This site is very great and useful to have for our company. We have everything in one system that we can log in to anywhere.
The customer service team goes above and beyond to help with all of my concerns and even reply quicker than other sites i have previously worked with in the past that are in the same time zone as us!
Vorteile:
Very easy to use, and whenever i have issues the customer service help team are always so quick to help even though they are in a completely different time zone as i am!
Nachteile:
The dollar sign is in the wrong place for north America, but i have already reached out and they are in the process of changing this for us!

Vorteile:
A program that allows me to lead and warehouse and orders and calculate salaries for employees. The main reason why I moved to Gincore is the built-in CRM system, where I see all the customers who ordered our services, who stopped ordering or started to contact less often. There are all necessary reports for work, user-friendly interface. Plus the program is updated periodically, which can not please.
Nachteile:
The only disadvantage, the software is a bit difficult for beginners. It's good that there are online support and video lessons that allow you to learn the program. Also there was an incident with a glitch in the system, but it was fixed almost immediately after applying to the support.
