Vorteile: -Broad range of features that help me not only capture leads but also follow up later
-Activity stream that allow me to monitor in real time marketing performance from campaigns and sales reps contact with leads.
-Ease of badge scanning
-Business card scanning when badges are not available.

Nachteile: There is nothing I don't like about the platform. I would like to have more options for personalized my dashboards.
