CAD Pro Review

Vorteile:

CAD Pro is very essential to our team as we mainly use this to our CAD design areas and other engineering tasks. Different features like, smart photo editing, smart design tools, advanced drafting, detailed fill patterns, and ability to produce reports/analytics in timely manner.

Nachteile:

So far CAD Pro didn't fail our team on delivering great service and support.

Involuntary move from CAD Pro (a great product) to Revit

Kommentare: Starting as a drafter, I loved CAD and grew with the product. Again, I would still use it if my clients requested.

Vorteile:

Have used CAD Pro for years but my work has required Revit now for about 99% of what I do.

Nachteile:

Tight product, but as I said, all of my architect clients use Revit.

Terrible and not user friendly at all

Kommentare: I feel taken by their good advertising. the software is not good at all for a novice user. Maye a professional understand the functions better. In my opinion the average user will have difficulty using it and there are better an more economical products that offer free trials or pay only after you complete your design an need to export it. The didn't respond at all to my support request letting them know my dissatisfaction with their product.

Vorteile:

Nothing about CADPro is good. It is the worst software I have ever tried to use

Nachteile:

It is so difficult to navigate. simple things like line thickness are difficult to access. The way it layers is also sketchy. things get moved out of place and it is difficult to move them back and layer correctly without deleting hem and starting over. It is just pure junk. There is a reason they do not offer a trial period or a money back guarantee.

Best design tool

Vorteile:

It is cost effective .it easy to operate & even non technical operatior can use it.design symbols are much effective that they are used for Mechanical machine design.

Nachteile:

The only thing that is not reliable is it can be easily hacked or can be prone to viruses

Easy and smart

Kommentare: Really developed software the most thing i love about it is it's simplicity and flexibility.

Vorteile:

So simple and easy to use what make it one of the most flexible chosen products to do your works and make smart designs and use architectural tools effectively

Nachteile:

The software limitations are one of the bad things in it, it requires a really powerful high-quality computer so as the works be more fluent and quick to use. Also the complexity of the software could be more simple so that needs more work and updating.

customer support does not exist

Kommentare: A pain in the butt and a huge waste of money!

I haven't been able to use it after buying it, sooo I wouldn't know...

Nachteile:

I originally bought anew computer and the bought the program. I installed it and less than a few hrs later I had to return the computer due to the charging port malfunctioning. I went to download the program again and it wont let you download twice...The customers support is a lie.. They make up lame excuses why you didn't get a response email to your issue like check your spam folder, your fire wall, or blah blah. I sent 3 emails, set my firewall on all devices to accept and still nothing. great way to waste $120..Jerks

Dishonesty

Kommentare: I tried to cancel the purchase right away and only two days later I received a response saying they dont do refunds

It looked like it could help with my projects

Nachteile:

The app is deceiving. they will sell it to you without asking whats your operating platform, and only after downloading and paying for the app, you will find out it wont run on a MAC

Ok Program But not made of Gold!

Cool Interface and Lots of options for different setups!

I'm guessing there think it isade of gold with the price!

Nothing. Could not figure out simple features and their is nothing that gives a tutorial link or a how to on the software.

Nachteile:

Not user friendly in the slightest bit. Claims it is able to do all kinds of great things but not a single tutorial or how to video to be found in dozens of searches. Of course you can't return the software for any reason

CAD Pro Review

Vorteile:

Designing IT Network management can be a lot of work to do, but with the use of CAD Pro it lessens our workload by performing great job on doing drafts, smart designing, smart editing, advanced designing tools for my projects.

Nachteile:

The product over all is very easy to use and is one of my favorite tools in this industry.

Nachteile:

Just a few features when switching over to the new software were a little difficult learning but after that it was not very heard.

Cost effective CAD tool

Vorteile:

Low cost CAD tool, compared to the best known on the market, with a lot of function and easy to understand. Allows you to make any design.

Nachteile:

Tool a little slow, cost in dollars, although the value is more attractive than other tools, this variation of the currency weighs a little. I found it a little difficult to find help too.

Residential - Phase 1 - Jack and Jill Renovation

Kommentare: Pretty much hate it and have wasted over a week. I contacted Customer Support by email and have had no response from them in over a week. I asked for help with drawing a curved wall and how to produce a 3D drawing.

Vorteile:

The price was attractive and the pictures on line led me to believe it would fill my needs.

Nachteile:

I can't draw a curved wall. Can't figure out how to "undo". When placing a feature, I don't know how to install only one. I have to cut the second item in order to switch features to be installed.

Unable to re-install CAD Pro

Kommentare: I purchased CAD Pro and used it briefly with some "challenges".Shortly after purchasing it, my computer died and had to be replaced. I am unable to re-install CAD Pro on my new computer without paying the full cost again. Emails sent to CAD Pro have NOT been answered.

Vorteile:

The price and not much else. Downloading was ok.

Nachteile:

No software support.Emails not answered.The software is far from being intuitive.Shockingly few symbols for anything

Not Great

Kommentare: When I wanted to backup the file that I was working on, I sent it to a flash drive. After several attempts to open the file from the flash drive I realized that I had no way of opening the it due to the fact that the program is in a CPF format. When I went back into the CADPro program to reopen the file, I discovered that it had also been deleted from the CADPro program. I lost a second file while trying to save it within the CADPro program itself. I sent a request for some guidance via email to CADPro customer service and have yet to get any response. After losing hour of time developing drawings only to loose them, I can't recommend this product.

Vorteile:

The cost was one of the main reasons that I purchased this product. The system was relatively easy to learn and the quality of the product was decent for the price.

Nachteile:

Creating a backup file through the "Save As" process can be problematic. It would be great if the program had a "Backup" selection choice under the file menu. the drop down menu selections for things like doors, windows, etc. are very limited. The instruction manual is a bit tricky to navigate as well.

DO NOT BUY THIS PROGRAM

Kommentare: was able to draw a main level floor plan, no option to draw a second level, stair case, footings, foundation walls, elevations, his program can only do straight lines on your screen. Save your money buy paper and a pencil

Vorteile:

I was able to draw out my floorplan of my main level. However once I wanted to draw footings, roof, rafters, foundation, actually anything I was not able to do any of this. It is truly easier and cheaper to buy paper pencil and ruler and hand draw your plans then it is to use this to draw a single floor layout. And don't think for a minute you can draw foundation or rafters. NO CAN DO!

Nachteile:

The program is unable to do any simple tasks, Zero help options, ZERO online support, Don't waist your money this program is trash. Buy paper and a pencil and save hundreds

Cad pro-user review

Kommentare: Overall experience has been good.
Easy to understand once design is developed,

Vorteile:

Cad pro is easy to install When you know mechanical engineering design - it is easy to develop design images and later on work on that.

Nachteile:

Little costly application mostly owned by contractors and builders

Useful but clunky with awful customer service

Kommentare: Again, once I got over the learning curve, the product meets basic design functionality, albeit in a clunky fashion. I contacted customer service after some initial exasperating experiences and asked for a refund. They responded quickly with a threat from their legal team but offered no help for the functional problems. I replied asking for help with the product but received no response. Honestly, this is the type of customer experience that obscenities were made for.

Vorteile:

Cad Pro is a cheap, functional design program that fills very basic needs once you get over the learning curve of using it.

Nachteile:

The software is clunky and full of glitches. Crashes often with too much complexity and is lacking in overall ease of use. The company's customer service is aggressive but unhelpful.
