The application is user friendly and as well being adaptive to users. It is an application that is handy and challenging to learn as an administrator
Nachteile:
I have not really find any cons applicable to me as a user and an administrator. Except on the web tools, users that have folder permission on the repository, are not able to see it on the web.

Each time we have received training, it has been informative, clear, and concise. Folder Structures and Profiles are great tools to allow us to work efficiently with consistency across departments. We have experienced no downtime. Document Locator has improved our efficiency in our daily duties.
Nachteile:
Emails are automatically named which is great. However, we would love to be able to reorder the auto-naming to be specific to us. We heavily rely on the search feature or breadcrumbs. However, we have to manually navigate to the file to save the document in when "printing to Document Locator". The breadcrumbs or search features are not available in the "print to" function.
Peace and Perfection
Kommentare: overall, this software is super easy to use, with self teaching features that get ten stars across the board for me. i like being able to control my permissions, and love the search engine also knowing my documents are completely secure gives me peace of mind.

Used it for our internal document management and enterprise knowledge base. Its an easy document manager with great features.
Nachteile:
The pricing is at higher side for less than 10 users. There should be custom pricing according to the number of users.
