November 2025* | Informationstechnologie & -dienste | Empfehlungsbewertung: 10.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: I like how it's very user friendly and intuitive to use, the learning curve is not that steep, and the open API which allows us to integrate it seamlessly with our in house built ATS. > > **Nachteile**: That there is no assessment that is language agnostic. We would love to be able to send a coding problem to our candidates and be able to give them the opportunity to choose which programming language best suits them. > > Overall, Testdome is a great platform for sending tech assessments, recruiters who don't have technical background can easily navigate through the tool and build tests. ----- ### "Keep up the good work" — 4.0/5 > **Pratik** | *6. November 2025* | Unternehmensberatung | Empfehlungsbewertung: 8.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: It's the user interface, which is fantastic, and the options that we have for updating the questions. > > **Nachteile**: Not able to add customised questions for a few tests, as the kind of position we work in is very niche. > > Overall, it's good, and hoping to see a few more additions in terms of customization and other add-on features. ----- ### "good for the price but could do better with better question library" — 3.0/5 > **Jérémy** | *23. Dezember 2021* | Luft- & Raumfahrt | Empfehlungsbewertung: 5.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: It does the job, interface is clear, price is adapted for a small company > > **Nachteile**: Difficulty to find good question, it's long and hard to go through the whole question list to build my online test ----- ### "A Practical Addition to the Early Hiring Process" — 4.0/5 > **Christina** | *3. Februar 2026* | Personalbeschaffung & -besetzung | Empfehlungsbewertung: 7.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: TestDome has been a valuable tool for us in the early stages of recruitment, particularly for filtering candidates efficiently. Its assessments are centered on real-world, role-specific skills, which makes the outcomes more relevant than tests that focus mainly on theory. The platform is intuitive and quick to get started with. Evaluating candidate results is simple, and the scoring system allows us to compare applicants at a glance. We also appreciate the flexibility to tailor assessments to match specific job requirements. > > **Nachteile**: We don’t treat TestDome as a standalone decision-maker, as time-limited tests don’t always capture how someone will perform on the job. Additionally, the cost may feel steep for smaller organizations. > > Overall, when combined with interviews and other evaluation methods, TestDome helps streamline hiring and brings more consistency to our selection process. ----- ### "Confident with TestDome" — 5.0/5 > **Verifizierter Rezensent** | *21. April 2026* | Internet | Empfehlungsbewertung: 10.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: I thought the rise of AI would render it obsolete, BUT, the platform has definitely adapted to the changing times and I find it to be the only reliable way to do our online technical assessments nowadays. With its system proctoring and AI-detection tools, I feel confident that the applicants aren't able to cheat. > > **Nachteile**: I think the AI-resistant test questions could use a bit more variety, especially for specific technical stacks. > > I've been using TestDome since 2018 and it has been a standard for our recruitment and screening process. It's reliable and has helped me screen applicants with confidence. ----- Seite: 1 / 7\ Weiter: [Nächste Seite](https://www.capterra.com.de/software/166142/testdome-com?page=2) ## Links - [Auf Capterra anzeigen](https://www.capterra.com.de/software/166142/testdome-com) ## Diese Seite ist in den folgenden Sprachen verfügbar | Sprache | URL | | de | | | de-AT | | | de-CH | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-IL | | | en-IN | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | es | | | es-AR | | | es-CL | | | es-CO | | | es-CR | | | es-DO | | | es-EC | | | es-MX | | | es-PA | | | es-PE | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | | fr-LU | | | it | | | nl | | | nl-BE | | | pt | | | pt-PT | | | sv | | ----- ## Strukturierte Daten
