Our company uses Veritable Screening and it has been so easy to use and understand.

The software is easy to read and understand. The layout of the website it great. The customer service has been useful as well.

Nachteile:

The price is high compared to other companies. However, Veritable Screening is the most user-friendly out of all of the companies we've tried.

Easy to use, full-service product

Vorteile:

It's easy to find the exact services that I'm looking for per every request. I appreciate the granular control I have over the services I'm looking to use, as well as the amount of information to be able to make such a decision. I also want to highlight the responsive customer service, as I've never gone very long with a pending issue/question.

Nachteile:

The site looks a little dated, but is still incredibly functional for the level of service needed to complete a background check.

Unmet Expectations and Service Discrepancies with Veritable Screening

My initial interactions with Veritable Screening were promising, suggesting a professional and competent service. The initial setup process was straightforward, and the staff appeared to be responsive and helpful. These early stages of engagement created a sense of reliability and trust, setting a positive tone that, unfortunately, did not persist throughout the duration of our collaboration.

Nachteile:

Despite the promising start, my experience with Veritable Screening took a turn for the worse when it came to delivering the agreed-upon services. The company struggled to meet their commitments, leading to significant delays and unresolved issues. Moreover, a concerning aspect was the lack of consistency in pricing. The amount initially agreed upon was not honored, and the situation escalated with threats of legal action for a higher fee than what was initially discussed. This not only caused financial stress but also eroded the trust and professional rapport that are crucial in business partnerships.

Vorteile:

I use Veritable to work, collaborate and consult with coworkers and client all over the world. There is something about face to face communication that cannot be translated without actually seeing the person. I have never had a problem with Veritable such as weak connection, bad picture or audio no lag it is jst perfect

Nachteile:

There is nothing I dislkie about Veritable.

The system is very easy to use and the staff are really great to work with. Great customer service.

Vorteile:

The software is easy to use, it's customizable, and easy to initiate new searches but more importantly, the staff are very thorough. It's the only background check company that has ever actually reached out to us to verify information / identification regarding preliminary results.

Nachteile:

The actual background check report seems a bit cumbersome. It's very long and hard to read quickly.
