Kommentare: Die Arbeit mit Canva ist für mich inzwischen zu einem festen Bestandteil meines Alltags geworden. Egal ob es sich um Posts, Stories, Videos oder Banner handelt – mit nur wenigen Klicks kann ich das passende Format auswählen und sofort loslegen.Besonders schätze ich die intuitiven Design-Tools und die einfache Drag-and-Drop-Funktion, mit der ich Bilder, Texte und Grafiken genau dort platzieren kann, wo ich sie brauche. Die Plattform bietet auch eine Vielzahl von Schriftarten, Farbpaletten und Grafikelementen, sodass ich meinen Designs leicht einen einheitlichen Look geben kann, ohne großartig externe Ressourcen verwenden zu müssen. Auch die Möglichkeit, eigene Markenfarben und Logos hochzuladen und zu speichern, ist super praktisch, weil ich dadurch bei jedem neuen Projekt direkt auf meine Corporate Design-Elemente zugreifen kann. Ein weiteres Plus ist die Team-Funktion. Wenn ich Feedback brauche oder eine zweite Meinung, kann ich meine Entwürfe einfach teilen und gemeinsam an einem Design arbeiten. Das spart mir viel Zeit und ermöglicht eine schnelle Abstimmung. Canva bietet mir so die perfekte Balance aus Kreativität und Effizienz – und das ohne großen technischen Aufwand.

Finger weg von Canva Pro

Vorteile:

Eigentlich Top Tool, das man gerne verwendet, vor allem in der Pro-Version. Aber Finger weg: die Bilder mit Krönchen, die Canva anbietet können zu Urheberrechtsverletzungen führen, die einem Unternehmen gefährlich werden können. Eindringliche Warnung also an alle.

Nachteile:

Man kann gerade nur vor Canva Pro warnen. Canva hat gewaltige Probleme mit Urheberrechtsverletzungen, d. h. dieser australische Konzern „verkauft“ in Deutschland in seiner Pro-Version Bildmaterial, das ihm nicht gehört, und nicht der Konzern wird abgeklagt, sondern der Nutzer, der das natürlich gar nicht wissen kann. Und Canva zu verklagen, ist dann dasselbe, wie z. B. Facebook verklagen zu wollen. Im deutschen Urheberrecht gilt zudem nicht gutmeinende Erwerb. Man also vor der Verwendung von Canva-Pro-Material nur eindringlich warnen. Hier betrügt ein internationaler Konzern seine gutmeinenden Nutzer. Am Ende bleibt dann nur noch das Löschen von Social-Media-Profilen, da retrograd alle Posts gelöscht werden müssten, die Canva-Bildmaterial beinhalten, das beanstandet wird, was natürlich unmöglich ist. Finger weg! Kleinere Unternehmen werden so an den Rand des Ruins gebracht.

Absolut empfehlenswertes Tool!

Vorteile:

Canva bietet eine unglaublich breite Auswahl an Vorlagen und eine sehr umfangreiche Sammlung von Fotos, Illustrationen, Icons und Videos. Selbst in der kostenlosen Version werden einem zahlreiche Funktionen und Ressourcen geboten, die man nutzen kann.

Nachteile:

Keine Offline Nutzung möglich und höhere Abo-Kosten.

Leistungsstarkes und benutzerfreundliches Design-Tool

Vorteile:

Die Plattform ist sehr intuitiv, auch für diejenigen, die keine Design-Erfahrung haben. Canva bietet eine beeindruckende Auswahl an Vorlagen für fast jede Anwendung, von Visitenkarten bis hin zu Instagram-Storys. Die kostenlose Version ist leistungsstark, und die Pro-Version bietet zusätzliche Features wie Premium-Inhalte, Marken-Kits und mehr Speicherplatz.

Nachteile:

Ohne Internetzugang ist der Zugriff auf Designs und deren Bearbeitung nicht möglich, da Canva keine lokalen Dateien speichert. Obwohl die Basisversion kostenlos ist, sind viele fortgeschrittene Funktionen und Inhalte nur in der kostenpflichtigen Pro-Version verfügbar. Für Einzelpersonen oder kleine Teams können diese Kosten eine Hürde darstellen.

Top für schnelles, Flop für genaue Arbeiten

Es ist schnell und unkompliziert. In der Gebühr sind viele Stockfotos und AI dabei.

Nachteile:

Wenn man genau arbeiten möchte verzweifelt man manchmal an der inkonsistenten UX.

Kommentare: Ich nutze Canva sowohl beruflich als auch privat für verschiedene Zwecke wie Social Media, Plakate, Glückwunschkarten, Lebensläufe etc.

Vorteile:

Ohne grafische Ausbildung tolle Designs erstellen zu können.

Nachteile:

Aber bisher nichts Negatives entdeckt. Arbeite mit der Pro- Version.

Postet nicht wie geplant / Kundenservice maximal inkompetent

Kommentare: Bezahle seit Monaten für den Canva-Service.Als ich nach mehreren Jahren etwas posten wollte und mich mit der Plattform auseinandersetzte, kam nur ein Bild auf Social-Media an, anstatt der geplanten 7.Im Support bekam ich als "Hilfe" eine Boomer-Anleitung und daraufhin wie die Limitation von Bildern auf Facebook ist. Ich habe es für Instagram eingestellt :'DMaximum Inkompetenz im Kundenservice und schlechte Content-Management-Software.Ich gestehe zwar etwas rough gewesen zu sein zum Kundenservice aber bei einem bald 1 jährigen Abo sollte eine der Grundfunktionen der Plattform, nämlich das Content posten, funktionieren. It does not.

Vorteile:

Die Einfachheit. Spiegelt sich leider auch in allem anderen wieder.

Nachteile:

Es funktioniert nicht wie geplant. Der Kundenservice verschickt Boomer-Anleitungen.

Kinderleicht

Kommentare: Es reicht aus um potenziell seine Reichweite zu vergrößern.

Vorteile:

Ich finde mit Canva bekomme ich die meiste Aufmerksamkeit alles Kunden. Ich bearbeite meine Bilder und Grafiken. Es ist sehr hilfreich für mein Instagram.

Nachteile:

Die angebotenen Grafiken haben manchmal Copyright Probleme haben. Das kann dann teuer werden.

Einfach anzuwendende und leistungsstarke Grafik-Software

Kommentare: Für den Großteil meiner Arbeit im Bereich Design-Erstellung ist Canva ein wunderbares, einfach zu bedienendes Tool. Die Arbeit mit Canva macht Spaß. Designs können auf einfache Weise im Team geteilt und bearbeitet werden. Zudem ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für die gebotenen Funktionen und Inhalte sehr in Ordnung.

Vorteile:

Man muss kein Grafikdesign-Profi sein, um mit Canva schon nach kurzer Zeit ansprechende Designs für Social Media, Websites und sogar Print zu kreieren (wobei es hier noch Schwächen gibt). Zudem enthält Canva einen recht tauglichen Video-Editor und in der Pro-Variante einen großen Fundus an Video- und Audio-Footage.

Nachteile:

Da eine starke Ausrichtung auf Webdesign hat, zeit es bei der Erstellung von Printprodukten einige Schwächen. So ist es zum Beispiel nicht möglich, Farbprofile zu hinterlegen. Beschnitt ist nicht individuell einstellbar, hier gibt es nur die Optionen "mit Beschnitt" oder ohne.

Monatliche Buchung, dannUpgrade auf ein Jahr

Kommentare: Der Gesamteindruck ist mangelhaft, da trotz Belastung des Kontos, die Software nicht im vollen Umfang benutzt werden kann. Das ist ärgerlich, zumal wenn man vorher Zugriff hatte. Zum Beispiel durch den 30 Tage Test oder ein missglücktes Update von monatlich auf ein einJahresabo. Alle Markenunterlagen sind dann verschwunden.

Vorteile:

Die Software ist übersichtlich und leicht zu bedienen. deswegen hätte ich auch gern die pro Version genutzt

Nachteile:

Monatliche Abbuchung mit Upgrade auf 1 Jahr Ich hatte die monatliche Abbuchung gewählt und alles funktionierte großartig. Bei der Umbuchung auf das Jahresabo scheint dann etwas schief gelaufen zu sein. Denn das Geld wurde zwar vom Konto abgebucht, doch alle Pro Features waren nicht mehr zugänglich. Ich schrieb unzählige Mails an den Support - denn es gibt KEIN Telefonischen Support. Es kam KEINE Antwort. Ich lasse heute das Geld von der Kreditkarte zurückbuchen. Insgesamt ist das Buchungssystem bei Canva als mangelhaft zu beschreiben. Bei mir funktionierte es nur über I Tunes beim Handy. Sofortüberweisung, Paypal, Kreditkarte Fehlanzeige. Da tritt immer eine Fehleranzeige auf. Tolle Seite - mieser Service.

Diese Software überrascht mich immer wieder

Kommentare: Es gibt wohl kaum eine Software, mit der Grafiken schneller erstellt sind. Canva hat mir Stunden an Arbeitszeit gespart, durch gute Vorlagen, einfache Bedienung und jederzeit Zugriff auf die Daten ist es die perfekte Lösung für mich.

Vorteile:

Es gibt kaum eine Software, mit der ich lieber arbeite. Durch die guten Templates erstelle ich fast alle Dokumente hier, mittlerweile auch Videos, Social Media Grafiken und Präsentationen. Die Ergebnisse sind ausnahmslos sehr überzeugend.

Nachteile:

Es fällt ja schwer das zu glauben, aber diese Software ist schon hervorragend und wird mit weiteren Funktionen immer besser. Hier vermisse ich nichts, alles funktioniert einwandfrei, und mehr, es macht sogar viel Spaß, damit zu arbeiten.

Sehr intuitiv und trotzdem viele Optionen und Möglichkeiten

Kommentare: Sehr hilfreich um Bilder und Videos zu bearbeiten und ansprechende Grafiken zu erstellen. Auch für die Erstellung von YouTube thumbnails war es das ideale tool.

Schlechter Service

Vorteile:

Canva ist leicht zu bedienen! Es macht Spaß dein Design zu kreieren.

Nachteile:

Canva ist für mich nicht erreichbar. Kein Telefon, keine E-Mail. Nur ein Support, auf meine dringende Frage habe ich nach fast einer Woche noch immer keine Antwort! Mein pro Account ist plötzlich nicht mehr aktiv und ich erhalte keinen Support. Sehr ärgerlich. Schade

Good Design Program For Beginners

Kommentare: Canva has been a great tool for our clients who have a design in mind and want to take a try at creating it to save on typesetting costs from us. We also use this internally for our own designs and social media and it makes scheduling a breeze.

Vorteile:

This is the best user-friendly design app I have come across. They are up-to-date with the latest features and integrations that I could ever want to implement. The software is also easy to share files between us and our customers in case we need to make any quick edits.

Nachteile:

The interface is beginning to get a bit cluttered and hard to find the commonly used tools that have now been rolled into other sections. You do have to have some design knowledge now to know what the name of the service or action you are looking for is.

Canva pro is user friendly and amazon tool for everyday use

Educational Necessity

Kommentare: I started using Canva a few years ago and the more I used it. The more I loved it. It is user friendly and the user interface specifically designed for Educators has been a game changer in my classroom.

Vorteile:

I love the templates and how user friendly they are. I also love the fact that I can use someone's template and then customise it making it my own. Even more important is that as an educator I can upload my lesson plans and other resources using the app and add my students to my account, so we can all work on the same project at the same time. It is very efficient and my students love it.

Nachteile:

Some of the AI features are not as great as I would like them to be, but I am hoping that improvements will be made as they go along and continue to add new features to the site.

Canva is better than photoshop

So Many Features, Some Frustrations

Kommentare: I have used it for design with some basic invites and other printables. I have enjoyed it when it works, but have been frustrated when it doesn't do what I want it to do - especially with "blank" documents where I need to do my own layout.

Vorteile:

I love the vast array of templates available.

Nachteile:

I really struggle to design something if I want to start from scratch. I wish the design tools were more intuitive. I consider myself very tech savvy, but it's really hard to navigate the tools to get it to do what you want it to do if there's not an existing template. It's also hard to know sometimes why certain features are free and some aren't. Specifically, the inability to resize the page on a free account is particularly annoying.

Canva is a good all-in-one platform for social media posting but not for printing/higher quality creations

Kommentare: Overall, Canva is a great platform for people who have minimal skill in more professional softwares or who can't afford the higher price point of those products along with Stock subscriptions. Canva is an all-in-one platform and it's conveinent. If you're used to having complete control over document setup, color profiles, etc. You will find some frustrations with Canva.

Vorteile:

The templates and assets you can add like gifs, graphics, music, photos, videos, etc. are great. It's nice having access to all of that in one platform/subscription.

Nachteile:

The export quality. Despite selecting the highest quality exports, there is still some blur with certain images when posted on social media. Now this could be due to posting through Hootsuite, I'm not sure if there is compression happening, but I have noticed it even when not posting through Hootsuite. It's enough of an issue for us to leave Canva, just something I've noticed. Another thing I dislike, is that Canva is setup for RGB colorways, not CMYK, so if you're planning on printing the files, there will be a difference in color due to the color profile not being in CMYK. I also am proficient with Adobe programs, so use those for printing products/high quality documents, images, etc. And then use Canva for social media posts where high-quality isn't as important, and it's more helpful to have easy access to stock icons, graphics, etc.
