An Excellent Add-In for Excel with Loads of features

Kommentare: Experience is good, features are useful and easy to learn. Good Choice for the ones who need their basic Excel features in Advanced form.

Vorteile:

It is an amazing Add-In for Excel which have many new and Advanced features to Excel. This tools has huge collection of Features as Add-ins which are very helpful. Advanced form of Finance Calculations, Change case, Easy Merging Cells, Convert cells, and many more Advanced features are their that are Reliable.

Nachteile:

Few features we haven't even touched. Loading Time for Excel has increased after installing this Add-In.

Bought only for having "reverse text order" feature

Reversing text order, system works very well! Overall good add-on, recommends!

Nachteile:

Nothing special. Havent used it that much..

Doesn't Work

Kommentare: My experience was extremely poor. Dose didn't work at all and was a waste of time and money!

Vorteile:

Not a darn thing. The software would not work properly.

Nachteile:

After I installed the Plug-in it SLOWED Excel to a crawl. The program would no longer function normally. I uninstalled Dose and Excel promptly returned to normal operatio

Great project…. Too expensive, though.

Vorteile:

Everything. Being able to alphabetically sort sheets with in a folder is terrific.

Nachteile:

If it really costs $32/month, I’ll be gone.

DOSE review

Kommentare: I like the software but need support to help with my quarries, this is very lacking as it is now.

Vorteile:

I purchased the software to use the numbers to text option, this was most helpful to me.

Nachteile:

When the update was done , changes to the format of the numbers to words option was done, this change was not user friendly and there was no tutorial on how to use it, contacted support but no response to date for assistances, been over a month, verry poor.

Dose for Excel - a useful addin to enhance productivity

Kommentare: I'm a simple, not very frequent user, of Excel in general so Dose helps make up for my inexperience.

Vorteile:

Dose provides a variety of features - mostly the way it makes using somewhat obscure excel utilities (or at least obscure when Excel keeps changing it's interface - into much more intuitive commands. The other additional features - file lister for example - help with more obscure functions.

Nachteile:

There isn't anything to dislike. One can always add more, of course - I constantly struggle with Charting features and someone's way of managing them more intuitively such as Dose does might be helpful!

A Positive boost to Excel

Vorteile:

Installation was simple. Controls are very intuitive and document management adds exactly what excel misses

Nachteile:

Occasionally I do have to reinstall. Not sure why maybe an issue with Excel. Not a major issue as installing is quick.

Once you get the hang of it...

Vorteile:

Simplifies everything to an order. If you need to organize several groups for mail, sales, ratings, just about anything, this product is definitely the one

Nachteile:

You have to know the program and its functions to be able to operate it since it has countless functions and you will see the greatness of the program

Your Excel add in arsenal!

Vorteile:

I work with Excel a lot, and it is essential to have handy Excel editing functions. Dose provides those functions to me . For example: I can remove line that contain some specific value or remove specific row with just one click. It helps increase your productivity.

Nachteile:

Your computer or laptop may feel lagged when excel loads. It also takes time for you to explore all of its various functions.

The good and bad

Kommentare: I bought two licenses but the second license I was sent has never worked properly so I haven't had a lot of real world experience with it.

Vorteile:

Seems like a great program. I've used it some on my home computer. But I don't use Excel much on my home computer.

Nachteile:

I don't like that the license for the second copy has never worked right. And I can't seem to get any help to figure out why. All that happens is I get a pop-up that says the trial has expired and if I want to continue to use it I should buy it. I already did. :( Also can't seem to figure out how to un-install it on that computer.

A must have for any Excel user

Vorteile:

Integrates seamlessly into Excel. Easy to turn on and off menus. I like the Favorites

Nachteile:

When i select some menu items (like Work Area), I'm not sure how to get the menu bar back to normal

Super-handy additonal functions that I now use every day

Kommentare: Massive time savings

Vorteile:

My favourite feature is one of the simplest: a way to merge cells by row or column while keeping all the data

Nachteile:

A couple of the options are slightly unclear. For instance, when merging, the terminology used is not as obvious as I would like, but it's a minor issue.

The features Microsoft overlooked

Kommentare: I like Dose very much... it's been a very good program to have.

Vorteile:

Dose is my go-to utility in Excel when I need to make mass formatting changes such as changing the text case and finding and deleting extra, leading, or trailing spaces in large spreadsheets. Dose is a real time saver and worth every penny!

Nachteile:

I can't think of anything I don't like about Dose.

A nice addition to excel

Kommentare: Faster and easier work with excel.

Vorteile:

It adds more functionality to excel for busy people. It helps you do stuff easier and faster than by using the stock application alone.

Nachteile:

It makes my excel load much slower and sometimes it hangs for a few seconds while exporting or saving. Nevertheless, it's worth the interruption as I finish faster, even with the slight delays.

Dose has all the functions you so often need that isn't in Excel's functionality.

Kommentare: Saves countless hours checking spreadsheets line by line.

Vorteile:

For the price it is very easy to use and you start using it more and more ! I purchased it for the ability to trim spaces in very large spreadsheets. After importing data there is often hidden spaces in the leading and trailing space. Dose handles this quickly and easily.

Nachteile:

A few times on very large spreadsheets it missed some things on first pass with spreadsheets that have been in multiple formats.

Excellent Excel add-on

Vorteile:

Dose is very easy to use. Interface is intuitive, features easy to access and adds functionality to Excel that you will appreciate every time you use it.

Nachteile:

Could do with additional features and functionality. I would expect more frequent updates though the product works exactly as advertised and i have encountered zero issues.

Great plugin for everyday excel users

Kommentare: Great product with great potential. I would recommend to have faster updates to it and with added features.

Vorteile:

Great set of tools which really makes the daily work easy like the count by color and files lister (my fav) and several others. Customer support team is also super responsive.

Nachteile:

None observed so far and I am sure I won't be seeing one.

Great addition to Excel. Gives quick access to extra functions.

Vorteile:

Easy accessibility to functions in Excel that are not included in the base menus. I don't have to search the internet and program those functions into a spreadsheet.

Nachteile:

I use this mostly at work. On my laptop there is a 15-20 second lag for Excel to load after I installed Dose. Not a deal killer, just noticeable.

Dose vs Office 2016 vs Windows 10

Kommentare: Liked the trial, but when I purchased it and tried to get it to install, received nothing but problems and it never worked. I have simply written it off, and will resort to using the existing features of Office and creating my own utilities as I need them.

Vorteile:

Great functionality and capabilities; numerous add-in features that improved the application

Nachteile:

Did not integrate properly with Office 2016 and Windows, and despite repeated back and forth efforts with support, we were never able to get it to work

Brilliant time saver!

Vorteile:

The built-in formulas are fun and easy to use.

Nachteile:

I wish it was standalone software or it worked with LibreOffice. Excel is not cheap! I wouldn't even call it affordable for casual use.
