Kommentare: The Representative from Mend did a magnificent job.

Vorteile:

I liked the attentiveness by the nurse that I spoke with. She was really eager to know and seemed to enjoy what she does. Very thorough in providing excellent care.

Nachteile:

Kommentare: I loved it. Thank you mend for allowing me to get help with my mental health.

Vorteile:

The privacy of my own home. Being a mother of multiple children its always so hard to go into the office. Thank goodness for this being mental health is needed but not every mother wants to bring all there children along.

Nachteile:

Had nothing i didnt like. This is trule so convenient.

The repeated connection issues during appointment consumed a lot of my time with my provider

Trust and Understanding

Kommentare: My husband and I moved to Honolulu from NYC because our grandson was born here! He was born the same day my brother was killed in a car crash on a mountain road, speed limit 75 mph. I'm still going through early grief after the shock. But Mend therapy helps me embrace the joy and love of Honolulu even as I'm enfolded by brother's sudden death.

Vorteile:

[sensitive content hidden] is sympathetic, reassuring, and even inspiring when I discuss my worries with her. She helps me recognize my limits correctly so I'm less likely to interfere even when I know my efforts may backfire. She prescribes mood medication I've been taking for decades and has counseled me through an extraordinarily challenging time.

Nachteile:

Sometimes my internet connection or hers interrupts us, but even if I cannot see her and she cannot see me, we talk things through. Trust and clear communication are not disrupted by intermittent outages. Generally, I'm someone who prefers "in person" consultation, but my schedule is busy and no doubt hers is busier. This works for me.

Good way to seek and find help

Kommentare: Very good and is convenient for timing for me.

Vorteile:

It is good with the video to see the therapist and his reactions in real time.

Nachteile:

Sometimes I lose the invitation in my email.

Satisfied with Mend

Kommentare: Excellent communication and a very relaxed atmosphere. Ease of use a plus to my experience

1st Session

Kommentare: Great so far. Just the beginning. I gave [sensitive content hidden] a lot of background about what I am trying to resolve and the future outcome.

Vorteile:

So far so good! 1st session. Easy to sign on and the same time next week which is great for my schedule and convenient.

Nachteile:

Nothing so far about what we spoke about tonight. Next week we can ask more questions of each other on how this works and see some solid results.

Would recommend!

Vorteile:

Sometimes the telehealth appointments don’t sync.

Great customer service but poor technology quality

Kommentare: Tech needs major improvement, but communication was superb.

Vorteile:

Customer service comfortability, documenting and charting appropriately, specific questions asked and answered, clarifications understood, flexibility to adjust scheduling; very personable.

Nachteile:

Terms of services - use of Telehealth only available through consent, though terms state the patients info is not fully protected via emails and texts msg. Also, poor video quality - made it slightly uncomfortable not being able to see myself on the screen, as well as barely any visibility of the person I spoke with due to being an almost microscopic size.

Balancing Work and life during challenges

Kommentare: My overall experience with Mend has been professional and progressive and positive. I would call my friends to use Mend. Mend has helped me get my life back in order and has been a beneficial factor in my mental health progressiveness.

Vorteile:

I have connection with counselors and doctors that I do need to see it is detrimental that I see you my doctors on time for therapy and psychotherapy and medication management to regularly save my emotional, psychological, and outright life.

Nachteile:

If party on the other line is going to be late there should be a cartoon or something so the patient on the other line would know that they're coming and just haven't forgot about you.

My honest and objective review of Mend

Kommentare: It was great this time around. Once I had an audio issue because someone called in the middle of my session. But maybe that was a mistake on my end. I'm not sure.

Vorteile:

Easy to use. The link I got and clicked on guided me step by step which was a relief.

Nachteile:

Connection worried me. Sometimes the bars would go from full green to two red and even one red so it worried me that there will be some audio issues.

Vorteile:

I like being able to have an appointment wherever I happen to be at that moment; in the car, at home, etc. Also my provider [sensitive content hidden] is incredible at what she does. In my opinion, getting to work with someone who cares as deeply about her patients as [sensitive content hidden] does has been a life-changing experience for me. I would recommend [sensitive content hidden] to anyone who might be seeking help in this way.

Nachteile:

I cant think of a single thing about this service that I would change.

Behavioral Health Therapist

Kommentare: My therapist, [sensitive content hidden]
was amazing and she helped me turn my life around from being impulsive, risk taking, depressive, moody, and anxiety driven to a clean, healthy, positive life so I could be a better support for my wife and child.

Vorteile:

The ease of use for meeting with my therapist weekly.

Nachteile:

Signing the agreements every time. I feel like once is enough for that. Also, the mend birthday entry didn’t allow autofill.

Future of Medicine and I love it!

Kommentare: Definitely the new age of medicine for us who live such busy lives with kids and work.

Vorteile:

Very easy to use. Convenient and prompt.

Nachteile:

The screen was tiny for my face. I kept feeling the need to adjust my face to fit

The ease of setting up the video chat. It was pretty straightforward and walked you through the process.

The inability to make a change to how you wish to communicate as far as the set up of the microphone and the speakers.

I can't think of anything so far. Maybe all the paperwork you have to do before every session, but that is a minor inconvenience.

Ease of using video appt

Kommentare: Amend is a very good die NP she listens to me she don’t just say here’s a pill and you’ll be OK. We talk about how I feel what’s going on and she listens.

Vorteile:

Doing my video appointments are easy from the convenience of my own home the days of the week and times work for me instead of going to a doctors office driving

Nachteile:

Everything is great with Mend there isn’t anything that I lease like about mend? It’s easy.
