Kommentare: Textline has been a major game changer as we migrate from traditional call and email to sms communications! [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] on the support team has been an exceptional help and as a Manager of Customer SUpport Operations I would bring this great CS on the Localcoin Team in a heartbeat! Kudos to Textline a definite value add, and an even better investment!

Vorteile:

Easy to use Simple Set up Great for connecting with customers at ease!

Nachteile:

No complaints - 10 / 10 the software is great the only added benefit would be an internal GIF button !

Easy to use two-way-texting with awesome customer service team

Kommentare: We needed a two-way-texting solution to add an additional channel to reach our customers and to be able to qualify more sales. Textline made sure to really describe their solutions and all the options that were offered in order for our team to make sure their product was a good fit for us. They support you in your deployment and are only a text or email away to help you in case you need information or just need to discuss features or feedback you may have. We couldn't be more happier with our choice.

Vorteile:

1) Easy to use and user-friendly UI 2) Functionalities can be customized with ease and give your number a personal touch. 3) Customer service is quick, efficient, and they know their product. 4) Setup time was done in about a day, counting the phone number transfer from another provider.

Nachteile:

Could use more features in the "automation" function, but this is really not a big deal when you take in count that you can use their API to connect to almost anything.

Vorteile:

It’s quick and easy to use. And it is HIPPA compliant.

Nachteile:

That customer support is only available from Monday through Friday.

The best SMS app for Pipedrive users

Vorteile:

Great UI and features for teams needing to SMS their customers.

Nachteile:

The pricing per SMS is higher than many other available products (particularly in Aus).

Kommentare: I've been testing this app since the 17th of Aug, [sensitive content hidden] is my customer service support! She has helped me a lot during the free trial period, like how to send mass messages. how do add departments? how to integrate the text line number into Zendesk. Really thanks!I made the payment in Sep, [sensitive content hidden] started to help me integrate Textline into Zendesk,we have several brands in our company, so we need the different numbers on Textline to be associated with different brands in the Zendesk ticket, [sensitive content hidden] helped me to submit my request to the support team and help me to have it done!For now, we are officially using this app now, really have a great experience!!!

Vorteile:

1. announcement tools2. department tools3. the access to integrate the text line to Zendesk4. the customer service (awesome [sensitive content hidden]!)

Nachteile:

1. If a contact is already saved in the Address book it will appear with the same contact information throughout all departments. we need it to be separate2. The Textline address book (Email) is not synced to the contact information of the Zendesk ticket 3. if you have the phone customer service would be really awesome and convenient for overseas users
