Small company growing rapidly while using Excel, we were looking for a solution more reliable.

Vorteile:
ERP, powerfull. Works well, easy to adapt to our different companies. Well designed. New functionalities created and regurlaly released.
Nachteile:
No native graph but linked with Microsoft PowerBI, it's great and easy to create a financial resume sheet

Nachteile:
Beaucoup de menus et de boutons, donc de fonctionnalités mais cela demande parfois de la recherche. Bugs réguliers suite à mise à jour.
I have selected Akuiteo and been member of the team which sucessfully implemented this software.
Vorteile:
Akuiteo, as any ERP software, was selected to structure several processes within the organization in the following aspects: Quote to Order and Order to Cash. We have implementing the following modules: CRM, Sales Order administration, Professional Services Time-entry and Project management, Hot Line Support. It allows project managers to follow Project Management margins and PSO Management to get KPI of their teams. It is also quiet accurate for SAAS and Maintenance contracts administration ans annual renewals invoicing.
Nachteile:
What I mainly like least about the software, is the lack of basic and standard reporting proposed by . the software vendor. To get all the benefits of this rich product, it is necessary to have a DBA to understand all the functional aspects of this software and design queries basic but also special ad-hoc reporting. The other criticism is inherent to ERP vendors. If an oroganization wishes an important customization, The customer has to wait if the software vendor includes it in the roadmap and delivers it in a new release, or decides to pay a bespoke development for it

Vorteile:
This software is actually the good response to our all business needs. Since 2010, we implement more and more functions included in.
Nachteile:
Sadly, no integrated BI function (as all other ERP). So we should have to look for a BI soft on our own.
Excellent software package, allowed us to move to the profit center. table, efficient and ergonomic.

Easy and quick setup. Settings for local administrators. Offers a precise and unified vision of all activities related to our projects
Nachteile:
The designer of BIRT editions that could be improved or even replaced in order to be able to develop editions more easily by local administrators.
