A good way to start

Kommentare: Overall it has been good but I feel like at some point you would have to bite the bullet and move to a more sophisticated email provider. However, it is great for a small business.

Vorteile:

It is easy to use but it has a lot of functions that make the communications seem natural. I like the spreadsheet connecting feature...it make life easier.

Nachteile:

I wonder about deliverability and if you aren't careful you can put your gmail account in a tough spot with the number of emails you send.

I have been using Gmass since last few years and it made my job really easy. Being a marketer it helps me alot to promote my product without wasting time on sending it one by one to each clients. I recommend this to everybody.

Kommentare: GMass has a great product and service for those who want to send more personalized mass mailings but not do it through a mass email system like Constant Contact or Mailchimp. It's also so easy to import from your Google Sheets, so it feels like everything is right at your fingertips when sending out mass email.

Very easy to use within the Gmail system.

Nachteile:

Setup is a little complicated because of the need to check and/or add SPF records for the domain. This is not GMass' issue, it's a security issue.

The best thing I found about Gmass is that it customization of services and problem rectification services. Gmass Provides features like automated follow-ups, push email campaign, multisend emails, and many more helped my team to do efficient and effective work.

So many emails from Gmass it self and after sending the email campaign the email sits in draft untill I remove it manually.

Booking tours is getting easier!

Kommentare: Just started using this for my booking emails for music touring, and so far, it's working very well. Not the smoothest add on, but it is working for what I need, and is streamlining follow-ups, which is why I chose GMass.

Super Affordable way to bulk send through G-Suite

Vorteile:

It was fairly quick to get set up & got the job done for our initial bulk emails that we needed to send out. Pricing is great.

Nachteile:

It's not a very scalable solution, and will need to be replaced as the company grows. Contact management is also done inside of Google contacts, and you need to paste each email address to send to.

I have been using Gmass for a few years and love everything about it. It makes emails to multiple contacts a breeze and saves so much time. I like the tracking information that it offers after every campaign!

Nachteile:

I don't like that they no longer offer the free version of up to 50 emails/day.
