Vorteile:

Ich war auf der Suche nach einem Tool, um Angebote zu erstellen, Rechnungen zu schreiben und Arbeitsstunden für meinen Nebenjob als Webdesigner und lokaler Marketingberater zu erfassen und zu dokumentieren. Bevor ich mich für Flowlu entschieden habe, habe ich Agiled und monday.com getestet und bin zu dem Schluss gekommen, dass Flowlu meine Bedürfnisse am besten abdeckt. Außerdem habe ich die praktische Knowledge Base für mich entdeckt, die die meinen Kunden hilft, erste Fragen auf häufige Antworten zu finden.

Nachteile:

Das User Interface ist zwar übersichtlich, aber ich würde mir wünschen, man könnte es auf Deutsch umstellen. Das gilt auch für die Knowledge Base und andere Tools, die nur auf Englisch sind.

A prestigious project tool with really smart functions.

We count ourselves lucky to have such an effective project tool that help us to collaborate on our projects and organize all project operations. It has really streamlined our projects.

Vorteile:

The fascinating team tools that allows us to collaborate on our editing projects. Very easy to use work dashboards that help us plan and keep our work organized. Very informed project reports that provides us with real time visibility on our work progresses.

Nachteile:

Flowlu is very flexible and has met all our needs perfectly. We have not had any complaints.

Flowlu Is A Great Project Management Tool If You're Willing To Compromise

Kommentare: It's a good tool for the price point. There are a lot of other project management tools out there that are super pricey and they don't provide the features that the people want. I can't say the same about Flowlu. For the price and their support and the features they are constantly building on, you really can't beat this tool. I had the option to go with a multitude of other project management tools but Flowlu seemed like the best choice for me. I do use another tool Taskomat to track time against a monthly budget because Flowlu doesn't offer that, but it's not THAT big of a deal for me. It would be nice if Flowlu offered it so I could consolidate everything into one tool but it's cool. It's a good tool if you're willing to compromise on features.

Vorteile:

I like the diversity of modules they offer. I like how easy it is to set up the dashboard exactly as you want it whether it's on desktop or the mobile application. I like how easy it is to set up invoices and get quotes to clients. I like the email tracking features. Their customer support is pretty good as well.

Nachteile:

I don't like the lack of project budgeting features and not being able to track time against a set hourly budget/total cost. I don't like that there's no easy way to see a sum of your time spent on a specific date on a specific client, especially when its dispersed through different tasks. I don't like that I can't customize the calendar modules and task modules to make them make more sense for my flow.

One feature keeps me there.

Kommentare: The only reason that I stick with Flowlu is that it is the only PM tool that allows you to have multiple payers on one project. That's it. The support is severely lacking. Documentation is mediocre and the public comments of the developer/owner are kind of rude.

Vorteile:

Flowlu is an extremely robust tool and has a lot of features that you probably don't need. I bought on a lifetime deal so for the money it works decent.

Nachteile:

Flowlu is somewhat confusing where it doesn't need to be. There are slow development cycles and the new features are on the useless side when you have other issues that are more core to project management.

Impeccable Functionalities - My description of Flowlu

Kommentare: Flowlu is the game changer. It has enabled us unlock infinite efficiency and productivity in our day to day tasks

Vorteile:

Everything about Flowlu stand out from it's counterparts but at the top of the list is ease of navigating through it's straightforward and perfectly designed UI. In layman's terms I like to describe Flowlu as a " jack of all trades". It 's comprehensive solution with soo many features useful for managing different business operations. From CRM , projects management to financial aspect. This saves us the first of having to run multiple tools. This platform has also include communication and collaboration tools that enable us to manage tasks and coordinate team on different projects. Including automation and workflows has helped with manual tasks saving us soo much time. Flowlu is accessible on mobile app which help us stay on top of our tasks. Lastly the reporting features ie gannt charts have been useful for managing resources for our projects and overall organization expenses

Nachteile:

Though Flowlu is the star of the show there is still some room for improvement in some of it's aspects: I would want to see it incorporate more advanced reporting and analytics features because as it is right now I still have Microsoft Power BI installed for the purpose of analysis and reporting
