Simple Solution for GREAT Communication

Vorteile:

Text Request is simple to use and allows us to view our messages from multiple screens

Nachteile:

We have had some issue implementing the SMS chat feature into our website and that is frustrating

Kommentare: Overall it works good. I would have liked to get the notifications if the tab was minimized

Vorteile:

It was easy to set up and use. I like that I could choose the display name

Nachteile:

that i could not keep the view I wanted. If I went to a message then went back it was at a different screen. Also I only got an alert if the tab was opened.

Need Improvement

Kommentare: It's somewhat good, but it needs a lot of improvement.

Vorteile:

It is accessible everywhere, and no need to download an app.

Nachteile:

I don't like it; the interface is so not user-friendly.

I like their customer service. Anytime I've had an issue, they are easily accessible, quick to respond, and always offer the best solution.

Nachteile:

As a newer company, there were a lot of issues to work through in the beginning. I think there are still some flaws to work out but they have improved a lot.

Kommentare: Good. There are pros and cons of the app, but overall does what I need it to do.

Able to send links and convenient app on your phone.

Nachteile:

The ding that reminds you of a text - need a way to turn this off. Also, text not showing up or out of order.

The help that you get from tech support is outstanding! Also, the program is very simple to use. Text messaging works for customer retention and we love using it with our clients marketing programs.

Nachteile:

I wish the basic plan was for 1500 texts.

Kommentare: Text Request had made my first office job easy to accommodate to as communication is what keeps a facility moving forward, and text request has done nothing but give us the ability to move forward stronger.

Vorteile:

I love that Text Request gives you the ability to communicate with all necessary employees through one single platform. It also allows all internal employees to see everyone's messages with the external employees which saves us time and makes us work better as a team.

Nachteile:

I don't have any complaints about Text Request. I love to have access to group messages, different location conversations, and coherent manners to effectively communicate.

Text Request is a great service!

Kommentare: We can't believe we waited so long to get on board with a texting platform to help us to reach out to our clients! Lots of clients have relayed how much they LOVE that we/they can text instead of a phone call, or email.

Vorteile:

We are a service provider, so we have to "call ahead" a lengthy list of clients everyday with usually the exact same message. The ability to have a template, enter the phone number/name, then hit send saves us so much time to focus on other tasks! Customers seem to be more receptive to respond to a text rather than a phone call or email.

Nachteile:

I wish there was a search function to find a specific word and not just a customer name/phone number. Some times I need to text a customer essentially the same response that I sent to someone else, and trying to remember which person I sent that message to is difficult. We are strong users of the "templates", but some responses aren't really needing to be a template.

Text Request is a great tool for communicating with our customers daily

really can't come up with a con in our situation. works great for what we need. perhaps in would be nice if it was integrated within our internal dealer management software, but that would add more cost and not sure it would offer enough benefit to justify cost

Great Messaging Application

Kommentare: Our experience has been great. I recommended it to our sister company and they are using it now as well. There was an issue at first because the device we ported over was an apple iPhone and the iMessage was causing a problem, but the tech team figured it out and we were set. We had the same issue with Textel, but their tech team could not figure it out.

Vorteile:

I like the ease of use and the ability to use on your desktop and phone is fantastic!

Nachteile:

It glitches sometimes. I hit send on a message and I get an error that says failed to send. I have to hit send again and it will go. This does not happen all the time, but it can be annoying.

Best messaging software, must use!

Kommentare: I have been using Text Request for almost an year now, and the growth of my organization has risen to a great level just by applying different features of this software. Many customers don't pick up the call because of their work, but they love when we send them text messages, it helps save their time and ours too.

Vorteile:

Great messaging software around the globe. Has many features including payments and even adding scheduled messages to our customers. I would recommend all my friends to use this, and my colleagues have already started using this application.

Nachteile:

Everything about Text Request is top notch, there is nothing to be corrected or improved. This application has solved messaging problems for many organizations effectively.

Biggest mistake

Kommentare: One of the worst experience I have had with a phone system switch and one that I want to get rid of as quickly as possible

Vorteile:

The sell you convenience and ease. The. Tell you a package has a certain product your were wanting only to tell you it comes with it and now you have to pay $100 extra a month.

Nachteile:

Terrible customer service. They lie to get you to join. The app works half the time. You can’t delete messages that are irrelevant.

Text Request Will Get The Job Done!

Kommentare: Overall it has been a good experience. We use the product daily and since implementing it, we have only had one day where it was malfunctioning and they rectified the issue the same day, so it didn't have a major impact. Anyone looking for a text platform that provides a wide variety of functionality for a relatively low cost should be checking out Text Request.

Vorteile:

An affordable alternative to many other text platforms, Text Request is bursting with features and options. While our company may not use many of them (as we just don't have a need yet), for the price, it was a no-brainer to choose them over other options. It was easy to implement and the support was there to get it done and get it done efficiently.

Nachteile:

The interface for some of the features can be somewhat cumbersome at times, however, it is also still pretty easy to figure out.

Seamless transition

Vorteile:

They were the first recommendation from the Zip Whip application that we were using before, and had a great demo for us to see how they work. I liked that each message had to be marked as read individually, a problem we where having with Zip Whip was that the messages we accidentally being marked as read and clients and staff thought we were intentionally ignoring their messages, which was not the case at all. This issue was completely solved by switching to Text Request.

Nachteile:

Nothing so far, besides some occasional crashes, but the staff is always quick to find a solution.

Modernize Your Communication Methods

Kommentare: I was very skeptical about cutting down on phone time, but it has been an amazing experience. Clients love it.

Vorteile:

The ease of use. Intuitive and user friendly. I love the way unread texts are highlighted at the top of the screen. This saves us countless hours, and allows us to rapidly give simple results, reminders and check on clients after visits. Clients love being able to communicate quickly during their workday.

Nachteile:

The only downfall of texting is that you have to be careful of word choice, or clients can misunderstand tone.

Using test request

Kommentare: Always had good experience with the company and they returned calls and would help you with any problems right away. Very good company to work with.

Makes it so easier to contact parents.

Non-English templates

Kommentare: I liked the overall Text Request for the most part. I almost wish it was connected to the EMR system so that way if patient's have appointment reminders we can text them from the same number and decrease that confusion.

Vorteile:

I like that every patient has their own message history. It creates an easy way for patients to get information and not have to guess who you are talking to. I like the templates that gives you a quick easy way to get in contact.

Nachteile:

I wish there was more templates in different languages for a non-English speaker / reader.

Wonderful Company

Vorteile:

It works great and is consistent! The customer service is great as well.

Nachteile:

Not applicable. We have enjoyed all the features they offer and ease.

A Business Must Have!

Vorteile:

Everything! There is not one thing that I dont' like. All features that my business uses work great and are so easy. They have helpe our business tremendously with setting up customer appointments and just keeping in touch witht hem.

Nachteile:

I can not think of anything that I don't like.
