Of course, not having any glitches with the screen share is also super important, & I'm very satisfied with the results of each connection.

Vorteile:

It's so easy to share my screen. I just press a button in my browser to get a link, which I can then share through email or live chat. The screen share works seemlessly every time, I've never had any tech issues.

Nachteile:

So far I haven't had any issues with CrankWheel, it really is great at what it is designed for.

Great Remote Sharing Product

Vorteile:

This is one of the easiest screenshare platforms I have ever used. I never have any technical issues with it. Easy browser extension add on makes it super easy to click and go.

Nachteile:

I like everything on this screenshare. It is easy and functional.

It works every time

Kommentare: I dropped Skype and Hangouts for this product. To share my screen I just have to click a button in Chrome, then send a link to someone I'm already in contact with via chat, e-mail, or even on the phone just by telling them (literally) to type in meeting dot is dot blazej. Love it!

Vorteile:

Convenience and reliability. It's accessible as easily as, say, the Enter key on my laptop's keyboard. If you ever used Chrome extensions - well, it's as easy as any of those.

Nachteile:

I'm not using the Enterprise features that are available (choosing to display a full screen vs. browser window). I go full screen every time and don't care about sharing my notifications. I can see the point of having this enabled though...

Simple to use, always works!

Kommentare: We use the software for sales and training. It’s really easy to use for our clients to use. You can implement the screen sharing almost instantaneously.

Nachteile:

Works just how I’d expect it to but I would like the option to screen share the clients screen.
