The engagement from the team sending congratulations and supportive messages was amazing to see as a company leader.  We also enjoyed that it integrated with our HR program and didn't require hours of set up and maintenance.

> **Nachteile**: It is pricy for a small team.  We have a team of 15-18 and the cost was high for a business of our size.  Additionally, at first we saw a lot of engagement from the whole team then engagement dwindled down to a few team members after a few months.  It was hard to keep engagement flowing with a high turnover industry as well.

> As the leader of the company I loved this tool.  It automated yet personalized recognition.  Every time someone logged in for the first time it was neat to see their excitement and engagement.
