Kommentare: Feed the tool money and watch your employees gift eachother points and build report and teamwork. This one is a no-brainer for companies looking to bring in a no-nonsense way of generating a bonus program.

Vorteile:

Ease of Use: Bonusly is the pinnacle of set it and forget it. Their environment is so self sustaining for the users inside it there is basically never any need for administrative input beyond adding new people in! Specifically redemption for employees - its completely handled between Bonusly and the end user claiming their points. With a wide selection of redemption options, everyone is happy!

Nachteile:

Bonusly could probably do to work on some additional features for those that want to do more advanced rewarding programs. Tie-in to other platforms and reporting/monitoring could use work.

A new way to encourage and capture positive feedback

Kommentare: Bonusly has been a game changer for the org in terms of giving and receiving feedback. We have become more feedback-oriented and have a lot more tangible data to work with. I have anecdotally seen employee engagement increase as they get recognized from their peers.

Vorteile:

I love that we can formalize the feedback process, whereas before it was not incentivized and didn't hold much tangible weight. Giving/receiving points now has meaning and can be converted into real rewards. It's particularly encouraged a lot of peer-to-peer recognition whereas before we used Bonusly, this was spotty at best. Performance reviews benefit greatly from this tool as well. I can go in and grab all feedback I've received and put it into my packet. I can do the same for those that I manage.

Nachteile:

We have to use hashtags in our posts and the options are pretty limited. Not a big issue, but having to use a hashtag diminishes the point and power of those specific hashtags.

Kommentare: I really love Bonusly, it is easy and fun to use. Highly recommend.

Vorteile:

We had TV screens around the office that displayed our Bonusly feeds. We also made this part of our culture. I would say that bonusly helps teams work together and makes it easy to recognize one another.

Nachteile:

I think the recommendations of what kind of bonus to give could have been improved upon. I think it would also be interesting if you could take away bonusly $ from one another.

Bonusly ecosystem for rewards and recognition

Kommentare: Bonusly is an amazing and smooth experience and my colleagues love to get more and more bonusly points.

Vorteile:

Bonusly provides a great employee engagement experience with everyone valuing each other's work and helping each other in return they are rewarded with Bonusly points which can be redeemed as Amazon or other vouchers.

Nachteile:

Bonusly reward system in my country is limited to a few vouchers, If available offline and online stores can be increased it would be great.

Kommentare: We have found this tool to be very helpful for a remote team. It gives us a fun way to encourage and recognize each other in a virtual space. We especially love the GIFs that are included - this makes it very fun to personalize recognition.

Vorteile:

Adding Bonusly for our team has increased our staff engagement in affirming and calling out success in each other. We have a small remote team and this has helped us engage virtually with each other in fun and meaningful ways. The rewards available are great! Lots of good gift card options as well as charity contribution options.

Nachteile:

I don't really like the "who is getting the most rewards" feature. That seems unnecessary and counter-productive to team building
