A consolidated benefits platform for wellness programming, pre-tax benefits administration & employee rewards and recognition. We focus on increasing employee engagement by providing a single platform for employees to access and utilize their benefits. There is also a low administrative burden for HR managers as they can manage their programs through our portal and have a dedicated account manager.

Easy to use
Kommentare: We use Wellness allowance reimbursement for team members. Extremely easy.
Vorteile: It's a vey simple process. Really nothing to describe, enter name, sum and upload the proof of verification. Done. They come back very fast usually.
Nachteile: nothing really.

ThrivePass puts extra benefits mostly on autopilot
Kommentare: Providing additional employee benefits that focus on health and wellness and align well to an outdoors-oriented lifestyle.
Vorteile: With ThrivePass, it is easy to extend benefits programs to highlight rewards for healthy habits. Supported reimbursements and merchants fit a wide range of wellness categories, including fitness, equipment, and spa/massage. This offers everyone the chance to use rewards in a way that matches their unique habits. Employees can also easily add subscriptions such as gym memberships.
Nachteile: The process of starting reimbursements or cashing out money can be harder than expected. Generally, the larger the dollar amount, the longer a cashout takes. If you're down to the last minute on gear or an event, you may need to plan earlier to get a giftcard delivered on time. Reimbursements can also be tricky if you attempt one for a vendor already in the ThrivePass marketplace - they prefer you cash out rather than seek a reimbursement.

Thrivepass allows us to monetarily encourage our employees to live healthier lifestyles.
Kommentare: Thrivepass provides an easy and administrative free way for Sovrn to offer a wellness stipend to employees for things like gym memberships, races, etc. It is easy for us to track what employees are using their stipend on and if employees don't register with Thrivepass we don't charged for them because they aren't using the software.
Vorteile: There are a lot of options and the system is capable of offering custom solutions and strategies for our business.
Nachteile: Thrivepass recently added an integration with ADP so I no longer have to submit files or manually update employees. This has been a big improvement! This used to be my biggest pain point with Thrivepass but with improvements it is now a non-issue!

The website has wonderful information, but it is not easy for staff to navigate to it.
Kommentare: Tracking of the wellness activities, ability to on and off-board and many wonderful FAQs.
Vorteile: The ability to add and remove staff before their start or end date. The ability to have the items in our Wellness Platform tailored to our needs. Very individualized. Staff is very helpful when the software is lacking.
Nachteile: Our platform can't get all our choices visible on one screen. This causes confusion for staff. The Marketplace is not intuitive, I get many questions about what can be used.

The good and the bad
Kommentare: For a company I think it’s a great benefit to have and it allows employees to purchase things to benefit their quality of life without spouse disagreements.
Vorteile: Decent amount of options and reasonably quick turn around times.
Nachteile: Release of gift cards are inconsistent. Sometimes they’re super fast and sometimes they take a day or two.
