Contractor Foreman: An All-in-One Solution for Small Construction Companies
Kommentare: I’ve used Projul and Buildium in the past when I was more focused on rental properties instead of full home builds. Projul was great for estimates and invoices, and Buildium did what we needed back then. But for a small construction company, Contractor Foreman has everything we need in one spot, which makes our lives a lot easier.
Vorteile:
I really like Contractor Foreman because it’s easy to use, versatile, and has everything in one place, so we don’t have to juggle multiple programs. Our whole team can access project details anytime, which keeps things running smoothly. We’ve also integrated it with CompanyCam, so all our photos go straight into the platform, which has been a huge help.
Nachteile:
Like any software, it has its quirks—sometimes we get a “Bad Gateway” message—but we haven’t had any timeout issues in months. I know there’s still a lot more we could be using, like tracking labor and material costs, using the leads module, and getting more into Gantt scheduling, but that’s something we’ll phase in over time.

Kommentare: Overall experience has been wonderful! We are much more organized and the communication from office team to field staff has improved significantly.
Vorteile:
Contractor Foreman is an excellent software for project management from CMR, to schedule projects, to the client portal that allows clients to view progress photos, change orders and chat with our office team. We've been using CF for about 6 months now and what a difference our projects are more organized. I would highly recommend CF to anyone!
Nachteile:
I'm hoping CF will introduce cloud storage and more auto-generated feature.

Kommentare: Switching to a new project management software can be hard. Contractor Foreman provides a massive library of training videos along with the most responsive customer support team I've ever experienced. They have made the transition as easy as it possibly could be.
Vorteile:
Contractor Foreman has a decently helpful AI bot to help with any issues you have, but as soon as you need a human's help, you are instantly connected to a support agent. And I mean INSTANTLY. Of the many times I needed help, I received help from a human right away! I always had confidence useing the program knowing that if I ran into issues, it could easily be resolved quickly and efficiently. Best customer service from a program like this that I've ever experienced.
Nachteile:
Contractor Foreman doesn't have every feature imaginable. So if it doesn't have the specific features your company needs, then it may not be the best fit.

Amazing software for builders
Kommentare: Amazing software, way more flexible than similarly priced alternatives.
Vorteile:
Contractor Foreman has been an amazing help as I set up my construction company from the ground up. Really good for building out estimates and changing things around until they look good for the client. Very flexible interface, easy to use at first, but can get as complex as you need. Good for keeping track of expenses with the app. Good app/desktop continuity. Easy to customize PDF estimates for a variety of uses.
Nachteile:
Unable to round up prices on estimates is a little annoying. Also the tiered pricing is a bummer but “that’s how they get ya”
