User friendly product out of the box handles many nonprofit donor functions
Kommentare: The staff team is friendly and responsive, and i've been overall impressed with what we've been able to do. CharityProud isn't the cheapest nor the most full-featured "best buy", but i find its balance of user friendliness, accounting/email integration, feature-rich set of options and a well designed structure/dashboard to be right for our smaller organization dependent on charitable support for more than 50% of it's annual income.
Vorteile: CharityProud is well-built for smaller organizations, a great set of features/modules to handle many aspects of nonprofit donor relations (volunteers, events, and even peer-peer fundraising), integrates fluidly with QuickBooks Online, Stripe, PayPal and MailChimp (and others) and had quick learning curves for interns/volunteers to use and easy navigation of major features. It doesn't take a full-time staff person just to manage like many of its competitors. As a young product, we've found it quite durable in our first year using it.
Nachteile: The product is young compared to some of its competitors, so there are aspects on my wish list (fuller reporting and event management), but the development team is very responsive to our user feedback and continues to quickly roll out updates and fix issues that arise.

Kommentare: When I first started learning the system it was a bit confusing to me. But the customer service reps worked with me and helped me to understand it and learn to pull reports. I had posted a not so good review at first, but wanted to be sure to update that I am actually happy with the program now that I have worked with it longer. I am still learning and the rep is going to do an onsite staff training with us which is amazing.
Vorteile: Once I learned the system, it became easy to navigate. Can do reports in a breeze now.
Nachteile: Sometimes it will boot me out, which is an inconvenience, but can usually get right back into it
