Nice Product For Call Centre with good reporting and recordings features

Vorteile: Good admin dashboard and easy to access portal. support always available for any help 247.Overall good service and increased the call centre productivity.
Nachteile: need improvement is on reporting things and need to add more repots for agents and managers so that it will more easy to manage the operation.

I am completely blown away by its amazing features.Thanks,sip2dial for being so awesome.
Vorteile: We cant speak highly enough of our experience with sip2dial.We were startups with very little knowledga about how to find the right call center software.We went to a couple of call center software providers before sip2dial,but we knew instantly that sip2dial is the perfect choice for us .
Nachteile: little hard to get around, so takes a second or two to get it all set up. Otherwise not a big deal.
