Vorteile:
The feature rich software was not what we thought we needed until we started using it. There are still things that we are learning about the software that help us better run our business.It was our goal to find something that we can use daily and not become burdened by the usage and need of the software. A few hours a day by the whole team makes sure that our customers are feeling important and well taken care of.
Nachteile:
There was a bit of a learning curve for our team at first. Once we understood that complexity and ability of the software ad a few trainings we were able to fins our groove. the best way to learn it is to use it EVERY DAY.We would like to see more of a CRM nurturing aspect within the program. Reminders, drip emails, etc..

Onboarding has been very helpful and product works great!
Kommentare: We went from excel spreadsheets to an online organized platform. We aren't yet using every feature available but look to onboard as many as make sense for us. The support team is always available and helpful when we need them. They also make themselves available to provide 1/1 training and assistance.
Vorteile:
The platform is self contained and is very easy to use. Each page has a how-to video and a suggestion module. They are also extremely responsive when putting in a support ticket or requesting training. The onboarding has been very good and it was super quick to get setup.
Nachteile:
The system is populated with demo data which does help initially but would also makes things a bit murky.

Decent Software with horrible customer service.
Kommentare: Overall software was ok, i believe this software has the potential to be great however their approach on certain circumstances needs to be improved. Customer support is the key, having happy clients is a must

Warum Contractor Foreman gewählt wurde: I wanted to cancel the software for a couple of months due to the fact that Summer is here and i didnt have full time to implement the software completely, my trial was over by 5 days and i asked them to refund the money because of there 100 days policy . That is not true they will not refund you in full, their first approach was hey if you dispute you will be paying legal fees and etc. Im ok with them keeping my money, as long as their approach was different. I havent posted a bad review before since im a business owner and i believe how hard it is to keep clients happy. Its not about the money, its about principals, yes i did sign the disclaimer that they could keep the money, however being rude for no reason its totally unnecessary. Just keep an eye out because they are all about the $$$ not about clients ...

The best out there for the price
Kommentare: It has been great and their quick to help out or implement changes you ask for, I have done demos with almost every other software out there and while some say they have a lot of features none of them compare to CF.
Vorteile:
All of the features, believe me I did a demo on ALL others and this one always came out as the leader plus they are constantly upgrading and adding new features. Let them know what you need or want and they will do their best to make it happen.
Nachteile:
I wish some things were more customized easily to suite our very unique needs.
