Great Solution for Driving Employee Experience
Kommentare: In addition to the team being responsive to requests, I've found that they are also great partners in our calls. Always a great source of information as we worked to get adoption and utilization numbers up over this initial year after implementation.
Vorteile:
I use Simpplr daily to provide important real-time updates to our employees with their top headlines of the day in our intranet. The solution combines both documentation and social media elements so that it is not only intuitive in how to search for important need-to-know information (ex: HR policy documents, departmental guidelines, etc.) but also offers a sense of community as people are empowered to create their own user-generated content (UGC) to share on our more social sites. The team is also really receptive to feedback on suggested enhancements and has implemented some of the suggestions we've submitted like page read times and customized newsletters.
Nachteile:
I believe there is always room for improvement like more scheduling options for posts, admin access to "comment" on behalf of an exec (execs and EAs would probably benefit from this feature), or implementing gamification to the system (ex: badges, points), some of these items are already something the team is working on for a future release! So, nothing much to complain about as the team is always working to address feedback received to make a better product and user experience. If it's not there--it's just a matter of being patient for the next release when it will be implemented!

Support During Salesforce Outage Was Exceptional!
Vorteile:
We experienced our Simpplr site go down due to a Salesforce server outage. Of course, an outage is not ideal, but I appreciate everything the Simpplr support team did to communicate the status of the issue, keep us updated during the resolution, and their continued support as our intranet site got back up during the day.As soon as the issue was realized, we opened a support ticket, and within 5 minutes we had a response from the Simpplr team. [sensitive content hidden] was outstanding! 5 stars! They pinpointed the Salesforce server issue quickly and provided links to the status pages so I could stay updated while they investigated/resolved the issue. In addition to the status pages, [sensitive content hidden] kept me updated with a few messages that the resolution was taking longer than expected or a few hours later when everything was back up and running. I just so happened to have a scheduled business review meeting that day with [sensitive content hidden], our customer success manager, and she also offered to assist and escalate the issue in any way possible. All support was appreciated!
Nachteile:
The worst thing about the Salesforce outage is that we couldn't use Simpplr! We've made Simpplr the employee hub, so it was definitely noticed by employees when the site went down. Just want to be clear - this sort of outage is not common and had not happened to us before.
Simpplr was a great tool for intranet

I liked that my company used the intranet well. I knew that I could go to our simpplr instance and have many of my HR questions answered as well as information about upcoming activities and webinars.
Nachteile:
I really liked that I could join different workspaces based on my role within the organization but there were certain workspaces that I would have loved to explore every once in a while and were protected and I also was enrolled in a few workspaces that I didn't need but couldn't end. But that was probably more organization specific rather than tied to Simpplr as a tool which was great

Kommentare: Our business analysts researched 15 different software options while our HR team did their own separate research and we came together to share our findings and we had unanimously selected Simpplr, and now that we've successfully launched it, we know why it's considered the best of the best. It can be maintained by one person, or by a group of people, and it's easy to delegate who handles what. The best part is anyone in your organization can create content without having to be trained. It's as easy as navigating a basic website or posting a comment in social media. We have been very pleased with our decision to go with Simpplr and we built and rolled it out in the same quarter without having to hire tech consultants. Their customer service is fantastic.
Vorteile:
Even the most technically challenged people can create, post and find content on Simpplr without any training. It's perfect for when your intranet doesn't live in IT. HR and/or marketing can launch and maintain without creating work for your already overloaded tech team. And Simpplr is constantly updating their product with new features. Unlike other intranets I've used that role out new features before they are ready, the updates Simpplr launches work great from the day they come out.
Nachteile:
Coming off of years of SharePoint and Interact, it was hard to transition from the site/folder/page organization style, but once I got my head around every department and post not needing its own site, it actually provided a lot of freedom. I do miss the point-based recognition/reward system other intranets offer, but if your priority is to keep teams informed and connected this is the way to go for sure and you can find other way to reward teams. I do wish the feed could exist on the homepage without taking up so much real estate or requiring the latest and most popular posts to reappear. But maybe that change will happen in a future update.

The Simpplr Support Team is fantastic!
Kommentare: I have a fantastic account rep [SENSITIVE CONTENT] who still meets with me regularly to go over any questions or upcoming releases. I also love the support site. I can easily put in a ticket and the team does a phenomenal job of working with me to resolve any issues.

We do not have an IT team at our business, so I love that Simpplr is so easy that a Communications Manager can manage pretty much all of it!
Nachteile:
It would be nice if there was an easier way to have an externally-facing instance that didn't require going through the Salesforce log-in process.
Simply Outperforms Anything Else -- Employees Love it!
Kommentare: Overall, Simpplr allowed a disjointed company to come together as one business to inform, inspire and connect employees. It is the one channel everyone tunes into for the latest company news, "one-truth" reports and data, fun information about fellow teammates, and so much more. The ability to connect people in a visually smart and engaging manner makes internal communications that much more influential in moving the company's culture forward.
Vorteile:
The technology is innovative, easy to use and encourages employee engagement. The ability to garner over 20+ insights, encourage comments and feedback, and provide a mobile experience is priceless. The ability to move at the speed of business is something that Simpplr offers. You can upload imagery, copy, videos and more that is attractive and engaging. It looks like a consumer-friendly site that helps business motivate, connect and inform employees.
Nachteile:
There truly aren't that many items to list. Each time I had an issue, the team was responsive. Updates are super easy and the technology continues to improve.
Just What We Needed
Kommentare: Extremely positive. Great implementation team, and a great product that is getting better with every release.
Vorteile:
Simpplr has the perfect mix of features and configurability without being overwhelming. It's easy to train employees to manage and create their own content. Also: it's very flexible from an implementation standpoint, so if at any point you need to pivot on your approach, it's easy to do.
Nachteile:
The Simpplr designed user experience is easy and enjoyable. Every once in a while you have to dip into the Salesforce back-end for user management which is less easy to navigate. It's not often, so not an issue for us, and the security of Salesforce was a big selling point so it really evens out.

Kommentare: Simpplr provided excellent guidance and support throughout the onboarding process and post-implementation. The customer success team is always available to help whenever we need it. Besides the high-quality product, Simpplr provides extensive industry research and thought leadership to position customers for success.

Simpplr's high quality visuals, page layouts and ease of use.
Nachteile:
Reliance on Salesforce 'Files' system does create some limitations for document sharing, but this has not been a major issue.

Simpplr is a little limited in what we can/cannot do and how we can build out sites. Our employees have used Google sites in the past which has a lot of customizable options that we don't have with Simpplr but this is also a pro in some ways

Kommentare: I'm awfully happy with this software. The app and website are easy to navigate, publishing is a breeze, and laying in external media like photos and videos isn't much trouble at all.
Vorteile:
Simpplr's rapid publishing and editing ability is fantastic. I come from a career where stories went out in seconds and minutes, so being able to get my work out to the company in just moments is wonderful. I don't like making mistakes, but when I do, the updating is nearly instantaneous.
Nachteile:
In the aforementioned administrative issue I suffered, I would periodically receive error messages when attempting to publish. Eventually, publishing would work, but the error messages were so generic ("Simppr experienced an error when attempting to publish" or something in that vein) that I was frankly unsure what the problem was or if it was of my own doing.
Excellent platform for use as an intranet and employee comms tool
Kommentare: Really great tool with solid customer service support and ongoing updates to ensure issues are addressed and best practices are applied.
Vorteile:
I really like the search functionality and the news feed that shows latest and most popular content. I also think the event calendar is very useful for encouraging awareness and attendance at events. The clean layout is also visually appealing and makes it easy to use.
Nachteile:
The homepage could have additional functionality to make it more customizable as some people find it too busy/cluttered. Also would love the ability to reward people for comments or have a built-in game or recognition system.
It keeps getting better and better...
Kommentare: I enjoy seeing the continuous, incremental improvements to the Simpplr platform and their their willingness to work with their clients to expand on ideas for new features and improvements on existing functionality. Their customer support has gone from good to excellent in the short period of time that I've worked with Simpplr. There is also alot of excitement from Simpplr employees about their product and it shows in our interactions with them.

Simpplr helps build company culture!
Kommentare: We needed a platform that could be accessible from anywhere and on any device without a firewall and Simpplr was the answer! It's an easy to manage intranet and integrates well with our other tools to create and build content with relevant information.
Vorteile:
Simpplr has a modern and sleek look that reflects our company culture. It encourages and promotes employee engagement by creating 2-way dialogue between employees and leadership. The platform also has robust data analytics that provide insight into usage and effectiveness, it’s not extraneous to pull any reports. Simpplr is also available on mobile app which is such a bonus with our distributed workforce!
Nachteile:
There aren’t any that I have encountered yet. All platform issues have been directly addressed and the company is constantly working on new updates.

Quick and easy route to communication success!
Kommentare: We needed a solution to improve communication across our office and field teams - one that would feel like social media to keep everyone engaged, regardless of their technical ability. Simpplr gave us that and a whole lot more!
Vorteile:
Simpplr gave us every feature we needed, and has been adding more great features over time. The onboarding and setup process were excellent, and support has been there for us every step of the way. Our account manager has been instrumental in ensuring that we achieve success, and we have built a great working relationship.
Nachteile:
The analytics feature does not currently support the metrics from users of the native mobile app, so I am hoping to see this added in the near future.
Solid Product, Turn-Key Communication Solution
Kommentare: Our relationship with Simpplr has evolved over the past year from vendor to partner. Simpplr has been very responsive to any issues we've had and has become a thought partner in bettering the product not just for Lozier, but for all customers. They are open and receptive to ideas to improve the platform.
Vorteile:
I like that it's easy to use from an admin perspective requiring very little - if any - support from IT. It is mobile friendly which is critical in a manufacturing environment.
Nachteile:
I wish there was an ability for admins to post FROM mobile, so we could post updates and issue alerts on the go.
Simpplr has been a great for our company
Kommentare: Using Simpplr as our intranet has been huge in reducing the amount of e-mail that is sent corporate wide. Having one central place to have information stored and shared increases our efficiencies and reduces the amount of back and forth e-mails or saving of e-mails. We continue to learn features and best practices through the help of our representatives at Simpplr.
Vorteile:
What I like about this software includes the ability to customize, organize and manage the way that works best for our organization. It is very easy for anyone to use. It has a very 'social media' feel to it and is intuitive for most users. The support I've received since signing on has been outstanding.
Nachteile:
There are some limitations that we've experienced, but Simpplr is very good about taking questions and suggestions and making upgrades to the product to meet most of those needs.
Modern and approachable intranet
Kommentare: Simpplr was implemented fairly easily thanks to their great onboarding and support teams. Our employees have adopted it and it has became the one-stop-shop for any company news.
Vorteile:
The modern look and feel is very user-friendly and similar to social media sites. The news feed and social interaction between posters and commenters really drives adoption for users.
Nachteile:
There are limitations in what you can do with Simpplr, so all intranets built on Simpplr will look pretty much the same.
Easy to use Intranet that creates a beautiful experience for users with access from any device.
Kommentare: We needed a way to currate the most critical information in an easy to navigate way. The powerful search functionality make it's easy to find information and the clean UI makes it visually pleasing and engaging.
Vorteile:
I had been looking for an affordable, easy to manage and use intranet in the Salesforce app store for a long time and then there was Simpplr! It's easy for my IT team, it's easy for our content creators and it creates an engaging beautiful experience for our users. I love how we can share key content with our teams and they can have easy access to key resources, org charts and team contact info in the palm of their hands.
Nachteile:
Our teams were a little overwhelmed with having yet another platform. As Simpplr deepens integrations this will get better. We had to establish guidelines to help our team members know when to use email, when to use Simpplr, when to use Box (although the Box.com integration is very slick!) and when to us other tools (chat, collaborations tools, etc.)
Great Platform for our Intranet

Occasionally, it can be difficult to know how to log in to Simpplr. There are multiple links that have been provided.
Great tool for employee communications
Kommentare: We were able to increase employee awareness of corporate initiatives and engagement across remote teams with this tool.
Vorteile:
This tool works well for employee communications - it is easy to use via Search and has a clean/tidy appearance that is easily customized.
Nachteile:
There are some issues with admin-level tasks (extra steps/logins required) - this can be cumbersome at time.
good tracking software
Kommentare: mostly positive but there are still a few bugs that need to be worked out and it has been a while in the works.

I can have everything in one place online and eliminate large files in my office helping me to move to paperless and online credentialing

does not work if the internet is down, and we still have problems that have not been worked out by the company.
Our Company Hub
Kommentare: Every company needs a place to store knowledge and receive company information. This one is easier to use and looks cleaner. Before Simpplr, we have various locations for information: Salesforce, Box, Sharepoint, etc. Now we have one place to go with one search across various repositories.
Vorteile:
Simpplr’s intranet, branded the Hub, is a great place to find up to date documents and stay informed on company news. It’s easy to use, responsive, and always up-to-date.
Nachteile:
I wish more of the company could align on this single employee portal. It’s great to have one place for our critical information.
