Great value for the price!

The array of tools that work seamlessly with each other and how it syncs with QuickBooks Online.
Nachteile:
Has been exceptionally buggy for the last year which has been a real challenge. There are also bugs I have reported from over a year ago that have not been resolved yet. Finally they do not handle contractor employees well.

Fits the bill for me
Kommentare: I am still getting fully operational with the program but it seems to more than adequately cover what I need as a moderate volume high-end custom home builder.
Vorteile:
For the most part it is highly intuitive but when I hit a snag, good help is handy with an online tech chat. So far that has been very helpful.
Nachteile:
The UI is slightly less friendly than BuilderTrend but for what I need it does the trick at the right price.

Great project management software to pair with QuickBooks
Kommentare: We have been using the software for 2 months now and training and support [sensitive content hidden] get us up and running have been excellent. The system is user friendly and has unlimited options for setting up the modules within the software.

Great software!

The value. It does everything and more that I need for a much better price than the other softwares I looked at.

The graphic user interface. It is not the slickest website or app from a design perspective, but it does what it is supposed to.

Feature Rich Yet Affordable Project Management Solution
Kommentare: CF has been a game changer for my company. It's powerful, yet easy and affordable.
Vorteile:
CF is much easier to get used to than Procore, which's a lot more expensive. Their tech support staff are attentive and knowledgable. CF offers a ton of features for a reasonable price. It's also easy to get first time users, such as investors and clients, on board the platform. The development team is constantly making improvements to the platform.
Nachteile:
A handful of features don't quite make sense.

Absolutely useful project management app. Live chat feature extremely helpful.
Kommentare: My onboarding with CF was relatively smooth and just like any other programs, I've encountered issues but thankfully, their chat support always comes thru! Never had to wait for a long time and even if some of my queries only required an easy fix, they would never make you feel stupid.
Vorteile:
CF is easier to use compared to past programs I've used. It is truly intuitive and I appreciate that the developers are consistently trying to improve the program by listening to customer feedback. Customer support is top tier as I've never seen such helpful chat support before. They reply within seconds and 9/10 times provide me with the help I need. We use CF everyday which makes it an integral part of our workflow. The financial features are definitely life savers as we can see them at a glance with the graphs and charts automatically updated.
Nachteile:
There are some restrictions when it comes to organizing stuff but it's probably from my end as an employee which has less access.

Onboarding has been very helpful and product works great!
Kommentare: We went from excel spreadsheets to an online organized platform. We aren't yet using every feature available but look to onboard as many as make sense for us. The support team is always available and helpful when we need them. They also make themselves available to provide 1/1 training and assistance.
Vorteile:
The platform is self contained and is very easy to use. Each page has a how-to video and a suggestion module. They are also extremely responsive when putting in a support ticket or requesting training. The onboarding has been very good and it was super quick to get setup.
Nachteile:
The system is populated with demo data which does help initially but would also makes things a bit murky.

Tried them all… CF is the best.
Kommentare: My experience has been very positive. I appreciate the live chat function that is available during business hours. In fact, a number of times I’ve been assisted after hours, which has been very useful. I recommend contract foreman to any contractor looking for CRM solution
Vorteile:
I like the long list of PDF formats available. I get to email or text my subcontractor cruise, the work orders which I found the most valuable.
Nachteile:
Initially, the color and layout of the dashboard seemed a little boring and outdated, but I see it coming together. I have no problem with it as it is function, that matters most.
Good value software
Kommentare: I like the program, but feel some of chat assistants can take you down the wrong road.
Vorteile:
An easier program to learn than some of the other software programs we have used at a reasonable price.
Nachteile:
Would have liked a tutorial overview of how to properly set up the system. Step by step so everything is set up and then start with estimate creation, and so forth.

Not only is it a fraction of the cost, but Contractor Foreman includes the features that most contractors are likely to need and actually use. Kommentare: Its been great! we replaced 5 other apps we were spending money on and pretty much run our whole company out of CF and Google Workspace.
Vorteile:
We use the CRM and the project schedule the most. We are about to start using the estimates and bid manager more and are loving it. the documentation and punchlist features are great
Nachteile:
We don't like that our team cant clock in or use the app when the internet connection is low. I would say our biggest problems have come down to the app.

Just what I have been looking for
Kommentare: Thus far, it has been great. I feel that I do receive a lot of emails to start, but everyone is helpful.
Vorteile:
I love that you can start with a sales lead and guide it all the way through project completion. The features were well thought out and consider different ways of doing business. Sending quotes and proposals is fantastic as we are able to send it with as great, or little, detail as we desire. Originally I was looking for an estimating program, but this has exceeded my expectations so far.
Nachteile:
It can be a bit buggy and slow at times. Thankfully it's infrequent and live support chat is available as well as bug reporting.

Vorteile:
Contractor Foreman has various positive features that retain my continued use for the software, such as ability to allow photo uploads within daily logs, mobile app use for all users, and reminder capabilities for critical job tasks.
Nachteile:
Least likeable feature is when attempting to synchronize contractors foreman into our QuickBooks Software. There are duplicate entries or certain things do not transfer correctly. As a result, we had to terminate the synchronization between the two. Looking for an effective method to prevent errors from happening.

Thank you Kevin for the review. We do offer an QB integration call where we can walk you through this process. Typically where we see QB issues, and this would be the case with most any software, is when a company has decided add the same records to both systems prior to integration. Once Contractor Foreman is connected to QuickBooks, transactions made in one system will sync to the others easily. Please reach out if any assistance is needed.
Excellent program with great training
Kommentare: The one on one training to help you get set up is amazing. We are in implementation phase but can already grasp how much we will enjoy the platform.

There are several, the flow process is simplified, tracking is simplified, keeping records of money out vs money in on a specific project, I could go on but you get it. this program offers everything you need in one package!

What I like best about Contractor Foreman is that it is affordable, easy to use but at the same time quite powerful. It is also easy to set up and all the key features are available to manage a project from start to finish. Also the customer support is fast and efficient.
Nachteile:
Contractor Foreman could have more integration with Salesforce and Sage Intacct.
One Stop Shop
Vorteile:
It's nice that we can track an incoming lead through the estimation process and into job costing and through final billing all in one place. In the past we've had to enter our information in two different locations due to user access so it's nice to be able to enter information in one place and have everyone be able to see and use the information that they need.
Nachteile:
It's been taking a while to get everything up and running because we need to enter all of our information in, but when we are transferring over most of our company information, it makes sense that it will take a while.
