Vorteile:

Switching to Innago has eased many burdens I had. We are a small nonprofit that depends on every dollar. Being able to afford a rental software for our income based supportive housing is a game changer. The things i love the most are Cost and simplicity.

Nachteile:

Missing a few needed areas of reporting.

Glitchy page and poor customer service availability

Kommentare: Have used it for just over a year. After the difficulties listed above and esp accounting, I will be looking for alternatives.

Nachteile:

Even though innago sells itself as an all in one property management tool, it’s clunky and unusable when It comes to listing/advertising, tenant screening, tenant application, lease signing, accounting for tax purposes and most other features. When I contacted customer service about setting up a rental application I was told I’d get a call back but did not hear from them. With poor customer service access, this platform is only good for the basic rent collection which you can do easily elsewhere.

User Friendly Property Management Software.

Kommentare: Great user friendly application. Easy to send leases and get them signed.

It’s user friendly and flexibility for different situations is great. I am renting to a company and being able to change and add text boxes to accommodate a companies needs is great!

Nachteile:

No way to do a sample or test account or lease to see how it all looks from a tenant perspective. For my first time this was important.

Innago is very easy to navigate and their support team is amazing. Every time I have called they have been very helpful.

I wish Innago had a feature for HOAs fees.

Customer Service occasionally, only when they are not helpful. That's not often. most are excellent and quick to respond

Landlord Delighted with Innago Property Rental Process

Kommentare: I enjoyed the ease in setting up my property listing and sending out the application link was a breeze.

Vorteile:

I liked that it took the guess work from me in finding a renter. It was able to successfully identify renters after they completed the criminal background and income verification process.

Nachteile:

Some of the potential renters never completed the application or appeared to be stuck. I walked a few people through the process but it didn't seem to anything related to Innago website itself. I feel that the users were unfamiliar with this form of technology in completing a rental application.

First Rate App that won't break the bank!!

Kommentare: Innago has taken a lot of the "labor" out of setting up and tracking individual expenses and incomes associated with each property.

Vorteile:

I really love the ease of use with Innago. It is easy to set up, assign tenants, set up application parameters, create and edit leases, track expenses, and monitor income. I love that my tenants are able to pay through the app and everything is broken down by property making tracking easier.

Nachteile:

I didn't find much difficulty in using this application.

I do not like that I cannot turn off the credit card option

Innago is the BEST option for small or private Landlords!

Vorteile:

I like that it gives me a professional look the most while being free for me to use. It is a great way to participate in the modern age w/o it being expensive for those of us who are using it for a unit or two. My only alternative would be traditional pen and paper which I like to avoid as someone younger myself!

Nachteile:

It can be a bit overwhelming to start, but I think that argument could be made for any program when you are encountering a new UI.

Great free property management software!

Vorteile:

I did a lot of research on various property management softwares before going with Innago. Rent collection is seamless. It's very convenient for both landlords and tenants. The website is also user friendly! Overall, I'm happy with my decision!

Nachteile:

It's still missing a few features, but they have implemented some enhancements throughout the years, such as being able to return security deposits through Innago. Also, sometimes the website glitches when logging in. The app can also be improved!

Best Property Management software out there.

Vorteile:

Excellent software for managing all my rentals. Excellent service support. Each time I called the support team I got a quick call back and my questions were answered. Maintenance function works great as well and the best of all is it's still for free!

Nachteile:

The only thing to improve is that the rent payments are takeing too long to deposit in my account.

Still a young company so some niche features are not fully mature, overall very good as they have made significant improvements quickly

Pretty good and keeps improving

Vorteile:

It makes many aspects of property management easier. We manage tenants, leases, background checks, and payment history in Innago. When we started with Innago, the messaging feature was inefficient so we didn't use, but they have since introduced a better messaging feature. We still don't handle messaging through Innago but will be doing so as units turn over and we bring in new tenants.

Nachteile:

Overall, it's pretty user-friendly, but there can be a slight learning curve when getting set up and creating a new lease for the first time. The more you use Innago, the more it you get past that learning curve.

Improved efficiency

Kommentare: I absolutely love using Innago. I am spending half as much time as I used to in managing the renters and the properties I have since I started using Innago.

Vorteile:

Cuts down on back and forth between tenants and myself. Everything is all in one place. User interface is really easy and the cost is negligible. I love using Innago.

Nachteile:

Not being able to edit templates inside Innago.

Innago is very easy to use, the staff members (especially Darnell) is very helpful, and my tenants find Innago very easy to use.

Although it has tons of features it is still very easy to use and amazing customer service! Super easy to screen tenants, collect rents, frequently using it, integrate with other softwares and implement.

Nothing I didn’t like about it. It’s a super easy platform with everything needed.

Easy and simple for new landlords

Kommentare: Simple and easy and I just feel safe using the software and making sure I have all the things needed to rent out my place.

Vorteile:

I enjoy how simple it is, and being a new landlord, it provides me step by step and communicates with my tennants.

Nachteile:

So far I haven't found anything that I didnt like. Maybe the lease section that was hard to get signatures so that could be updated.

Easy set up and use

Vorteile:

The system is very easy to learn and very user friendly. I love the tenant portal an invoice and payment tracking.

Nachteile:

Tenants will get locked out if there are issue with their bank accounts. Good for security purposes but inconvenient because they have to pay an alternate way.

Great tenant management software for small time landlord

Kommentare: Great so far. Not using all functionality of the platform just yet but its working great for rent collection and tracking.

Vorteile:

Ease of use and responsiveness for rent collection. This is the main use for us as rent collection is automated, free (for us), allows easy tracking.

Nachteile:

Initial tenant onboarding could be a little more vocal with the landlord. For example, one of my tenants did not "verify their identity" with Innago which caused their payment to be stuck in "processing" for a week. I wasnt sure what the problem was so I had to reach out to Innago and they let me know they are waiting for the tenant to get in contact with them. If they let me know earlier, I wouldnt have had to reach out directly to Innago and could have saved a little bit of time.

Great for upcoming new businesses. Easy to use and navigate. Have a mobile app as well to make sure you never miss and alert or notification.

Nachteile:

Releasing of funds once an invoice is paid takes 3 business days. Which fees like a while.
