Molto importante per me è la possibilità di creare piani tariffari estremamente flessibili: prenotazioni anticipate o last minute, soggiorni lunghi o brevi, tariffe flessibili o prepagate, caparre e pagamenti programmati. Questa personalizzazione permette anche di replicare sul booking engine diretto molte delle promozioni proposte dalle OTA. Trovo molto utili anche i preventivi condivisibili tramite link via email o WhatsApp, con la possibilità di verificare le aperture, e il channel manager, che nella mia esperienza è fluido e veloce. Un grande valore aggiunto è Peak, il motore di revenue management integrato direttamente in Slope. Permette di creare strategie diverse per periodi ed eventi, pesare le singole prenotazioni e collegare automaticamente i template tariffari. Una volta configurato il sistema lavora in autonomia, mantenendo però sempre la possibilità di disattivare l’autopilota su singole date o periodi e intervenire manualmente. Apprezzo inoltre molto il corso online per i receptionisti, che permette ai nuovi collaboratori di raggiungere rapidamente un buon livello di operatività. > > **Nachteile**: Più che veri svantaggi, vedo alcuni aspetti che potrebbero essere ulteriormente migliorati. Slope è un gestionale molto completo e proprio per questo alcune funzioni, soprattutto quelle meno utilizzate quotidianamente, richiedono un po’ di tempo per essere approfondite. Mi piacerebbe inoltre avere ancora maggiori possibilità di personalizzazione di alcune schermate e dei report, così da poter adattare ulteriormente la visualizzazione delle informazioni alle esigenze della singola struttura. Having the PMS, Channel Manager, and Booking Engine communicate seamlessly puts an end to all the nightmares associated with fragmented systems. This has led to unprecedented operational efficiency. Furthermore, being able to manage payments and quotes from a single suite (thanks to Slope Pay and the CRM) has allowed us to dedicate more time and attention to our guests, which is the most important thing. The widget they have for the booking engine integrates perfectly with my website thanks to an integration designed for WordPress.
